First, the positive: |1. Parking right in the building |2. Directly on the hill|Next, the negative:|1. Rooms are tired, not well maintained. Hot water not very hot; gouges in the wall; room cold much of the time|2. Stayed an entire week, but only one cleaning. We had to ask for garbage to be taken. |3. Pool area is old, tired, smells|4. Restaurant has mediocre overpriced food. |5. Elevators sometimes stop working. ||If you’re willing to spend $1,000+ per night you might want to look elsewhere.

Unacceptable room. Sagging mattress next to a drafty window… it’s February. Shower converted from very old tub. Grungy. 2 narrow closets. Traveling with ski clothes. I asked to be moved at 2 pm today. Early in day when rooms turn over. No rooms available. .. at 2pm ? Unaccommodating. I have my family in a 3 bedroom apt here… not helpful in finding me an acceptable room.

Don't expect a 4-star experience from this hotel. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us or assist with our luggage. Eventually, a staff member appeared but rather rudely informed us that we needed to check if our room was ready first; otherwise, we would have to leave our luggage in the car. I initially thought he was joking, but he was serious. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced and appeared to be foreign exchange students who were not suited to handle a 4-star clientele. Major negative: no daily room cleaning. **Positives:** - Spacious rooms with a rustic feel (the furniture is dated, but that's not a problem) - Kitchen equipped with newer Bosch appliances - The ski valet staff is awesome: efficient, effective, and friendly. - Convenient indoor parking

The resort is beautiful and the location is perfect for any skiing activity. The rooms are well equipped, clean, cozy and perfect for a family vacation. Its also close to main street with lots of stores, restaurants and kids activities. We had a great time, we will definitely consider it for any future vacation in Colorado

Our first day, we met El and the guy working with her (sorry, I forgot his name). They were great. They gave of tips for where to go, were super friendly, exactly what you look for in guest services. But every day after that, there was another young woman there, who wasn't necessarily rude, she just acted like she didn't want to be there, like everything was a bother. All the other staff in the resort were nice, but they weren't the ones I had to interact with, other than small pleasantries. The restaurant food was not very good and it was pricey; basically 2 dry paninis, chips, and 2 cocktails was like $70. Before we booked, we were told breakfast was complimentary, but it was actually almost as expensive as dinner, so we declined. Our room was beautiful. We were right across from the aquatic center (pool, hot tub, dry sauna, steam room, and spa). They had a gym, billiards room, theater, and gondola to take you into town. The rooms didn't really have hot water. It's just above lukewarm, which wasn't great, because they had nice sized tubs. The bed wasn't that comfortable for us, both temperature and comfort... but to be fair, we have a special bed that we're used to.

Used to be a great place to go but it's a waste of money anymore. Half the shit they have is broken or breaking. Customer service is rude and impossible to work with. You could have a better experience at a motel.

We had a wonderful fall trip up to Breck and stayed at One Ski Hill Place for the first time. I cannot say enough great things about El - the manager at the front desk. I had messed up our reservation details and she saved the day and was so kind and helpful. The hotel has three indoor pools, one with zero entry for the little kids, and stream/sauna. They also have a movie room and bowling alley, but we didn’t have a chance to explore. We will definitely come back! Thank you El!

Google
Remarkable and way more than passed my expectations. The cost for the Christmas and New Year holiday times of year the prices were very comparable with other local resort establishments .

Yelp
Stayed at the One Skill Hill place on my most recent visit to Breck. This lodging accommodation offers ski in and ski out options with a personalized ski valet service. It is so convenient with a locker room option to store all your gear and ski equipment. They store and valet your skis for you when you leave and return. They even return your skis for you to the rental store so you do not have to wait in line. The facilities were gorgeous and has a lot of bird themed artwork throughout the resort. It was decorated with a giant christmas tree and other lights and decorations for the holiday. They have a variety of fireplaces throughout. Also several dining options are available including a restaurant. They have free hot chocolate and other amenities include a media room and a bowling alley. After a long ski day, I took advantage of the hot tub and pool area with a dry and wet sauna. There was also a nice gym with weights and cardio equipment with a great view of the mountain and skiers. The room was a nice size and had kitchen appliances to prepare your own meals if you choose to, it has a nice balcony with a view and also a fireplace, there was a bed and sleep sofa to accommodate multiple people. The service was outstanding during the entire duration of my stay. I highly recommend this resort for a convenient and enjoyable ski experience.

