It's cute! The food options aren't ample, vegetarian options even less so, and I wouldn't say this is a place to go to eat healthy, though it's doable. I actually had to eliminate bubble tea from my diet because my blood sugar is too high and that stuff is basically a sugar bomb, so I drank just a plain old unsweetened black tea here and it was really nice because their underlying tea ingredient choices are good and they know how to brew it without it getting bitter, so I didn't feel like I was being deprived. I like that they let you customize your sweetness level really easily from the touchscreen.
The fried tofu was pretty good and a pretty decent portion for the price. They have a few different onigiri options and who doesn't love onigiri - I got the one with shrimp tempura and spicy mayo (also not great for blood sugar but I have to live a little). My fiance got fried chicken and said it was good. A friend got a bubble tea and a different onigiri and was happy.
It's hard to say much about service because this is an order-at-the counter place and they have a touch-screen menu for ordering, as well, so we didn't interact with staff much. Food came out fast. There was a little bit of a communication issue when my finance wanted a different sauce for his chicken since he hates mayo, but once I held up the sauce I got with my tofu and explained we wanted another they got it and were happy to assist.
Likewise, for ambiance, it's a casual, order-at-the-counter place, but perfectly cute. Large tables. We were able to sit with a friend and linger for a while and the touchscreen ordering makes it easy to go order more if you want, so it's a good place to just meet to hang out.
Obviously I love that it's in the Eden Center because there is parking and you can come here and also knock out other errands/food enjoyment in one day.
My only meaningful complaint is that they don't make their bathroom available to patrons so you have to go inside the mall to find the bathroom there. It's a decent bathroom, but a schlep.
