Such a great addition to the South Congress retail stores! On Cloud shoes are some of my favorites, so comfortable and the color variety is nice as well. This store is small yet has plenty of options, shoes to try on and also some clothing on the back wall. The store advisors are very helpful and can answer any questions about their products. If the product is out of stock, they can order it for you online. Simple process. Glad Austin finally has their own On store 👟

I have owned three pairs now. All of them degraded much quicker than any other shoes I have owned. If you are truly an active person, these are not the right shoes to buy unless you want to buy new ones every four months.

Had an amazing visit to this store. The manager, Tayt, and the other sales folks were friendly, funny, and knowledgeable about the product line. We spent more time in the store than planned because it was actually a nice time. No pushiness or snobbiness (pet peeves I have with some soco stores personnel). My daughter and I each bought a pair of shoes, and were very happy with them. We’ll be back!
