On the Bay Restaurant

Had a really lovely meal here. The views are stunning, of the water and forest. The decor is a little outdated vs. the food which was really delicious. The staff were really busy, but friendly and managed to fit us in, but we did experience quite a few delays with wait times and things like drinks / water / additional items - but the food was really good. We had the prawns (with a delicious pesto sauce) and fish of the day which was an incredible tuna. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area, much the best meal for miles!

Great view of the bay with delicious food! We had the fish of the day which is blue eye and Jak chicken which are both very yummy. The chicken is so soft and tender! Great place to dine in when you are in Port Arthur

We had a lovely dinner here. Kids had burgers, husband had fish and chips, I had that beetroot salad, and saltbush and pepper calamari, we also ordered the broccoli. The food was amazing, the staff really friendly, and the atmosphere was great

The service was genuinely great, really friendly and attentive. The food was spot on. The jerk chicken was super tender, the lamb shoulder full of flavour, and the fish was really fresh. Cocktails were fun and the desserts hit the spot. We left full and happy. Would definitely come back.

This is the best restaurant in this area. The food is superb, both in quality and presentation. We had the croquettes, squid, lamb, salmon across two nights and they were all excellent. And the caramel cheesecake was simply delicious. Highly recommended.

Cannot believe how hospitable they were! Best tastes of Tasmanian whiskies and Oysters…! Cannot recommend it enough of you are a fan of classy secluded fine dining. We almost spent 3 hours in the restaurant and ultimately enjoyed a top notch service as well as a super tasty lamb shoulder!!! (Its a must try)