Yelp
We stayed in a three bedroom penthouse for a family wedding. The things that we appreciated / loved: 1) location - quiet, nice view; 2) underground parking; 3) staff at front desk; 4) well appointed kitchen and laundry. Did not know they made wine coolers so big and our beans to brew coffee contraption (just like at home); 5) cleanliness; and 6) EV charging. What we would have liked to make the stay amazing: 1) an open restaurant with late night delivery (for after wedding snacks). Really nice overall. The rollercoaster & alpine slide being built look super fun!

Yelp
I think this is the first time I am actually leaving a review. My fiancee' and I stayed here, he skis I do not. The condo was very nice a 2 bedroom 2 bath with kitchen area. That is not what is important to me with respect to this review. While I was relaxing and my fiancee' was skiing I received a call from ski patrol that my fiance' was in a ski accident and had a concussion with several injuries and was being taken by ambulance to the hospital. Keep in mid I am not from there bor have I ever driven in the snow up and down a mountain. I was hysterical to say the least and ran to the front desk and spoke with Brittany. Without hesitation she grabbed her keys and drove me, yes drove me to the hospital. She kept in touch with me throughout the day in case I needed a ride back. She was a GODSEND to say the least. He was released late that day and we had to change our flight and go home as he was likely going to need surgery. Brittany refunded the remaining days for our condo even though it was non-refundable! Additionally we had a rental car and it was 2 hours to drive to return it and I was not about to drive in that terrain and my fiancee's eye was fractured. Brittany had Phil, their driver and another driver, drive OUR rental to the airport 2 hours away and the other driver following to give Phil a ride back. Everyone at this place saved me. I was a wreck and they did so much above and beyond to accommodate us when it was not their job at all. It has taken me a few weeks to write this but I am indebted to this staff and their kindness and generosity during such a scary time for us. I felt helpless and they never said no to helping us. Brittany even offered to pick up dinner for us when we got back from the hospital. The condo and amenities were beautiful but I cannot say enough for these 5 star employees! They even returned the skis. They totally took care of us when we really needed help. Thank you everyone especially Brittany for everything and allowing the guys to drive us to the airport.:) WHAT A FABULOUS TEAM.

Yelp
My go-to spot to warm up and relax after having hit my daily quota of dodging ski-school tykes on the overcrowded slopes on Breck's Peak 8. A ski instructor introduced me to this quiet, cozy hidden gem last season and I'm glad he did. The staff is always amazing and happy to mix any special cocktail you or they can dream up. The bar is perfect for dining solo or waiting for friends to join. Epic Pass discount honored here, too.

Jessica R.

Yelp
One of the best condos I've stayed at! Right on the mountain and has the most beautiful views! Will definitely come back!

Andrew S.

Yelp
Great hotel with mostly great staff! Location was perfect. All was great expect the front desk staff made me wish I stayed somewhere else. The girl Hailey at the front desk made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. She is not the type of person I want helping me when i check into a luxury hotel.

Jarrod H.

Yelp
Don't take family bowling. Manager double booked us, a great family split the one hour block with us but management was exceptionally eager to kick us out before we finished one game for the next time slot to take over.

Jordan C.

Yelp
Hands down would recommend this lodge to anybody visiting the area! We booked this online as there was a specific promotion going on for members The check-in process took a bit longer than expected as when we booked online there was a specific promotion we had been given which for some reason did not reflect on the original reservation. However, the woman assisting was quick to partner with the right people and complete the process. The room itself was gorgeous; I don't think there's a room here without a beautiful view. In addition, it was stocked with everything we would have needed. What I found to be most helpful was the washer/dryer! For those who are skiing, access to the locker room was incredibly convenient and not only allowed you to store a large amount of items, but head straight out to the slopes. Would definitely recommend this place!

Wendy M.

Yelp
This review is for ski valet only... We LOVE you Zack!!! Thank you for first class service and making our first ski experience such a joy!

C M.

