One Day Tours

I booked a day tour to Los Angeles with One Day Tours, and our guide for the day was Steve. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating stories and insights about each location we visited, which made the experience much more engaging and memorable. Beyond his expertise, Steve went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable. He was attentive, accommodating to individual needs, and even provided cold water and snacks throughout the day, an especially thoughtful gesture given the summer heat. What sets this company apart is the attention to detail. From thoughtful time management to making sure everyone, including those less fluent in English, could follow along and enjoy the journey, the experience felt inclusive and well-curated. A huge thank you to Steve for making this trip so enjoyable and memorable. His professionalism and kindness truly elevated the tour. I sincerely hope he’s recognized and well rewarded for the outstanding work he does.

It was a really great trip, just a lot of driving. Jose was the driver and we really liked him, and driving wise we felt very safe with him. The pier was by far my favorite, it was absolutely stunning. The lunch you get is pretty good. We had 12 other people in the van with us and we all stuck together…. Some of them were not from this country and was unsure of meet up points. It was a lot of fun, got to meet new people and we enjoyed the whole experience.

This tour was perfect for us. Steve our guide was amazing and full of knowledge. He made this a fun adventure for sure. He gives you very detailed information with clear instructions (for those who listen). He even pointed out exactly where to take the best pictures of things like The Hollywood sign and other landmarks.

Our experience was great! Communication prior to the tour was excellent. The tour bus was very comfortable, there were ample bathroom breaks and unlimited waters provided. Our lunch ticket covered lunch at any of the 3 restaurants located at the Grand Canyon. We chose to eat early at Steve’s suggestion to avoid crowds. The food was delicious and plentiful! Steve was our guide and driver, and he was very informative about local history and the area but not too chatty. The time for the tour was just right. We even got to see several bighorn rams as a bonus! Very well done and definitely recommend!

Amazing trip! The communication was excellent before and during the day of the tour. The van is immaculately clean and the cooler stocked with water at all times. Access to charging points, WiFi and they will help you out to a charging cord if you left yours behind. Wart the owner was great helping us out with rescheduling the date and Steve, our driver and guide was so knowledgeable, fun and so personable. Thank you Steve for making our day so great! As a travel agent, I definitely recommend One Day Tours and will be in my top list of recommended for Las Vegas!

Jose was a wonderful guide and a safe driver too in the well air conditioned comfortable Mercedes sprinter van for our journey! We made our first visit to the Santa Monica Pier and strolled the boardwalk even got some time to dip our feet into the beautiful Pacific Ocean! Lunch at Deans was delicious! Then we headed to Rodeo Drive to see all of the designers shops along the way. Making our way to the beautiful Beverly Hills park to see the Spendid blooms of the Jacaranda trees which were bursting the purple blooms just beautiful to see making this trip even better! We then headed to the famous Hollywood Blvd to stroll the Stars ⭐️ I got my Sandra Bullock star 🌟 picture too making this a very special trip! I highly recommend this day trip to the stars ✨ for sure!

Trip was tons of fun. Driver Steve very knowledgeable about historical and legendary sites and made sure to point them out. Snacks and beverages provided for ride time with just enough stops for breaks. Delicious lunch on Santa Monica Pier. Rodeo drive and Hollywood Blvd walks were fun. Would definitely recommend this trip.

Amazing. I have no other words besides amazing. Not only did you get to see the iconic Santa Monica pier but you went to Hollywood, the walk of fame, Hollywood sign but they feed you lunch in Santa Monica! You also get multiple opportunities for rest stops on the way and way back. Jose our guide is a true professional. Learned a lot of info from him. He is funny, professional, and dangerous good at his job. I HIGHLY recommend Juan and One Day Tours.

Amazing trip from beginning to end with Ward. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about everything Las Vegas, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. I couldn't stump him! He drove us through torrential rain getting us home safely while even avoiding hitting a coyote. The Mercedes van was very comfortable with plenty of room and wifi. Thank you Ward for giving us a fun day.

We did Las Vegas to LA with Steve as our driver. He was super friendly ,informative and professional. Mercedes van was air conditioned and very comfortable. Snacks and drinks provided on board. Pit stops on the way allowed us to stretch out legs and use the restroom. Saw many sights in a jam packed day with great commentary from Steve. Great once in a lifetime trip.

