"This cart in the food truck park across from Ninkasi specializes in messy breakfast sandwiches on Texas toast that absolutely slap. The bread comes toasted till golden brown in garlic butter with the egg baked in (egg-in-the-hole-style) with toppings like sliced ham, pesto cream, and uber-melty Harvati cheese, or bacon, tomato, and avocado. One of the most scrumptious breakfast spots around. The owner is incredibly friendly and kind, with a gift of gods in the kitchen. I strongly urge you to go and try this place. When I ate my egg sandwhich, I was transported back to my childhood, eating egg sandwiches with my dad. Please come out and support a lovely little breakfast spot.

Today was our third trip to Only Yolking, and every visit has been an 11/10! The food is absolutely phenomenal, and the folks running it are so kind and clearly take great pride in what they serve. The sauce, the toast, the crispy bacon, THE EGG!! What an amazing eat! So grateful for Liz and Koa at Only Yolking, they are amazing cooks and some of the kindest people out there! I had The B.E.A.T, (bacon, egg, avocado, tomato) and it never disappoints! They have a variety of options to choose from and are so quick. If you're looking for a bite that will hit alll the spots, I highly recommend checking them out! :)
