Where to Eat Queso in Nashville | Eater Nashville

"Nada’s traditional queso is a four-cheese blend — but can be kicked up a notch with spicy “kreeper” habanero salsa, chorizo, and spicy escabeche. Bonus points for being the only “queso presentation” in Nashville — the server pours the melted smoky gouda atop the habanero salsa table-side." - Delia Jo Ramsey

My friends and I tried ON;DA, a new Korean restaurant in town, and we were really impressed. The atmosphere inside is bright, airy, and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed meal. I ordered the seafood scallion pancake, and it was absolutely fantastic. Honestly, it’s the crispiest, fluffiest, and thickest Korean seafood pancake I’ve ever had. It’s easy for a thick pancake to end up soggy or for a thin one to feel floppy, but this one hit the perfect balance—crispy all the way through with great texture. The dipping sauce was amazing too—I really wish I knew what was in it! My friend ordered some stir-fried noodles that were flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the kalbi beef was tender, juicy, and beautifully seasoned. All the small side dishes were great as well. The kimchi could maybe use a little more soaking or spice for a stronger flavor, but that’s a small note in an otherwise outstanding meal. Service was fast and friendly. They even provided a jug of cold water for the table, which I appreciated, and our food came out surprisingly quickly—especially for a Sunday brunch rush. Overall, ON;DA is a fantastic new addition to the area, and I’ll definitely be back.

I feel like this review is needed to outweigh all the positive reviews. Also want to be fair and say that I went back in February and now reviewing this place in July. Went here for a friend’s birthday and was utterly disappointed. My friend loves trying authentic Asian cuisine so when someone recommended this place to her she was filled with joy. But upon every bite she took of her food, I watched that joy fade away. Nothing about this place was good. Food was horrible, service was okay and the ambience was nothing to brag about. We went on a Sunday at 5 pm and were a party of 5. Let’s talk ambience: it looks like they just purchased the place from a previous restaurant & I’m guessing the former restaurant was a bar n grill based on the set up. I wanna be fair and understand that places may want to save money before renovating but you advertise yourself as authentic and the ambiance alone scream a graveyard from an American bar n grill. Let’s talk service: our waitress just had an attitude. Just to ask for a coke or what’s good here just seemed like a huge inconvenience. I understand we all have bad days but fake it til you make it. We were also like the first dinner reservation so it wasn’t like she was busy yet. Let’s talk about food: not pictured here is the Korean fried chicken we had order. Horrible. It’s like they gave us the leftover chicken from lunch. Not hot, and not fresh tasting. The beef was good in flavor but again lukewarm! Also, the portion sizes just were not enough for what we are paying. All in all, stay away from this place. Spend your money elsewhere or be ready to buy yourself second dinner.

I ordered Kimchi Kalbijjim for lunch. The meat was tender with savory kimchi, along with well-cooked side dishes and rice. Parking validation is available for those parking in Skyhouse Nashville garage right next to the building. Spacious two story place with cozy atmosphere.

Google
This is a nice Korean restaurant that offers great value for the money. The portions are generous, and the food tastes fresh and flavorful. You definitely get your money’s worth here. The service was friendly and the atmosphere felt cozy and relaxed. A solid spot if you’re craving Korean food without breaking the bank.

Google
I had the best experience at ON;DA! The bulgogi was perfectly marinated and so tender—every bite was full of flavor. The galbitang was super comforting and rich, like a warm hug in a bowl. And don’t even get me started on the milk bingsu… it was the perfect sweet and refreshing ending. Everything tasted homemade and authentic. If you love Korean food (or even if you’re new to it), this spot is a must-try!

I finally got to try Onda and I was not disappointed. We started with the chicken wings, seafood pancake, the kimchi rice balls, and the veggie dumplings. They were all so good with lots of flavor and easy to share. Everyone got their own entrée - I had the udon noodles and I would definitely order it again. The Milkis cocktail was very good if you like tequila. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough! I can't wait to go back and try more.