Yelp
Visited in the "off season". There was some construction but the rooms and the views were incredible and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Michelle D.

Yelp
- surprised this is a Rock Resort and a Vail Property. Our experience was sub-par beginning to end, The check in experience was below average - our biggest takeaway was that there were no services available to us during our summer stay. No bar - no lunch/dinner restaurant - no cleaning - no help, no no no....... Pricing, we learned, is apparently "dynamic" so the advertised rate on the wedding website (which brought us to this place) was not the rate and in fact much higher than advertised. If you don't add your husband/partner/family to the reservation.....and didn't see the prompt to do so, they refuse breakfast for them. The lobby is dull and cold, which we learned matched the service levels. Never again.....

Zee E.

Yelp
Got a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom mountain view room for my buddies for our ski trip. The check-in process was quick and easy. Carol was fantastic! The service level of the staff is on point with that of the top tier hotels I've visited around the world. fantastic job! Very accommodating, welcoming and friendly. We are a pretty needy bunch and they were very accommodating to our every request. Also want to shout out to the ski valet team they were also lots of fun and made the experience that much better. Staff aside the property is pretty well kept. we got to use the hot tub/pool. I only wish there was more fine dining on property. Location is perfect we can't wait to be back.

Kaelen C.

Yelp
It pains me to give such a stunning, beautiful property 3 stars, especially because there is only one reason I'm not giving it 5. That reason is that our unit is SO HOT. We have messed with the thermostat and had someone come up to look at it, but all attempts have been unsuccessful in lowering the temperature below 72 degrees. It's set at a steady 75 and seemingly can't be lowered. This is absolutely miserable for sleeping (we eventually opened the window all the way--despite it being below 20 degrees outside--to get some sleep) and is pretty crappy for getting ready to hit the slopes, too. I was so sweaty by the time I got dressed and ready yesterday that I was frozen when I finally got outside. I don't know who in their right mind would permanently set a thermostat to SEVENTY FIVE DEGREES, but someone has done it in our condo and it is most unpleasant. Anyway, like I said, this property is absolutely beautiful, as is our view of the slopes. The pool and hot tub area is gorgeous, and the gym, though small, has a great variety of equipment. All staff I've talked with has been really friendly and helpful. We have not eaten at any of the restaurants here because someone on staff actually told us to go over to Robbie's at the next property over, and we've gone there several times. The beds/pillows are really soft and mushy, which is ok with me but definitely not for everyone. Our unit doesn't have any full size coffee cups, which is weird and annoying. However, the convenience of this location as well as the ski concierge can't be beat. I really just wish we could get the temperature thing figured out before we leave tomorrow, but I'm not hopeful.

Zsofia A.

Yelp
As regular visitors to Breck, we've stayed several times in One Ski Hill Place and returned. Upon checking the front desk person did not greet us, was unfriendly . Due to Covid19 from the amenities - bowling alley, restaurant, pool - only the pool is open with reservations required for one hour time slot. BE AWARE - The website does not list or give information of the closed amenities. This is not a resort or a hotel anymore. Next day the same front desk person - the only services personnel at the hotel - was rude to me and my 10 year old son. There are lots of other nice condos at Breck to stay at!

Brett B.

Yelp
SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO THE GRAND COLORADO.. Absolutely the worst experience from the check in process and throughout our stay so far. The front desk is extremely unorganized and unhelpful, they blame other departments and staff rather than owning their own mistake which caused our luggage not to be taken to our room and almost an entire day of searching for it, only to find out that the front desk never relayed the information to the bell desk. Our keys have stopped working 3 times in just the first day.. The sly comment from the latest front desk agent regarding booking the shuttle she told me I needed to call the number on the back of the key.. which I repeated to her and she asked me if they didn't answer... I let her know that she is the one that answered that number on the first ring so I wasn't sure. Only to get additional attitude when I let her know that the experience was less than stellar the response was "sorry you feel that way" and then hung up.

Lisa L.