OneDayTours was everything it advertised. From Vegas to LA in comfort and style. We were picked up promptly, vehicle was clean and comfortable! friendly and informative driver. Mike was on time and picked us up at our hotel in a very comfortable Merc bus. total of 11 passengers. took us straight to the Grand Canyon to beat the big bus crowds. no lines. gave us plenty of time at the sites. Saw the Hoover dam on the way back to Vegas. reasonable price. thank you for a memorable experience. highly recommend this small group tour.

Today we took the Grand Canyon West & Hoover Dam trip with Ward Kishimoto. He was an amazing guide. He shared wonderful information throughout the day, he drove fabulously and was attentive to all our needs including ice cold water whenever we needed. Thank you for an A++ day! Three things to know about One Day Tours (and specifically the Hoover Dam/Grand Canyon West Rim Tour): 1 The tour company itself is very communicative and punctual. They will even reach out to you a couple days before your tour to confirm and provide details of your pick-up which, as a tourist, is very helpful and assuring. 2 The bus itself is spacious and comfortable for all the driving. There are several stops along the way: first at the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge, then the Hoover Dam itself. Our third stop was at the deli for our lunch, then the Grand Canyon West Rim. On the way back we stopped at a cute local souvenir shop with clean restrooms. The stops really helped break up all the time spent driving and there was never an issue with being able to use a restroom. 3 If you are looking to spend time at the Hoover Dam and walk the Hoover Dam this tour isn't for you. For my husband and I, who just wanted to see the Hoover Dam and say "been there, done that," it was perfect. However if you are looking to have enough time to explore the Hoover Dam you may want to look in to other tours. The stop at the Hoover Dam is brief. The stop at the Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge is more extensive and really provides the "money shot" of the dam itself. Just a friendly FYI in case you're wondering. Overall, we were really happy with our experience. I can't finish this review without expressing how wonderful our tour guide Tara was; she was sweet, communicative, and very, very Informative. PLEASE remember to bring cash to tip her (or whoever your guide is)! Yes it's their "job" but their ability to balance driving, keeping their passengers safe, and sharing a TON of information is impressive and something I know I wouldn't be able to do!

We took the Hoover Dam & West Rim Grand Canyon tour and we had a blast. Our tour guide and drive Keith was fantastic. We were picked up at Treasure Island we picked up more travelers at Planet Hollywood and Hard Rock then we were on our way. We drove through Boulder City and Keith gave us some great info on Las Vegas, Boulder City and the historic buildings we passed by. Our first stop was the Hoover Dam overlook point on the Arizona side. There were some great views of the Dam and the O'Callaghan-Tillman Memorial Bridge for pictures and videos. Next we parked over by the bridge and walked our way to the bridge. The bridge was extremely windy but as you walked across you got an amazing view of the dam from the other side. We stopped by a convenience store to gas up the sprinter and we purchased our Skywalk tickets there. We had 3 hours to explore the Grand Canyon Village and their 3 main shuttle stop area: Skywalk, Hualapai Ranch and Guano Point. I'll Yelp each section individually but they were all entertaining with amazing views of the Canyon. We stopped by another gas station to fuel up, grab refreshments and our last chance to buy lotto tickets. We stopped by Hemenway Valley Park in Boulder City and got to see about 20+ Bighorn sheep they hang out in the area. After that, we were all dropped off back at our respective hotels. This was a long but fun day. We were picked up at 7:35 AM and got back around 6 PM. The Mercedes Benx Sprinter Van had comfortable recline-able leather seats. There were USB ports, electrical outlets and Wi-Fi as well. The air conditioning was on point and overall this was a very luxurious and comfortable ride. Keith was an amazing guide and driver. I'm a Las Vegas local and I learned some Vegas history from him on this tour. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us with all our questions. Great personality and a funny guy. If you do this tour, hopefully you'll be lucky to get Keith as well. This tour is very punctual but also flexible. Highly recommended if you want to check out the Grand Canyon without having to drive or worry about any other travel issues. Enjoy!