Google
We recently visited Onda, a Korean restaurant in Nashville, and overall had a pleasant experience. Atmosphere: The interior was very clean and gave off the feeling of a hotel lobby — modern, calm, and welcoming. It felt more upscale than a typical casual restaurant. Food: We ordered the Tteokbokki Combo, which came with gimbap and fried seaweed rolls. The flavor was authentically Korean — familiar and comforting. The Soft Tofu Ramen seemed to use Japanese-style noodles, which was an unexpected twist, but the broth was flavorful and generously filled with seafood. While it didn’t quite capture the traditional Korean flavor, it was still very enjoyable. The Bibimbap was also solid — not extraordinary, but satisfying. Service & Accessibility: Even though we arrived close to closing time, the server welcomed our family warmly and provided attentive service throughout our meal. There was a parking garage next to the restaurant — not free, but convenient and made access easy.

This restaurant is amazing! The atmosphere is stylish and modern, and the Korean food is absolutely delicious – full of rich, bold flavors that really stand out. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot for a great meal, good vibes, and a memorable dining experience. Definitely five stars!

Yelp
Went for dinner with my family, quiet and chill vibe. Besides the food pictured, we also got their Bulgogi Jungol, Tteokbokki Combo, and Spicy Pork Bulgogi. I ate most of the seafood pancake and some of tteokbokki and loved both, though the kimbap in the tteokbokki fell apart easily (still yummy though!). I didn't try the other dishes we ordered but we were all very happy with our food. Service was good, nothing remarkable but not bad. p.s. Sorry for any spelling errors lol

Yelp
Onda is lit y'all!! My Korean aunt told me about this place, for her to recommend anything means it's about to be bangin. Anything she recommends to me becomes my absolute favorites. We got the chicken wings, bossam, kimbop, and kalbi. Oh my god it was so good. I forgot to take pictures because I was so excited but presentation wise it was gorgeous and taste wise it was even better. The kalbi was so juicy and tender and melty and delicious. I want it served at my funeral. It also came with a variety of delicious banchan that I had to keep getting refills of because I wouldn't stop eating it. Ya girl loves kimchi. I love Onda. It's authentic Korean in a gorgeous space. I wish I was wealthy so I could eat here every day. Then I would be complete.

Yelp
On food: I've been to mom and pop restaurants with more flavorful and delicious food. The servings here were also stingy for the price points. At least my noodles were, the kimchi stew was good serving size. The kimchi, rice, and cucumber sides were for one person only not two. Service: Very inattentive servers, just wanting to get your order and set your food down. Didn't bother to check on us until the check came. Ambiance: That was the only good part of this place. I always say, if the places looks better its probably because it doesn't taste as good, all the energy goes into the look of it and not the taste of it. But they did leave the table next to us dirty the entire time we ate.

Yelp
Tried this spot for the first time and the Korean food was solid. I ordered the LA kalbi--tender, well-marinated, and grilled just right. There was not much onions on the bottom and it was overcooked. Service was friendly and efficient, no complaints there. Only downside: the menu could use some love. Surprised to see no bossam offered as a main dish only as an appetizer and there was no nangmyeon which could be a great addition as an appetizer or add-on. Would definitely come back, but hoping the menu evolves to match the quality of the kitchen.

Yelp
Nice restaurant with a great location, walkable from many hotels in the area. I believe this establishment is pretty new and gave me the impression that even greater things to come for the upstairs of the restaurant appear to be under construction :) Party of 4 celebrating a friend's bday. We came in on a Saturday evening and it wasn't that busy but they had a lot of pick ups. The restaurant offered an intimate setting that offered tasty food and great customer service. Patio setting also available. Glad we found this place!

Yelp
Beautiful space. Friendly staff. Generous portions. Enjoyed sampling a couple of menu items. Strikes a fine balance of authentic and accessible. Definitely worth checking out.

Yelp
I went after a long day and it was such a peaceful release from the usual "downtown" energy. I had been before but not solo so I sat at the bar. The server gave some good suggestions. I had the Korean fried chicken and the spicy bulgogi. Both were SO good. If you want a peace place to do work, catch up with friends in an intimate setting, or just an overall good vibe solo visit Onda!

