One Desserts

order last night I paid extra for additional chocolate and other topping but unfortunately the amount added was very minimal and not what I expected for the extra charge.felt very disappointed .

I ordered from here for the first time on the 28th of October through UberEats. They had a Buy One Get One Free offer on their cookie doughs. In the notes, I asked if they could make one white chocolate and one milk chocolate, since UberEats didn’t let me choose the flavour for the free item and I couldn’t decide which to try. I was really pleased to see that One Desserts actually read the request and made one of each for me. Great customer service. The cookie dough arrived in excellent packaging and was still perfectly warm. The presentation was spot on, neatly done with the chocolate sauce, not messy at all. It gave a really good first impression. And the taste did not disappoint. The cookie dough was delicious and not overly sweet, just right. For the price, it’s great value. I got two cookie doughs for just around £10, which is much better than a lot of other local dessert places. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thank you, One Desserts!

I live close to One Deserts and had been planning to visit them and finally got the chance recently. Since then, I have become a regular customer as I am very impressed with their desserts. They have a wide variety of different desserts, including cakes, crêpes, pancakes and waffles. However, my two favourites must be the cookie dough and milk cake. The cookie dough is baked in the shop and comes with a scoop of soft serve. It is filling in a good way and very satisfying. The milk cake is a lighter dessert and perfect if you like something soft and sweet. Both desserts come in different flavours and the cookie dough has a choice of sauces and toppings. The customer service is also very good. The manager and the young lady who usually works there are both friendly, welcoming and helpful if you have any questions or ask them for recommendations. I have not eaten in at the shop, as I live nearby, but when I have been waiting for my order, I have noticed the premises are very clean and well maintained. Although the shop is not very large, there is enough seating to eat in if you wanted. Now that I have "discovered" One Desserts, I will definitely be back when I want something sweet. It is not only that the location is convient but the quality of the desserts and the customer service.

Absolutely love this dessert place — it’s hands down my favourite spot to treat myself! Everything I’ve tried from here is literally so good — from the waffles and pancakes to the milkcakes, donuts, and bubble tea, everything is always on point. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite (and sip). On top of that, the customer service is amazing — the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s the kind of place that never disappoints, no matter what you’re craving. 100% recommend!

Excellent service and tasty desserts, it was worth it for the price

I ordered the cookie dough via ubereats and I can confirm it was soft, chewy and delicious. However the strawberries had melted into a soup on top of the dessert!! It was a bit off putting, but scraping them off still meant I could enjoy the dessert. I'd recommend putting soft fruits in a separate container when delivering these desserts to stop them from being cooked by the heat. Otherwise, absolutely delicious, and swift service.

I ordered online and it was a terrible mistake, after being in a bad mood my partner decided to treat me to some boba… little did I know I was getting some extremely sweet milk with black MUSH at the bottom. The boba was not boba. Just blob. Don’t order here unless your ordering disappointment 😡

Great service and coffee. Nice space to chill in. I ordered the Dubai chocolate strawberries and they make it fresh to order. Highly recommend.
