One Desserts

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a buy one get one free milkshake, it arrived damaged and was leaking in the bag. There was 4 slits in one cup and one huge one in the other cup. I wouldn't be surprised if it was packaged this way by the shop themselves because 4 slits in one cup definitely comes across as sabotage. Don't put things on offer if you don't want to give one away for.free. Thankfully I received a full refund from deliveroo, but yeah abysmal really. And when I have gone into the shop on previous occasions thy look unhappy with my presence. Funny people that love money, and have no empathy or love for their job or business really. They only love money, well their despicable behaviour has a domino effect and they are literally contributing to the bad state of the dunya with this behaviour, all.for the love of money. Well the day of qiyyamah will be here soon. Wait, persisit in your way, we to are waiting.

I’ve ordered the snickers milkshake multiple times and it’s amazing each time! They’ve recently added matcha to their menu and I had the white chocolate one- defo my new go to spot. I also tried their English breakfast and peanut butter acai bowl which both satisfied my cravingss

I ordered from here for the first time on the 28th of October through UberEats. They had a Buy One Get One Free offer on their cookie doughs. In the notes, I asked if they could make one white chocolate and one milk chocolate, since UberEats didn’t let me choose the flavour for the free item and I couldn’t decide which to try. I was really pleased to see that One Desserts actually read the request and made one of each for me. Great customer service. The cookie dough arrived in excellent packaging and was still perfectly warm. The presentation was spot on, neatly done with the chocolate sauce, not messy at all. It gave a really good first impression. And the taste did not disappoint. The cookie dough was delicious and not overly sweet, just right. For the price, it’s great value. I got two cookie doughs for just around £10, which is much better than a lot of other local dessert places. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thank you, One Desserts!

Absolutely love this dessert place — it’s hands down my favourite spot to treat myself! Everything I’ve tried from here is literally so good — from the waffles and pancakes to the milkcakes, donuts, and bubble tea, everything is always on point. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite (and sip). On top of that, the customer service is amazing — the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s the kind of place that never disappoints, no matter what you’re craving. 100% recommend!

order last night I paid extra for additional chocolate and other topping but unfortunately the amount added was very minimal and not what I expected for the extra charge.felt very disappointed .

Excellent service and tasty desserts, it was worth it for the price

I live close to One Deserts and had been planning to visit them and finally got the chance recently. Since then, I have become a regular customer as I am very impressed with their desserts. They have a wide variety of different desserts, including cakes, crêpes, pancakes and waffles. However, my two favourites must be the cookie dough and milk cake. The cookie dough is baked in the shop and comes with a scoop of soft serve. It is filling in a good way and very satisfying. The milk cake is a lighter dessert and perfect if you like something soft and sweet. Both desserts come in different flavours and the cookie dough has a choice of sauces and toppings. The customer service is also very good. The manager and the young lady who usually works there are both friendly, welcoming and helpful if you have any questions or ask them for recommendations. I have not eaten in at the shop, as I live nearby, but when I have been waiting for my order, I have noticed the premises are very clean and well maintained. Although the shop is not very large, there is enough seating to eat in if you wanted. Now that I have "discovered" One Desserts, I will definitely be back when I want something sweet. It is not only that the location is convient but the quality of the desserts and the customer service.