Yelp
Located in Midtown Nashville, this Korean restaurant is a great spot for groups--whether you're working nearby or visiting for a conference. While there's no valet service, you'll want to plan ahead for street parking or be prepared to pay for a few hours of parking if you're staying for lunch or dinner. The menu features a range of traditional Korean dishes, including grilled mackerel, sizzling short ribs, and hearty kimchi stews with pork ribs. Each entrée comes with a variety of small side dishes (banchan) and a serving of purple rice, which adds a nice touch of authenticity. Dishes are served family-style, so ordering 2-3 mains is typically perfect for a group of four. Though it's not a Korean BBQ joint with tabletop grills or premium cuts for self-cooking, that's part of its appeal--you can sit back and relax while the kitchen does all the work. The atmosphere strikes a balance between traditional and modern, with stylish décor and a drink menu that includes trendy options like soju cocktails and espresso martinis. It's not your typical mom-and-pop Korean spot, but rather a more upscale, modern take with great ambiance and a solid menu.

Yelp
Walking distance near our hotel, we had dinner here and celebrated one of my great friend! We enjoyed the meal. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the shishito peppers! Food was served in no time and pretty much all at once so we didn't have to wait to the other dishes. They provide bon chon on top of your order and that made us more full! Our server was very attentive and pays attention to details. It's a cute intimate place to dine in with lots of seating, they also have a bar.

Yelp
I came here for dinner while in town for a work trip and I couldn't be happier with the experience I was greeted by someone I later learned was the owner. He was extremely kind and helpful with recommendations. The restaurant had a great layout and i love the concept of Korean bbq but for an individual plate. I ordered a couple different things and they were all delicious and I wish i would've stopped by one more time before i left. If you're thinking of going, do it!

Yelp
This week was our first time at Onda & won't be our last! I started with an espresso dalgona and it was by far the best espresso martini I've ever had - highly recommend, though it may also go best as dessert at the end of a meal. We're big bulgogi fans and usually go for beef, but decided to try their pork bulgogi given all the hype and positive reviews. The pork was tender and perfect and the sauce was absolute fire, full of flavor and just enough spice. It comes out on a skillet, which is perfect as the meat stays hot throughout your meal and you don't feel an urgency to eat it fast. We also split the Korean chicken wings; my partner loved them, and while I thought the chicken quality could have been a touch better, the sauce was so good it made up for it. The sides that come with the bulgogi were so flavorful and paired well, I especially loved the kimchi and cucumbers - both a quality fermented balance of spice and tang. We were able to park for free directly across the street as it was past 5pm and the lot was not monitored. The staff was attentive to us, thought could have been a bit warmer. The chairs were lot that comfortable; however, there is a booth/bench in the back that looked cozy. It's a very modern chic space. Cleanliness was superb. Overall, a fantastic meal with bold, authentic Korean flavors. We'll definitely be back to try more and it looks like the lunch menu is a bit more affordable, though parking may be even more challenging during the daytime hours.

Yelp
This was close to where I was staying so we made reservations to dine here on a Saturday evening. Staff were very friendly. Food was good. We ordered shrimp fried rice, shishito peppers, Korean chicken wings, and beef bulgogi. Also had the peach soju. I loved the wings and fried rice. The wings were crispy and flavorful. The peppers were good but it's a very generous portion. Definitely shareable. It wasn't too busy the night I was here. Beautiful decor. Also tried the milk bingsoo. I loved the mochi in it.

Yelp
Came here on a Thursday evening and was quickly seated without a reservation. I had the Beefbulgogi Yaki Udon for my meal. I love beef bulgogi and udon noodles in general and was very excited for this dish. It came with a little shredded seaweed on top which added a nice flavor to the dish, but overall I thought the dish was good but not great. The meat was tender, but I felt like it was lacking a bit in flavor which was a bit disappointing. They have a lot more on their menu that may be worth trying, but I'm not sure yet if I'll be coming back for more.

Yelp
Pleasantly enjoyed my solo lunch w my dog. Beautiful open lofty space with lots of seating w couches. Full bar! I ordered a lychee martini w vodka. Got the beef ribs in kimchi stew $20: perfect for a cold windy day. Beef was tender and generous amount. Wish the stew was more sour but still very authentic and traditional. The bartenders/ owners and the server all were super friendly. Def will be back if in the area.

Yelp
Overall, a bit meh for me. Service was great, but food was mediocre. The flavor was ok. The tteokbokki was ok. Wings were good. It was sweet and spicy. The yaki udon was yum. The bingsu was such a let down. It wasn't that great. Overall. It was meh.

