My kids like the boba here but this place gives me major anxiety because the lobby is very dirty with hand prints everywhere. I don’t think they ever cleaned the lobby. I just want to Lysol wipe everything.

While my son was at Taekwondo, I stopped by One Zo Boba to try their Brown Sugar Milk Tea. The drink doesn't include pearls by default, so I added them to my order. At $7.17 for the regular size, it's a bit pricey, but the pearls were soft and tasted good. Overall, it was a nice treat.

This is a great place for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious and refreshing boba tea. They have a large selection of drinks to suit different tastes. I tried the Orange Green Tea, and it was fantastic – the fresh fruit flavor was perfectly balanced with the boba. The Egg Waffles are also a great choice, especially when filled with things like boba or chocolate chips. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of drinks and snacks, and the flavors are spot on. Here’s a simple summary of their menu: Fruit Tea: - One Zo Fruit Tea - $6.70 - Strawberry Green Tea - $6.95 - Orange, Grapefruit, Watermelon, Mango, Pineapple Green Tea - $6.95 each Smoothies: - Strawberry, Mango, Pineapple, Lychee - $6.15/$6.65 - Taro, Chocolate - $6.35/$6.85 Original Tea: - Assam Black, Jasmine Green, Roasted Rice, Honey Green Tea - $5.35/$5.85 Milk Tea: - One Zo, One Zo Green Milk Tea - $5.55/$6.05 - Black Sesame, Roasted Rice Milk Tea - $5.85/$6.35 - Fresh Strawberry Milk - $6.95 - Taro, Chocolate Milk Tea - $5.85/$6.35 Brown Sugar (with Brown Sugar Boba): - Brown Sugar Milk, Milk Tea, Green Milk Tea, Black Tea, Matcha Latte, Red Bean - $5.65/$6.15 Brulee: - Brulee Oreo Brown Sugar Milk, Slush, Milk Tea, Matcha Milk Tea, Red Bean Matcha Slush - $6.95-$7.15 Latte: - Uji Matcha Latte, Strawberry Matcha Latte, Black Tea Latte, Green Tea Latte - $5.55/$6.45 Handmade Boba (add to any drink): - One Zo Boba - $1.25, Honey/Taro/Strawberry/Mango Boba - $0.75, Brown Sugar Boba - $1.00, Lychee Jelly/Aloe Vera - $1.25 Snow Cap (Cheese Foam): - $1.00 This place is perfect for a quick, refreshing drink or snack. However, while there are a few chairs to wait on inside, the space doesn’t have tables or anything to relax at. But, if you prefer, there are outdoor seating areas where you can hang out and enjoy your drink. I definitely recommend it for its great drinks and prices, and I think adding a little more comfort inside could make it an even better place to spend time.

Not for people who enjoy boba, just a spot filler at the shopping center. Pros: Boba is okay, it's fresh although not too flavorful. Cons: This is my main issue with most boba shops in California. 95% of these places source their ingredients from the same distributor, packaged in different wrapping. They use highly processed commercial glucose as a sweetener, highly processed non-dairy product as a milk base, and tea concentrate from a factory that comes in frozen bags, then, and poured into a pitcher with water. Most Americans are used to consuming these chemically processed foods so they don't mind. Unfortunately it's just not a good place to get a quality boba.

We love this tea/boba spot. Mostly because of the consistency in the quality you’re getting each time. This last time we went in we noticed there was a new tanghulu tenant inside - did not try this time around. You can order from 2 different ordering devices (the tanghulu place has its own). Got the honey green tea and it was perfect! There are also a lot of new toy machines and a new photo booth (but was not in operation that day).

This outlet is nestled in the middle of a nice strip mall next to LA Fitness. Competition in the boba tea market is quite intense and trying to stand out is quite difficult. As this outlet goes the ordering system on the kiosk is easy to navigate. Also their teas are quite good and boba are just right. Not much to go wrong here except that there might be only 1 person holding the fort due to lack of labor in general.

The quality is generally good, but the bobas put in my drink were hot at first and needed time to get to the right temp and consistency. I ordered the mango smoothie, less sweet. I will try to order with no sugar next time to see if it’s at the sweetness level for me.

Will not return to this boba place. Should’ve spent my money at a known and tried boba chain, like Happy Lemon or another local one. The cup was small.. (look at other reviewers photos- I didn’t get to take a picture) and I paid almost $7 for a regular milk tea with honey boba. They make their boba “fresh” in house, and it tasted really doughy and flavorless. They don’t use the traditional tapioca and said the black pearls are only for their brown sugar milk tea. The tea was bland and didn’t taste very good.
