"This place is ONE of a kind. Housed in a converted factory, the restaurant blends raw industrial elements with trendy decor featuring unusual art including murals. The terrace at the Roer River is a fabulous spot in which to unwind. You are in good hands here, which you will sense as soon as the charming Canadian hostess comes to the table. She is your guide as you venture into Edwin Soumang's world of culinary sustainability. The chef boasts an urban kitchen garden of no less than 1 000m2, and he understands that the foundation of any great dish is the quality of its ingredients. What he does not grow himself, he sources as locally as possible. His creativity is inspired by the richness of his terroir. He accompanies Geuldal suckling lamb neck he not only with a rich lamb jus, but also a zingy yoghurt dressing with mint oil and crisp vegetable accoutrements. He incorporates Wellant apple into a soufflé prepared in time-honoured tradition, and serves it with vanilla ice cream and an apple compote. A captivating dining experience!" - Michelin Inspector

We use One.com for business email — and this has been an absolute disaster. Our entire domain stopped receiving incoming emails, including internal messages and even test emails sent to ourselves. We’ve been getting constant SMTP queue errors (450/451), and despite contacting support six times, nothing has been resolved. They impose a ridiculous 25-emails-per-5-minutes limit per entire domain. That’s not suitable for any real business use. Their support keeps repeating the same lines, refuses to connect us directly with technical staff, and has no timeline or accountability. We’ve lost a full day of work, messages, and trust from our partners. We’re now migrating away from One.com, and I strongly advise others to stay far away if you value your communication and clients.

Extremely rude and bad service . Stay away from here. Their accounting is miserable and they send out pay reminders for payments that already are processed. They send out a reminder that they will close my account for a bill that I have paid on time because they send a "rykker" after I have paid this bill fully. This is nonsense I will look for a new hosting service . I am strongly against making people pay small extra bills to add 10-20% revenue pr client . Just because their accounting is slow and does not register payments before one week after they leave your account. its a rude way of doing business

having been a customer for over 10 years one.com use to be amazing and fair. how ever there latest price rises is pushing long term customers away with rising prices to larger email users which has never been the case.. the also have refused the subject data request that was issused to them and refused many complaints and there lower end staff with activly refuse to let you take your complaint to management..

1 star is way too much for this company. Even though I've been with them for many years, and have paid for the domain and email service already until early next year, they have suspended my account and demanded I send them my most personal ID details in order to unlock it. This is so unprofessional, and I've now lost over 10 years worth of work unless I give in to them and hand over all my details. But if I do that, will I find my bank account cleaned out, or my ID used for dodgy purposes, sometime soon? Just don't deal with them.

Edit: they have responded in the most unethical, copy and paste, garbage way. They are still holding on to my domains illegally. They are holding my domains hostage. RUN. They want to charge me 4 times as much as the initial cost and 4 times more than other providers so I tried to leave. They must be giving me fake codes for the transfer as none of the dozens of codes I have tried have worked. This must be illegal. I initially thought it was the new providers being the problem but since have realized it is One.com Stay as far away from them as possible. Will likely meet them in small claims court. What a nightmare.

A very bad service in regards to billing. I got a call from a lawyer from an old project an intern at our company ran, asking for a huge amount for a domain and hosting we haven't used for years. It turns out that they posted invoices at our old address in stead of contacting us with email, phone or any other type of measures - and the dept colecting agency and lawyers were totally unfair in their process. Never dealing with them again and hope that they will contact me when they see this review and sort things out properly, instead of running things like a fraudent micro loan company.

Add (bundle) basic web hosting to every domain name even if not required and make it very, very hard to cancel either the unnecessary hosting or transfer the domain name to another provider. Best to avoid as there are other domain providers who are not abusing their customers like this.

Hi see I am not the only one that is giving a one star review. The server is very slow and very difficult to manage you have to contact the robot chat just to get anything done. The system is not very intuitive and every time you want to try and do something you have to resolve to a 50 page how do you do that.com When you finally get with the online chat with a person it seems like they take the coffee every time you ask them a question it takes 15 minutes to get an answer. The network service they provide is always failing even when you’re trying to download files from the server the network fails.
