We use One.com for business email — and this has been an absolute disaster.
Our entire domain stopped receiving incoming emails, including internal messages and even test emails sent to ourselves. We’ve been getting constant SMTP queue errors (450/451), and despite contacting support six times, nothing has been resolved.
They impose a ridiculous 25-emails-per-5-minutes limit per entire domain. That’s not suitable for any real business use. Their support keeps repeating the same lines, refuses to connect us directly with technical staff, and has no timeline or accountability.
We’ve lost a full day of work, messages, and trust from our partners.
We’re now migrating away from One.com, and I strongly advise others to stay far away if you value your communication and clients.