Yelp
Best place we've ever stayed, far homier than a hotel. Our one bedroom had two bathrooms with two showers, kitchen, balcony. Free rollaway bed and pullout sofa. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. Breakfast included was better than expected with salmon, Brie, hot items. Friendly staff and impressed by manager Brendon (sp?) who worked over 10 hour days during the busy season but professionally and efficiently helping everyone. Extra points he's from Ohio. The ski valets were Friendly and excellent, and skiing was so easy with the lifts right outside. Couldn't ask for more and will be back.

Stephanie M.

Yelp
This place is fantastic! All the amenities are fab but it's the staff that really pushes it to the next level! Everyone is so friendly and helpful that it makes skiing with two kids seem like less of a chore. We will keep coming back!

Kim S.

Yelp
I'm pretty much in love with this place. Stayed here for a long weekend with 7 friends in a 4 bedroom condo. Our balcony overlooked the base of peak 8. Walk out the lobby and the chairlifts, gondola, ski school, rental place, bar, restaurant - all right there. Could not have been more convenient. The condo itself was beautiful inside and very roomy. Huge entry way for everyone to dump their snowboards and winter layers. 4 bathrooms, full kitchen including a wine fridge (nice!). I want to give it 5 stars SO BADLY but truth is, they're still working out some 'new property' issues. Our dining experience was comical. I won't get into it but I have little doubt they'll resolve this very quickly. They made it up to us with free fruit cheese and wine - what problem does free wine not fix? :) I will absolutely return here. It's a bit pricey, but very doable with a group. Highly recommend it!

Megan M.

Yelp
Great location conveniently located right on the Gondola of Peak 8. This Gondola takes you all the way down to parking and the town of Breckenridge. You don't necessarily need to drive if you stay here because they have a terrific shuttle service in addition to the Gondola. We stayed at Crystal Peaks on Peak 7, but came here for Après Ski. This is a beautiful lodge and if we hadn't stayed next door we probably would have stayed here. It is great for families and people looking for a good time. There seemed to be something for everyone. The green runs and more challenging runs were accessible from Peak 8. The central location made it easier to meet up with large groups. If you don't like crowds, than this is not the place for you to stay, as it is a hub for day trip traffic in addition to people staying on the mountain.

Ed R.

Yelp
Our biz group of 19 guys had our meetings there and stayed in the 1 & 2 bdrm rooms and everything from the time we checked in till we checked out was superb! All the staff were friendly, engaging, and inviting. The room decor is elaborate and definitely worthy of a 5-star rating! A couple of my colleagues even thought they had been given the VP's room by accident when they first walked in their rooms. We had the sunrise breakfast catered one morning and the food was hot, prompt, and plentiful. We didn't get a chance to check out the onsite 2-lane bowling alley but will next time if we're there again in the off season. No worries or concerns at this place and there's a great pub, too, within walking distance across the grounds. The onsite pub/restaurant was closed when we were there.

Kristin O.

Yelp
Well, we aren't owners here, we're owners at the Grand Lodge. We pulled in to this driveway on accident, and some of our party decided to hop out and get their gear while I checked in. Once we realized we were in the wrong spot, the valet guy became 100% douche and told us we needed to go up the hill where we belong, and that we couldn't "unload here." Well, jerkface, no one was trying to unload here, we pulled in the wrong driveway. The little man then sent 2 other guys who were even more rude to tell us to get out. Nice Breck Grand Vacations. Remind me to never EVER recommend you. We will stay up the hill where we "belong" until I can sell this stupid condo.

Josh S.

Yelp
I normally don't write reviews but this one deserves to hear the criticism. Not even close to worth the money. The location is solid, ski in ski out, but that's the ONLY thing they have going for themselves. They have ski valet (but don't use it because nobody can tell you how it works, and they don't do anything other than hand you your skis). The food was gross, took an hour to check in, the pool and hot tub was under repair, nobody helps you with bags or your car at valet. During our stay the power went out and they wouldn't let us leave, when we needed to check out for our flight. They have no emergency / power backup so the place was completely dark and employees were frantic. So many great places to stay in Colorado, this is definitely not one of them. You can stay in a 5 star hotel for less than what this hole charges.

Leslie P.