Yelp
This was our first time here in Nashville and we were pleasantly surprised to find such authentic and homestyle Korean food. The kimchi kalbijim was one of the best kimchi jigae's we've ever had and we're from the NJ/NYC area where we have lots of Korean options. Onda doesn't use the typical short rib, but actual ribs that fall right off the bone and melt in your mouth. The spicy pork was also delicious and there wasn't a trace of it left on our plate by the end of our lunch. Definitely make it a point to come here if you're in the mood for Korean food as Onda will absolutely not disappoint! The bathrooms were also clean and the restaurant's look and vibe were great! Parking lot across the street I assume can be used.

Yelp
Located right on Broadway in Music Row, On;Da offers Korean food and drink. The service was fantastic. Their food menu is: small plates, large plates, and lunch specials. They have local beer on draft, sparkling water, cocktails, soju, and more. I found the large plates to be pretty pricey, so I'd recommend primarily going for the lunch specials or appetizers. I'd recommend the Chicken Wings--crispy, tasty, and plentiful for the small plate price. The food menu (but not drinks) has both English & Korean translations. If you like something sweet, check out their shave ice with red bean paste & the lychee martini. The decor is clean, simple, modern, and airy. The ceilings are so high as they do have upstairs loft seating as well. The adjacent garage is $5 for the first hour. At this point being a new restaurant, you do not need a reservation for most dinner nights.

Yelp
I was here on a Monday at 7pm and there was no one here. Maybe it's because this isn't the Nashville vibe and it was a Monday. But it was a nice setting and wonderful staff. The food is excellent and loved the sides. Although, be careful eating directly from the hot plate too soon. It burned me.

Yelp
Great upscale Korean place. A little on the expensive side but for the amount of food you get I don't think it's unreasonable, and the ambience also adds to the value. Our waitress was super sweet, helped us pick out everything we wanted, and made sure we got an order in before the kitchen closed at 2:15pm. Here's what we tried: -Korean fried chicken (sweet n spicy): 8/10 - SO crispy, so flavorful, and absolutely smothered in sauce. This app is perfect for people who like crispy chicken and love vibrant flavors. -Bossam (pork belly wraps): 8.5/10 - The color of the pork belly looks dull at first glance, but the meat is so beyond rich and tender. Such a fatty yet flavorful meat. Putting it in a lettuce wrap with rice, kimchi, and gochujang was so tasty. -LA Kalbi: 10/10 - YUM!! The sauce was sweet yet umami, and the meat itself was so tender. Kalbi is always my favorite thing to order from Korean spots and this did not disappoint. It is a fatty meat, though, so just be aware. -Beef Bulgogi: 7/10 - You get a huge generous portion of bulgogi, and I loved that it had some veggies in there too, but I didn't feel as though it was flavorful enough for me. The beef was a bit dry and I wish it had been drenched in a bit more flavor and sauce. Keep in mind everything came with banchan (Korean side dishes) for the table and we each got a bowl of purple sticky rice.

Yelp
Great flavors! I tried Onda for lunch and I was blown away. It was SO GOOD! The staff are friendly and the restaurant is super clean (with lovely bathrooms!). The Chicken Wings still make my mouth water just thinking about them. Large, perfectly fried, and well coated with an amazing sauce. The wings are a must try. There is a special Lunch Menu that I cannot recommend enough. I had the Spicy Pork Bulgogi. The flavors were fantastic and the portion size was large. It arrived on a beautiful platter with white rice and 4 sides. The Kimchi was killer. What a delight! I highly recommend.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing! My husband and I came For my birthday and everything was incredible. From the moment you walk in, the restaurant smelled so good, to our appetizer, to our server named Gift, we loved every moment. Very relaxing atmosphere too. Will come again!
google avatar

Daniel L.

