One Medical Primary Care Clinic - Flats at Bethesda

Very friendly staff.. Amanda Sultani is fantastic.. I visited the day the outage was great and the system was down, and yet they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Later, I had difficulties signing in their APP, I called and had excellent assistance and was able to access my account. I am so satisfied that knowing the insurance I chose for 2026 was not accepted by One Medical, I changed insurance companies

One Medical works well for me. I am on original Medicare with a Medigap plan and never have a bill. I am able to go to my chosen specialists for annual scans, wellness checks and vaccines. All my records are accessible 24/7 as is online chat support for any questions I have that don’t merit a doctor visit. There is a local lab and doctors office within an 15 minute walk. Other than the fact they are owned by an oligarch, I am fully satisfied.

Benedicte is amazing 👏🏾. The staff is pleasant. One Medical listens and values your time. I never spend more time than necessary and can generally get most of what I need accomplished in the office. I am obsessed with how they care for the patients and everyone seems happy to be there. Thank you.

We really liked the doctors here. Unfortunately, the office is poorly managed and there’s no way to call and speak with anyone there. I’m not comfortable having my child’s medical care handled by an office I can’t call directly. We switched to a different practice that doesn’t have any type of fee and is easy to communicate with. Re: the request below that I contact one medical to discuss this issue. I have. They offered a lot of excuses and zero solutions. I requested and received a pro-rated refund when I switched my child to a new doctor.

This was one of the best medical visits of my life. I met with Kelsey Krabacher, NP, and she listened to all my various conditions and worries, following up immediately with referrals and bloodwork onsite in their lab. She has continued to stay in touch, making sure I’m following up with referrals, so I feel truly looked after. Thank you, Kelsey, and your team.

I love this location and my doctor is the best. I have been patient of them for almost 5 years and i highly recommend One medical group. This is my favorite location, I never been disappointed with them. Always have space for me and for my little one. I switch my little one thru here because I love how they are with kids. Very professional, kind, concern about your health, companionate and focused on makes you feel better.

I love this location. I have been going to this location since is open because I followed my doctor Dana she’s very nice and understanding also she always explain everything clearly, She’s very professional and helpful, I took my girls to one medical too because my experience. I highly recommend this location.

The Providers are really knowledgeable and friendly!! Easy to get your appointment schedule and meds filled!! Benedicte was the best!! Very knowledgeable friendly and caring!!

The Bethesda location for One Medical gets 5 stars from me. I'm surprised that they haven't been reviewed yet. In general, I like the integration of the app & telehealth with the office and the idea of a more personalized focus on primary care that One Medical provides. Specifically, I like this location where the staff are all very nice and welcoming. It seems like the staff really care about improving health and "taking care" of you. I tried out the Chevy Chase location last year and had a bad experience with a shockingly rude doctor that surprised me. If I went into detail about what happened there, you would be appalled. I've been to the Bethesda location a lot and they have been great every time. If I had only experienced the Chevy Chase location, I would have quit this program but I've been consistently happy with Bethesda. I haven't tried other locations but the model is that they are a different experience than your average primary care medical office. They are very prompt, stylish and offer the choice between in-person services and telehealth. Prior to One Medical, I had a less than stellar experience with a primary care doctor in a different system. When I say that I've been consistently happy with this Bethesda office, I don't say that lightly. It is pleasant and convenient.