Yelp
Beautiful property right at the base of Peak 8. I couldn't have asked for a better location. The downside of being right on the slopes is that you can't walk right to town, it's a short drive, which I'd gladly trade to be on the mountain. Things on the mountain pretty much shut down at 4pm, so you're pretty much confined to the property unless you drive into town. Again, the location was ideal for me, since I was on the mountain from 830-330 and didn't spend too much time in town.

Jim B.

Yelp
Very nice accommodations- nicer than I expected. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Great amenities like bowling, stream and dry saunas, great pool and hot tub, spa, movie room, lifts steps away, multiple dining and apres options. Exceeded expectations.

Marie M.

Yelp
Our first Christmas trip with our newest member of the family, our 11 month old granddaughter. The three bedroom condo was a corner unit with a balcony overlooking the gorgeous mountain village of Breckenridge. Ski in and ski out lodge was super convenient. The car valet and porter services were patient, friendly and reliable. We appreciate the warm and speedy checkin and even easier checkout. Best part- oxygen bar is open from 730 am till 930 pm. Loved this place and will return again.

Luke H.

Yelp
Located @ Breckenridge Peak 8. This is the best place for Apres Ski activities in Breckenridge. You can kick back at the top of the gondola and enjoy watching enormous jumps at the terrain park, all while sniffing wonderful scents from the outdoor grill. The T-Bar provides the outdoor food and drink service, and it has a decent menu. Go for the nachos and a Breckenridge Brewery Beer on tap or a Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc. There isn't any public parking, so if you don't have a room, then take the gondola, Black line bus, or Green line bus.

Cari Z.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about this hotel. First, the rooms are immaculately cleaned. I NEVER unpack my things at a hotel because it grosses me out, but even the hair dryers in this place were lint-free! We had a one bedroom condo and it had everything we needed and more. There are plenty of dishes to cook with, serve, eat on, etc. My 10-year-old slept on the pull out sofa and she said it was really comfortable. The staff came and turned the sofa down each night so we didn't have to leave it out all day. The gondolas are convenient and you can walk right out to the fun park- perfect if you have kids. The staff was all very friendly, spa services were great, and we enjoyed bowling and checking out movies from their library. The only negative thing I can say about this place has to do with the food. Eat elsewhere or cook yourself. The food is overpriced and not good. If you must eat on premises just eat at the Ski Hill Grill- it's cheaper and about the same quality as the restaurant. Despite the food, I still give 5 stars because everything else made up for it!

Kris D.

Yelp
What a fantastic place. We rented the 1-bedroom condo for our anniversary, and they upgraded us to a 2-bedroom and dropped by a bottle of wine, chocolates and strawberries as a kind gesture. First class. I was speechless. The view from every room was magnificent, even the bathroom. The condo was incredibly spacious, and very modern. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Lani P.

Yelp
I was here and had a look around because my hubby had a meeting for work. It's really cute and quaint, so I can only comment on the lobby area. I would've have liked it more if I could find parking instead of the valet. I had to find parking on the street because I didn't want to hang out in the lobby area.

Jamala C.

Yelp
This is probably my favorite resortIm Colorado. Customer service here goes above and beyond. The amenities are awesome! The rooms are beautiful and has a great scenery. Must stay here during your travels to Breckenridge. I don't have a single complaint

Steven H.

Yelp
I didn't spend the night there, but I did use the restaurant and - ahem - facilities. Clean and professional. Nuff said.

Wylie F.

Yelp
This is a great place for access to many slopes and ski activities. PROS: Rooms with that Colorado feel and look - well stocked Cleanliness Friendliness and promtness of staff Access to ski activities CONS: Several times it seemed like the right hand did not know what the left was doing The onsite restaurant is not a place to have a fine dinning experience. Very disappointing for what you would expect after seeing the rest of the property (appitizers are best part of menu) Limited menu for this class of property Drinks are a little over priced Would I stay here again - for sure. Just avoid the onsite restaurant for any meals other than breakfast.

Alex C.

Yelp
As a third time returning guest, I must say there has been a dramatic shift in the quality of service in comparison to years past. The food, which has typically been enjoyable in the past, is unsatisfactory at best. The living room restaurant, in particular, is an utter disappointment compared to previous years. The shuttles, which used to be quick and efficient, are a completely nightmare. Finally, the front desk staff and overall service is perhaps the most upsetting shortcoming of this resort. Rather than being helpful and kind as my family has seen in the past, the staff has been rude, unaccommodating, and simply unpleasant. I regret to say I will not be staying here again due to these shortcomings.

