The organization has an adoption approval process, and those interested should apply to be on the Worth the Wait list to gain priority while the team sorts through applications and chooses the person they see as the best fit (getting in feels harder than getting into an Ivy, but it's worth it). We adopted our sweet girl, Willa, a couple of months ago. She fits into our family perfectly and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone at OTAT was so nice and excited when we met her.