So amazing place, so different! Nature and it's strange forms. The photography here is unbelievable! It is far to come here but just do it!! There are only 2 companies that do the tour inside the canyon. Both are the same, same price. You cannot for by yourself. Lugar tan impresionante, tan diferente! La naturaleza y sus formas rarísimas. La fotografía aquí es increíble! Es lejos venir hasta acá pero hacerlo!! Hay solo 2 compañías que hacen el tour adentro del canyon. Las dos son iguales, mismo precio. No se puede ir solo.

I'd highly recommend doing a one day trip with One Day Tours to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon! Our driver/guide was Tricia and she was fantastic. A few good things to highlight ! 1- The company is ON TIME. Tricia especially managed our time really well and made sure everyone knew the schedule and where to be for the day to go smoothly 2- ATTENTIVE to our needs! They will make sure you're hydrated along the way, accommodate to your bathroom needs and answer any questions. 3- SMALL/INTIMATE group tour in a medium sized van. Our group was 14 people and we drove around in a Mercedes van which was super comfortable. It had reclining leather seats, seatbelts and USB ports! Be prepared though for a long day. We got picked up from our hotel at 5:30AM and didn't get back to the Strip till 9pm ish!

When you are in Vegas you are TOO CLOSE to the Grand Canyon to miss out on this opportunity! We highly suggest taking a bus tour with this company from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon West Rim. It is about a 2 1/2 hour bus ride there and lunch is provided. We actually had some REALLY good sandwiches. On the way to the Canyon, they also stop you by the Hoover Dam so you can get out and take some pictures there. From there you head to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon where there is so much to explore. The good thing about the West Rim is that you can access the infamous sky walk here. You do need to buy tickets for this, and you aren't allowed to take pictures while on the sky walk, but it is a once in a life time opportunity if there. Then you can explore the edge of the canyon, where you will get plenty of great pictures. We really enjoyed our day! One Day tours provides amazing services and experiences. Would highly recommend booking them for a trip to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. I have booked with them twice and had a wonderful experience each time. Jose was awesome, and the owner Ward is so nice and accommodating. Very hands on. 10/10

My husband and I did the one day tour of the West Rim of the Grand Canyon on July 19th. Our tour guide was Matt, and he is awesome! He tries to get to know each person in the group and to call you by name. It's a very nice touch. Great stories as he's telling you about the area. He made a slight detour for a few minutes for us to see if we could see some big horn sheep, and we did! He was on time for pick up and we stayed on schedule the entire trip. He offered to take pictures of each group at the Hoover Dam stop with the bridge in the background. I would definitely recommend this tour!

I am going to start this review with the fact that I have always hated tours. But going on one of the One Day Tours with Ward changed my opinion. We were promptly picked up and the first thing I really enjoyed was it was a small group this really gives everyone a chance to talk to each other and not feel as rushed as you would with HUGE groups on buses. Also, Ward, our guide was super knowledgeable and interesting to talk he also showed us a lot spots for good photo opportunities which is always important for the Instagram and the facebook. So if you on vacation and you need an amazing tour guide DONT HEISTATE TO BOOOOK THEM.

My husband and I had a blast. Steve and Bryce were amazing and funny. Got picked up at our hotel, so nice not to have to try to find a new place. They taught this newbie how to ride a scooter, and away we went. Saw beautiful sites, got great pictures and learned a lot of fun, interesting facts. Thank you Steve and Bryce for a wonderful, and memorable time.

I'm really glad we booked a tour with this company. We booked the Hoover dam and Grand canyon west and it was awesome. Our tour guide was Ward and he did an overall fantastic job. He showed up at our hotel 7:15am on the dot. He was very professional and ensured that all of our needs were taken care of. Their Mercedes van was super comfortable and it made the trip much more enjoyable. Going back to the tour guide, Ward was very knowledgeable and he kept us entertained every step of the way. The trip itself was very interesting and a must see. The Hoover dam is incredible and to think that it was built starting in 1931 makes it even more amazing. The Grand Canyon is also a must see, we thought it was a little dangerous to go with small children seeing as that there is no barriers at the cliffs..... but aside from that everyone should see the Grand Canyon within their life time.