Scott N.

Yelp
We stayed in the shoulder season and there were no services, nobody knew what was going on. Their "shuttle" service left us stranded in town, and we were left on our own getting back, no food service do any kind. That said nice rooms (although HVAC issues)

Tamala P.

Yelp
We visited One Ski Hill Place in Breckenridge Colorado for a summer vacation in the mountains. We had previously added One Ski Hill Place to our list of Top Luxury Resorts For Toddlers at http://chicfamilytravels.com/top-5-resorts-for-toddlers/ so we had to check it out ourselves! We booked a 3 bedroom condo at One Ski Hill and the view did not disappoint! The balcony overlooked the mountains and the Breckenridge Fun Park. The Fun Park was one the main draws to staying in Breckenridge with kids versus some of the other Colorado Resorts. We are an active family and we did not want to be bored on a summer vacation to the mountains! The Fun Park ensured that our kids had plenty to do while we participated in mountain biking, hiking and other activities. If you are staying in Breckenridge during the summer, then there is truly no other place to stay than One Ski Hill. The Fun Park, lift, and childcare are literally out your front door. The only down-side is that you have to take the gondola or take a short drive to town. One Ski Hill is definitely a Top Luxury Resort For Toddlers in that the Peak 8 daycare is open from 8am-4pm monday through thursday and right next to the resort. Our 2 year old got to enjoy lots of toys and new friends while the older girls hit the Fun Park. The One Ski Hill condo itself was very nice and what we would consider five star accommodations. We love condos that are operated like a hotel! This allows our family of five to have plenty of space without sacrificing service. The condo was cleaned twice a day, room service was always available, and we had turn down service complete with those little chocolates that my children love so much! Some of the other family-friendly perks were the private bowling alley and the pool area that has an awesome zero-entry pool, additional 4 ft pool and a huge hot tub. There was also another outdoor hot tub. We have pictures and more information at http://chicfamilytravels.com/destinations/oneskihillplace/ We highly recommend One Ski Hill Resort for a summer vacation in Breckenridge for families with or without toddlers!

Kimberlee P.

Yelp
This is a fantastic place. Just beautiful. The staff is very helpful, attentive and very professional. Nice little touches all the time. Evening bed rundown with chocolates...TV with fireplace screen and soft music...great coffee...newspaper delivery. Great toiletries. Decor is excellent in rooms. Just loved this place.

Julie S.

Yelp
LOVED this place! What a luxurious experience from start to finish. I came a little early while my husband was finishing a race so I could shower before he was done. They checked me in an hour early with no issue. The rooms are amazing with high end finishes and breathtaking views. A true gem of a place!!! We took advantage of the on site bowling alley and had fun there. I wish we could have taken the gondola to town but it was closed due to lightning. We took the shuttle bus into town which was great since we wanted to have a few drinks and not worry about driving. Beds were comfortable and shower was amazing. No complaints here. I'd love to come back!

Erika R.

Yelp
Gorgeous place we rented a two bedroom condo and it was beautifully decorated. My family enjoyed our stay. We reserved some time in their private bowling lanes (you might want to reserve it once you Check-in). Staff is great they treat you like royalty. What more can you ask for? The outdoor hot tub during winter was so romantic. I would definitely stay here again.

Steven G.

Yelp
Kitchen? Yes! Bowling? Yes! Snow? Yes! Best vacation ever. Hopefully I would live there instead of Miami!

Arlett H.

Yelp
So far so good! The room we have is amazing. The view of the valley is amazing. We opted out of the view of the mountain bc it was very noisy even at night time you can hear the cats groomers. 5 stars because we had a few issues but the "jump to get it fixed right away" attitude was incredible. Wendy at concierge made great recommendations. Nathan at the ski valet makes life easy. Margaret and Consuelo at the front desk are wonderful. Even the housekeeping team goes above and beyond, Kevan the head of housekeeping makes it a point to say hello every day. Wonderful team. Will stay here again!

Rach E.