Yelp
Tteokbboki - tasty & spicy. Rice cakes were super soft & chewy. Other parts of the combo didn't stand out too much, but not bad. Kalbijjim - came on a heating stand that intentionally doesn't come with any flame, so it's just for show... but the pot above is super slippery so it would've been better to be served without the stand... initial bite was good, but overall the dish is overcooked. Meat was dry and tough, vegetables mushy especially the bok choi. Flavor got stronger and got to be too salty & too sweet.
google avatar

Yelp
So happy I found this place! Really exceptional Korean food. I stopped in for lunch and was delighted at all the yummy sounding menu options. I really like how the menu was separated by large plates, small plates, and lunch specials. It all sounded so good I ended up ordering two lunch specials: the grilled fish & the tofu stew! Both were really really good. Tofu stew is my usual go to, and this one was one of my favorites I've ever had. And the grilled fish sounded too good to not try, and I'm so happy I did because it was also really yummy. I also want to compliment their Bon Chan - it's also exceptional. I had to get seconds of those too haha! Inside seating is really nice in presentation and comfort. They have some tables, some booth seating, and bar seating! Overall I'd say this is one of the best Korean food experiences I've had and I cant wait to come back!
google avatar

J Z.

Yelp
A little bit overpriced, especially if wrongly ordered a large plate option on the menu. Typical Korean food choices (e.g pancakes, fish, BBQ pork, and tofu or seafood soup), normally with a few small appetizer dishes could bring some surprise at a favorite restaurant.
google avatar

Rana M.

Yelp
Onda is the definition of what happens when Korean cuisine goes full-on modern, without losing its soul. From the moment you step in, you're hit with this clean, modern aesthetic - nature's neutral colors and intentional decor. Speaking of the menu: It's tight. A small selection, but each dish feels like a journey through some seriously inspired Korean flavors. The traditional elements are there, but with these elevated twists that make you rethink everything you thought you knew. It's got that chef-driven creativity but still feels comforting. Here's the best part though - our server was on point. I'm talking the kind of person who just gets it. Not only was she super knowledgeable about the menu, but she also gave us a super clear, concise breakdown of which dishes could be made vegetarian (bless). No long explanations, no confusion - just straight to the point with killer recommendations that hit every note we were craving. And, of course, I have to mention their drinks program. The cocktails? Next level. I had this crisp soju concoction that felt like a refreshing twist on the classics. Not to mention the small but thoughtfully chosen beer list - perfect for sipping and pairing with all the bold, spicy, umami flavors. Sure, it's not cheap, but if you're into that whole quality over quantity vibe, Onda is going to speak to you. It's modern, it's bold, and it's absolutely worth the splurge.

Yelp
Korean restaurant near Music row in Nashville. The inside is nice and upscale but still comfortable. We ordered the Korean chicken wings as an appetizer and they were so so good. The best thing we ate. For entrees we ordered the Kalbi (beef short rib) and the beef bulgogi. The short rib had great flavor but many of the pieces were entirely fat and very little meat. I was disappointed to see them serve so much fat. The beef bulgogi was rather bland, dry, and did not come with much veggies. With the exception of the wings, the food was overall okay. Service was great.

Yelp
This place is actually EXCELLENT, especially for Nashville standards! It's not what you'd find in K-town LA but still pleasantly surprised by the degree of authenticity. Came with some coworkers on a weeknight - easily accessible from Vandy's campus. Don't skimp on the larger shareable plates - the small side dishes are what makes the meal delicious!! We got the Bulgogi Jungol which was perfect for a cold winter night in Nashville. Service was excellent. I really hope this place does well so the range of east Asian food in Nashville can continue to grow!!

Yelp
A newly opened Korean restaurant. As there aren't a ton of them in Nashville we were so excited to try! We were greeted and immediately seated. Our server came over immediately to get water to us. They let us know that right now they only had beer as they are still waiting on their liquor license (no problem for us). We decided to order several small plates which honestly was plenty of food for the two of us. We went with the Korean fried chicken (delicious), bulgogi yoki udon (also delicious), spicy pork bulgogi (not that spicy but tasty), and the kimchi fried rice (yum!). This was plenty of food for two, and we each took a take out box of food home. The service was really great and it's beautiful inside. I really hope this place takes off and does well. Go support this small, locally owned business!

