This restaurant has been on my list to try and finally made it last night to kick off a birthday weekend. We ordered mango tea and mango sticky rice beer. We both loved the tea. The mango sticky rice beer was just ok. I didn't get the flavors until the beer was actually more at room temp. For appetizer we had Szechuan Spicy Chicken Wonton ( 6 pcs ) $7.99. So delicious. I could probably eat 3 servings of this as main course lol! For entrees we ordered:
Special of the month

Honey Glazed Pork Char Siu, Crispy Pork Belly, Chinese Sausage, Soft Boiled Egg, Sliced Cucumber, Jasmine Rice, Pork Char Siu Gravy
$16.99
HAINANESE CHICKEN OVER RICE

HONG KONG STYLE NOODLE SOUP

$14.99
FLY ME TO THE MOON ( Offered Dine in only)
MANGO ICE CREAM, COCONUT SWEET RICE INFUSED WITH BUTTERFLY PEA FLOWERS, WARM COCONUT CREAM, CRUSHED PEANUT. (Our signature dessert create dish by The Nood Bar)
$8.99
Everything was delicious. The standouts are the crispy pork belly, the ginger and garlic rice from the Hainanese entree, Pork Belly Char Siu from the Hong Kong Style Noodle Soup and the fly me to the moon dessert was unique. The sticky rice with crushed peanut was different in a good way. I have never had sticky rice infused with butterfly pea flowers. The taste and scent it adds is mild but pleasant.
The most standout from this restaurant is the service. Impeccable service. There were maybe 9 tables some 2-4 some, but the guys made you feel like you were the only one dining. These 2 guys had such a great symphonic rhythm and worked in unison not skipping a beat. Definitely a busy place. The tables were not empty for long. And the lines of people coming in and out to pick up orders were nonstop. Great pan Asian cuisine and can satisfy any cravings you have, so stop thinking about it and just stop by. I do recommend going through their menu online first https://www.oodlesasianeatery.com/menus. The photos are helpful.