Yelp
Great service. Nice amenities and the rooms were enjoyable and well stocked with anything you'd need. I felt that the extra items included in each room (such as appliances in the kitchen and the toiletries offered the bathroom) really allowed myself as a traveler to enjoy the experience and feel less stressed about some of the smaller traveling details. The steam sauna was great! Complimentary Starbucks coffee was a GREAT touch too- I really thought the quality of the in-room complimentary items was excellent. Absolutely excellent. The standard soap was artistically shaped like a rock and it had some great exfoliating beads included in the body of it which made it effective and enjoyable to use. The body lotion was to die for! I am still trying to find out what kind of lotion that is... Amazing. The design aesthetic of the rooms were cozy and homelike. They use a lot of stone and wood throughout the resort. The staff was friendly. The complimentary shuttle that takes you to and from downtown Breck is a really nice touch. My only criticisms are that the bar closes too early and the room service was very overpriced. Also the showers have room for improvement. Regarding the food- it cost $30 for a standard breakfast (eggs, toasts, fruit, and juice) for one person. The listed price on the menu is $17 with the juice but each day it would somehow add up to $30 total once it arrived at my room (there were several gratuity and random taxes added in the receipt). Way too much $$ for the quality of food served. The food was OK but I wouldn't say it was good. Regarding the showers, the floor of the showers needs something to make them feel better on your feet. It felt a little too much like concrete... like a gym shower or something. The appearance of the shower is beautiful though! Very clean and classic looking. Maybe some fake stones would make it feel better. OVERALL this is a great place to stay and I will happily stay here again. If you have a family- bring food and drinks and use the kitchen. It will make your stay much more enjoyable and affordable! A-/ B+

Yelp
OH MY GOODNESS. This place is outstanding. I had a gas leak in my room, and they took care of the problem right away. They switched my room, and they even put me into a way bigger and prettier room. The service is phenomenal. The guys working the ski valet were so helpful. They even gave us pointers on skiing! There was nothing I can complain about, except for the fact I couldn't stay longer! I will be back here soon!!

Yelp
My first trip to breckenridge and I decided to stay here. The staff is very accommodating, and you can't beat the location for skiing. The studios are a little cramped I would book a one bedroom next time. The property is beautiful and they offer a free shuttle all around town. Make sure you acclimate yourself to the altitude- this mountain is over 10,000 feet.

Yelp
Great resort - the rooms are so "homey" and a great place to relax. Located right at the bottom of the hills, you can go skiing or snowboarding, ride the roller-coaster, or watch all the action from your deck that overlooks it all. The restaurant has good food and the hot tub is enjoyable as well.

Yelp
Great hotel, has a bowling alley, and valet will park and take your car out. They are right next to Colorado and Rocky Mountain Superchair for all of the skiers. Also there is a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in Breck for free. One disadvantage though is that the two pools deepest is 4 foot 6 inches. Because it is not well known it is very quiet and nice. Overall my experience at One Ski Hill Place was spectacular

Yelp
I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was AMAZING and having the slopes behind the hotel was GREAT. As a first time skier, I must call out Sarah - my instructor. She was shadowing another instructor during my lesson and was gracious enough to take me under her wing when she noticed that I needed extra help. Would recommend any and everyone to take their ski lessons with her! Super patient and extra encouraging!

Yelp
We went during the off season! It was a great time. The location was wonderful, and the amenities couldn't be beat. It provided for a very relaxing honeymoon. I liked the full kitchen as we could make food sometimes, and not have to eat out constantly. I have recommended this resort to several other couples already.

Yelp
One of the best places I have personally ever stayed! We stayed in a one bedroom condo that would put the Ritz to shame. It was absolutely stunning. We had views of baldy mountain. The staff was helpful and friendly, as well as the ski valet which had our snowboards out and ready before the mountain opened and knew us by name. The one bedroom had two full bathrooms a sofa bed and Murphy bed and a full size kitchen and washer and dryer. They have a shuttle service that will take you where you want to go as well as pick you up. Since we were there for a short time, we didn't get to experience the indoor pool or bowling ally, but we will next time. Overall an incredible experience and I cannot wait to stay here again. ....our bed was very comfortable too!!!
