Giraffe Restaurant Chain Will Close 27 ‘World Kitchen’ Restaurants | Eater London

"A Korean street-food specialist that has closed its express-style Marylebone Lane site ahead of a move to a larger Soho location offering both eat-in and takeaway (replacing Lee’sMee Market). The founder, Linda Lee, is also opening a Paris outpost on rue Thérèse in the 1st arrondissement in May." - Emma Hughes

Service is excellent, we didn't have to wait and both waiters were extremely polite. We ordered fried chicken (garlicy and spicy), it was great, I don't have anything bad to say about it, hence the 10/10, I also chose kimchi cucumber as a side, it was spicy and flavourful, but I don't know if I am a fan of it in general, maybe it's just not for me, so 8/10 and my partner ordered bibimbap, which was really an okay experience, it didn't have a great taste or any taste if I'm being honest, just slightly spicy chicken and rice, you can enhance it with sauces provided, so 6/10. All in all, will definetly be back for the chicken!

The spicy pork was just as good as any other restaurant — flavorful and well-cooked. The spicy tofu soup was as expected, nothing special but still decent. Overall, the service was good and made for a pleasant dining experience.

Very nice manager/owner. Service from the young waitress was great. Food delicious! Superb quick service and hot food! Loved every bite and if you’re hungry order more. Cute small venue and cute setting for a light dinner. Great ambiance, def swing by if around the area or heading for dinner after the museums. Very hospitable and friendly service, so glad I came here because many cafes feel the same

On the Bab is one of the best Korean restaurants in Paris. I recommend starting with the “On the Bun” as an appetizer, then continuing with a Bibimbap or “On the Rice”if you prefer something lighter. Located near Opéra, in the district where many Asian restaurants gather, this place is a must visit for anyone who enjoys authentic Korean cuisine. 🇰🇷🍚

Really nice restaurant with a cozy atmosphere despite its industrial-style design. The food was super tasty, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. Great spot for a relaxed yet vibrant meal!

I visited two days ago evening . It was very crowded, and happily waited outside. Inside, the tables were so close together that it was hard to sit or move comfortably. The menu felt slightly overpriced, but we went ahead and ordered. The food was decent, but the service really ruined the experience. We ordered a hot bibimbap and received a cold one. When we asked for it to be changed, the waitress was rude and insisted we ordered a cold one. The manager eventually replaced it, but even then, the dish didn’t seem properly prepared—no crispiness at the bottom and overall lacking in flavor. With so many better Korean restaurants in Paris that offer great service, this visit was disappointing and not one I’d recommend or visit again.

Google
Super yummy Korean food Fast delivered Only small issue is that you feel that you are sitting with the table next to you as tables are very close to each other

Yelp
Food was great and service was quick! Great place to grab some good Korean plus the neighborhood is easy and lots of options. Gets busy at lunch but we went later and got in quick.

Yelp
We decided to try something other than French food while in Paris, and this was a nice refreshing option! We started with some Korean wine, which was really tasty. For food we ordered the wings, the dumpling ramen, and the beef & rice. The wings were by far the best part of the meal, they were small but mighty, especially since they're boneless. LOVED them. The beef & rice was ok, but nothing amazing. The spicy sauce was really good. The ramen wasn't the best, and had a pretty strong seafood taste, even thought it had no seafood in it. The noodles were not great, but the dumplings made up for that, though I wish there were more than two in it. Overall a really nice Korean option if you're looking for something other than French food in Paris!

Yelp
We stopped in here for dinner last week (family of four). We tried the fried chicken and pork bao buns. The fried chicken were excellent. I also tried the rice dish with chicken. It was okay, but not great. My 13 year old loved the Korean fried chicken. Good ambiance and clean.

Yelp
From the first moment I walked pass this restaurant it looked very inviting. We waited about 15 minutes in line before we got seated, but it was worth the wait Quick and good service Good food presentation Food is very tasty Very friendly staff Pleasant ambience In short: if ever I'm back in Paris, I would definitely go back to On The Bab

Yelp
The service here so nice and helpful. The menus are only in French and the waiter was very patient with us and explained everything and with some dietary restrictions he helped us order what would be best for us. We ordered a bunch of stuff and enjoyed everything. Leave room for mochi at the end. The only downside is that the line is out the door and we waited over an hour to get in on a Friday night.
