One Midtown Apartment Homes

Moved in just over two weeks and had no real issues. Bethany made my move real issue even after we switched to another apt. Her friendly smile and warm personality is what made me think I’m at home. I’m excited to be a part of this community and so is my son.

I was looking for apartments and I met with John Potts at One Midtown Apartments. I cannot say enough about him and the complex. I was moving from Mayfaire area and I have 6 clients and one very special client in Wrightsville Beach so I thought being closer to Mayfaire would work better for me being I was in Wrightsville Beach multiple times a day. One Midtown is lovely and clean and beautiful and I would have moved there in a second. Logistically however I didn’t move there but there are days I wish that I would have. It’s a class act establishment and I would have moved there just because of John. Everyone in the office was great and loved my dog. The rent was extremely reasonable for such a beautiful place. The entrance into the place is beautiful with a colonial style club house and beautiful pool. I highly recommend and ask for John Potts to help you. Respectfully, Kristi McKinney

As a resident, I have been more than pleased with everything! The maintenance team has always been quick to resolve issues while demonstrating and explaining them in depth to me. The facilities and amenities such as the pool, gym and clubhouse are great. And the monthly events provide nice treats and great opportunities to interact with my neighbors.

I came by for a walk-in tour and was promptly greeted by Bethany, who was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She was patient and thoroughly explained the application process in a way that was easy to understand. I did not feel rushed (which has been a common experience of mine while apartment searching) and I also felt like I was being treated as a person, not just a number with dollar signs attached. Thank you for the hospitality, Bethany! While I'm unsure where I will end up, these apartments seemed like a great choice and definitely made the shortlist.

The move-in process was very, very smooth! We love this apartment complex! It’s beautiful, very clean and so close to Wilmington’s best spots! Can’t speak about this place highly enough. Our leasing agent Bethany Bush was very helpful answering all questions, making the process smooth and explaining everything with detail. She was very flexible with communication and always remained a call or an email away. Bethany actually cares about making the move-in process experience smooth and easy, can’t recommend her enough!

For months and months, my immunocompromised wife tried to figure out the cause of sudden respiratory issues upon moving into our unit at One Midtown. In our search we found: water stains and mold (likely causing airborne mold spores), the rusted out bathroom vent (toilet directly below) that has to be cleaned off every few days due to insect droppings, and abnormally rapid and large amounts of dust buildup. Prior to moving in, I heavily recommend everyone take these issues into consideration when touring units. Our time here has been over-priced in more ways than one. Hopefully this helps at least one person.

Recently toured here guided by Bethany. Instantly impressed with how stunning and well kept the property is. Bethany showed me two different units, both clean and spacious. She was also very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. She explained all of the property’s amenities and answered all of my questions. I could definitely see myself calling this place home.

This is my boyfriend and I’s second time moving back into One Midtown! The staff is truly amazing, they are super helpful and understanding. Karen and John in the front office are fantastic, and Ryan is the best maintenance guy!! Very responsive, polite and outgoing!
