The pickled fish is good, but needs to be spicier. But it was not too oily, like a lot of pickled fish in other sichuan restaurants that put too much spicy oils in it.
The spicy beef slices (夫妻肺片) is basically slices of 五香牛肉 marinated in chili sauce. Personally, I prefer it to be less sweet, less salty, more mala (numbingly spicy), and with more garlic.