Yelp
Incredible meal! Similar to a tapas style serving method, you can order in phases and all dishes are meant to be shared. Started with The Orient cocktail, which was very refreshing and cool to find a place in Nashville that serves Soju. Food came out quickly and serving staff was very attentive. Bulgogi udon was amazing and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Kimchi arancini was also a must order dish, along with the chicken wings which were so crunchy. Restaurant is bright and spacious with two levels of seating. Really looking forward to going back and trying more! *** Other reviews mention cocktails not being available, their liquor license is now approved and full drink menu is available

Yelp
The food was ok, it wasn't what we were expecting. Normally we get banchan (side dishes) at a Korean restaurant. My husband order the "entree" of the LA kalbi and it only came with a bowl of rice. Usually when you order Korean entrees it usually comes with side dishes (which is usually the draw, since let me honest, you can get Korean bbq anywhere nowadays... the banchan is what people come back for) at every other Korean restaurant I have been to all over South Korea and the Korean restaurants I have been to all over the US. Kind of strange. Also, we ordered dukbokki as an appetizer, it's literally one of the cheapest Korean street food you can make (I am serious! Very few cheap--3-4 dollars max-ingredients to make it) and our cost $24 so I was hoping it would be a decent portion... omg! It came in the smallest portion ever! Hahaha they spread it out flat on a metal dish to make it seem bigger but it was a pathetic looking portion. It had maybe 6-8 rice small rice cakes at most. I was absolutely shocked. Like... I understand inflation and food cost going up, but that was no where near 24 dollars worth hahaha. I had to laugh when it came out. The flavor was ok but it seemed they used MSG, which I wish I had known before I came there, since people can have negative reactions to MSG. I definitely won't go back there due the lack of banchan and the authentic Korean restaurant feel. Usually the staff is friendly and walk around and ask if we need anything else... the service was just ok. One waitress and there really wasn't a lot of customers but she didn't really ask how we were doing or anything. Just felt not so welcoming. The reason I am giving it even 2 stars because my daughter liked the bibimpap which came with a few side dishes. Definitely would not recommend this place if you are "Korean" because this place would disappoint for sure!

Yelp
I went to this restaurant within its first 3 weeks of being open! My friend and I went on a Friday evening. We were able to find free, street parking nearby. We were also able to be seated right away. My friend and I split the scallion pancakes and the beef bulgogi. I thought the scallion pancakes were wonderful. They were a good level of crispy and crunchy but also flavorful. There was a sauce to dip them in, but I didn't end up using it. The beef bulgogi was tender and savory. It had a great flavor. We also ended up getting a glass of wine each. The glass was about $7. My friend and I split the bill and it was about $24, which I find a really good price and we had leftovers. All in all I thought this was a solid choice for dinner, and I want to go back.

Yelp
I was excited to see there was a new Korean place that opened up in Nashville! When you walk in, the place is nicely decorated and very welcoming! I will say the parking situation is a little tricky, as I ended up finding street parking and just walking a bit. We decided to order the Bibimbob, bulgogi beef, seafood pancakes, and a sushi roll, as these were all small plates to share. I suggest getting 3-4 dishes although we had leftovers! The Bibimbob was super tasty, and the sauce that came with it made it even better. It's a classic Korean dish with rice and toppings that I recommend getting if you are trying Korean for the first time. The bulgogi beef is personally my favorite Korean dish. The meet is as tasty and delicious as can be without being drenched in sauce. It was so tasty, and I could've eaten that whole dish by myself! The sushi roll was very tasty, but probably something I wouldn't get again. The seafood pancakes were definitely the most unique item on the menu. If you are a fan of all things seafood, this was a great dish to try, and the sauce that came with it was very tasty! Our waiter was very helpful in recommending dishes to us, as I always like to ask what they recommend when trying a new place. I'm so excited this place has come to Nashville, and I'm glad it was pretty packed when I was there on a Monday night!

Everything was good! Friendly staff, delicious food. Fast service. I don't usually eat ramen and this ramen was so good!

Yelp
Went here for a friend's birthday dinner. Nothing about this place was good. Food was horrible, service was just okay and the ambiance was nothing to brag about . Let's talk service- felt like our waiter had an attitude and just wasn't happy that day. I get we have bad days. Food - you know food is bad when you have to get more food after your dinner. Food was H O R R I B L. E. We got the Korean fried chicken for an appetizer (not pictured) and they were COLD! As if it was from the lunch and just left to keep warm. Not good at all. Then I ordered the beef short ribs, a little bit of meat on the bones with rice. Now this was hot, but not filling! They were good in flavor but nothing that made me go crazy. My friends got these other dishes and no one really talked about the flavors or their opinions about it, which mean they did not like it. We also were the first reservation of the night so maybe that had something to do with it... but I will not be back anytime soon OR tell anyone to go here.

Yelp
A cute by place nestled in midtown down from Virgin and next to H&S bagels, the perfect mid week dinner spot. We ate at the bar and enjoyed a nice IPA and Lychee Martini. A good start Sides were brought out and enjoyed the Mac salad, noodles, and two other veggies and a side of white rice. All can be replenished on demand. The kimchi was amazing ! Main course? We shared spicy pork which was amazing. Pork belly which was good but too fatty for our taste and looks like it was poached, good but not my fav. The menu said slow cooked, but meh ... Lastly - sliced beef on bone short ribs. Excellent. Ambience is ok, but a great chill vibe.

Yelp
We tried Onda for the first time last week and it was such a vibe! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and provided lots of insight about the menu in a way that was funny and engaging. The food was very tasty - we ordered the garlic soy wings, kimchi arancini, LA Kalbi, and the spicy pork bulgogi. Heads up, the spicy pork is definitely best for someone who really enjoys spice - it was a little too hot for me. The LA Kalbi was insanely good.

Yelp
I live close to ON DA, saw it open, and kept saying I have to try it. I finally did. Honestly, , this restaurant is in my top 3 in Nashville, a hidden gem. I am not a review writer, so this is truly based on experience. This is my 4th visit, definitely not my last. firstly ambiance, awesome. feels comfy, and so much fun to watch others enjoying their food On that note, every time I have been here, the clientele is a mixture of Koreans and partners. doesn't that tell you something? The staff, nothing but compliments. attentive, so helpful. 10 out of 10, I've got to the point now, I ask for Cherry. But don't take my suggestion. everyone here, rates high marks OK, the food, I'm 50% through the menu now. isn't that a good reference. don't you hate a menu with a massive listing of choices? For me alarm bells, not here. Try it, everything is wonderful!!! read my review here this this is really good to pair. Let me see oh yeah I'm go. Leave. If you said there's something wrong that I needed to

Yelp
Onda is a cute place to get dinner. It was surprising to me that when we went there were only two other tables eating. I got the pork bulgogi it was very good and enough food for two meals. We also tried the wings which were so good and sticky. The melon martini drink was delicious!

Yelp
I ordered delivery from Onda and the food was exceptional. I adore soft tofu soup, and Onda's was superb. It was very spicy in the most delicious way, and had tons of ramen noodles, soft tofu, and beef. I would 100% order it again. The udon with bulgogi was also incredible-- soo yummy with tons of noodles and meat. The bibimbap was a nice size but I would probably eat it there vs ordering it to get it in a stone bowl. The chicken wings were large and sweet with a spicy kick. I'm so glad to have found this restaurant and can't wait to go in person!

Yelp
The food was good but wish the portion met the pricepoint. We definitely enjoyed all the dishes especially the udon dish. The service was pleasant and quick turn around on the food service as well. The ambiance was decent - fits the downtown area esthetics.

Yelp
Excellent service and delicious food!!! We came in on a rainy Wednesday night and were able to be seated immediately. I would imagine a reservation would be great for the weekend and busier times. The food was excellent!

Yelp
This is a great new Korean restaurant in midtown. The food is incredible. I've been twice now, and loved it each time. The food is served with traditional banchan. My favorite dish was the perfectly cooked grilled fish. The service was super friendly. The menu is great, not overly long, making it easy to pick and not stressful. The ambiance inside is great. Plenty of seating, great lighting. Parking is a bit sticky, expect to pay for parking, unsure if they validate inside or not!

Yelp
Haikui time: Food? Tastes homemade, and priced reasonably. Vibe? Cool Korean indie music. Go here if you want 한국음식.

Yelp
This place is seriously good flavorful Korean food. We had the bossam, Spicy Pork, and LA Galbi. I will be visiting again often. Lunch hours 11:30 to 2:30 everyday. Go try it you will love it...the service was amazing also. The place is classy and very clean the ambiance can't be beat.
