Delicious pasta pod and very friendly service. We tried Ooh Pasta for the first time today- ordered the clam linguini (+sausage) and it was yum! Generous portion size with sliced bread to dip into the sauce.

Food was delicious, the portion was huge (I’m talking 3 meals!) and the owner was super nice. Btw if it’s super cold out, there’s complementary seating in the bar across the parking lot

I was craving pasta yesterday and decided to check out this spot since I had it bookmarked for a while. The man taking our order was not only very sweet but also made the most mouthwatering pasta I’ve ever tried. The portions are extremely generous, and he even gives garlic bread to go along with it. I tried the wooing asparagus carbonara, and my fiancé had the dreamy Alfredo with broccoli. Amazing first experience! I’m excited to come back and try all the different dishes.

Owner is so nice to begin with. Generous portions of truly amazing pasta made with love. My daughter loves the food and their garlic bread is on point. Best pasta in Portland by far with extremely reasonable prices.

Long live Ooh Pasta! I got the #4 peanut sauce dish and my husband got the #1 clam dish, both were 10/10! Fresh, perfectly cooked ingredients, the most delicious sauces made fresh to order, and big portions for the price. We used to come here often when we lived in the area, moved out of state many years ago but still have to come eat here whenever we’re in town!

Tony's pasta is the absolute best. The number 4 is to die for. I come all the way from the Westside for this dish. He could open an Italian sit down restaurant & it would boom. Service is spot on. Nicest guy around. Thx Tony...keep pasta'n on.

We ordered the wooing asparagus carbonara for our first visit here. The truck looked great with no observed issues. Lots of table space under cover for the rainy days. The gentleman who assisted us was friendly and helpful. Food was ready and back home in 10 minutes. The chicken was tender, pasta done well, asparagus crisp and lots of cheesy creamy goodness. I called ahead to make sure they were open on time - they weren't and was told when they would open.

Holy portions! Service is prompt. My first time trying this place and it exceeded my expectations: 1. Portion size is huge! It would easily be 2-3 meals for me 2. Each dish is made with fresh vegetables, which is amazing 3. Each dish comes with slices of yummy garlic bread! Fantastic, can't wait to try everything on the menu! Highly recommend. I do wish they made a classic homemade spaghetti and meatballs though, if a pasta joint can master that, it can master any pasta dish!

The four times we went there to have a meal, they are always closed! Even though, the Yelp App says, they're still open. We go there when they're open, only to find out, they're out. Tonight, they were supposed to be open until 8pm, we got there about 6pm, and there's nobody there, posted on the window, with some excuse! No more! We're done driving there!

Absolutely THE best pasta. My favorite is the Carbonara. I ask for bacon & he makes it extra spicy for me. Just the way I like it.

Hands down best pasta, we got the penne allá vodka, we drove an hour for this place and will continue to do so, huge portions for an unbeatable price, overall amazing food and customer service!

I have been working in customer service nearly my entire life and I can confidently say this is the best customer service I've ever received ! The food is affordable and the taste is amazing. I was offered extra garlic bread on the house! I will be eating so good the rest of the week now for less than $30!

Traveling thru the area and was looking for a quick and delicious meal... yesterday. Hubs and I decided to get Ooh Pasta based on all the excellent reviews. We had the clam pasta with sausage added.. and it was the bombb. Portion from one order was large enough to feed us both and the garlic bread was perfect to scoop up all the yummy sauce and clam bits with veggies. Today we came back for a great, quick, value meal and tried the number 9 with added sausage. (See attached) whoa nelly. Did not disappoint. Loaded with fresh broccoli, peppers and onions, sausage, chicken, and lots of the yummy sauce for dipping... you guessed it, garlic bread in. The gentleman who cooks and serves was super friendly and even gave me a cold water bottle on the house as the weather was a bit on the warm side today. Seating is plentiful in front of the food carts and there are plenty of other customers even at a random mealtime. Anyway, all told, if you come here, I think I can say now you are guaranteed a dependable and flavorful pasta meal for 2 people in 7-8 minutes for less than $15. We'll be back!!

You have a dish called RISING SUN YAKISOBA???? That is the same thing as saying Nazi Swastika salad.... Please rename or remove the dish immediately, the rising sun is an incredibly offensive term. Please research the meaning behind it and what it was used for.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The man working today MADE MY DAY! Not only was the food INCREDIBLE, the customer service was off the charts. He was extremely friendly, attentive and kind. The portion size was amazing and the flavor was backed into every bite. The price $13 is extremely reasonable for what I got (huge portion of chicken broccoli Alfredo pasta and garlic bread on the side!) I am so excited to come back here again!

Service: the service was spectacular, I'm a foodie and a previous restaurant manager and this cart checks all the boxes! Food was beyond amazing!! We tried a few dishes and they are way better than any pasta restaurant. The cart was clean and everything was fresh to order! Also, the prices were a steal! If you're looking for good food!? Try this place out!

It's Saturday evening and we were hoping to call in for delivery tonight and bum out on the couch while watching Big Night. I called the number listed but no one picked up. So while still craving pasta tonight we dragged ourselves out the door in our sweats to Cartlandia. Yay they're open! My husband ordered the Blushing penne ala Vodka dish, one for each of us. I heard the rave reviews of this place and to see that this cart has been in business for years now, I wonder how I went with my days for this long without coming here! They accept cc. The meals were packaged nicely and they come loaded! I mean if you're hungry for pasta and don't care to wait for an overpriced sit down restaurant, you must go to Ohh, pasta! It was our lucky night. They made an extra dish that someone had called in before us that had canceled so now we have more pasta to kill, I mean enjoy. But hey we're not complaining. Hot, flavorful and generously loaded. I mean what more can I say. I'm Blushing. Sorry to my taste buds for missing out on this place sooner. I look forward to coming back to try other dishes. Perhaps another Saturday night in!

WARNING: MAY GO INTO FOOD COMA! Jk Alright I do have tell everyone, if your a pasta fan You have to try this truck. Okay let's back up! It's in One of Portland's Awesome Food Cart area...Cartlandia! It has a lot to choose from so don't get sidetracked this is one on the list! I walked to all the trucks to see if there were new stuff or anything I really need to try! I kept going back to the pasta dishes in my head. So I go with. I order a Asparagus Grilled Chicken Pasta! It was fabulous like really really good. It had a nice cream to pasta ratio lol and the sauce wasn't to thin or thick it was spot on. Flavor town all the way. The amount of pasta that I got was definitely enough for leftovers. I didn't want to stop eating but I was actually full half way through. The guy behind the counter also had a very good happy vibe. He was polite and talk. Again that's a big one for me! Good Energy=Good Vibes= Happy Yelpers! Keep up the good work. Your food chart is cool and delicious.

I ordered four different dishes through ubereats and was amazed! Pasta is usually not that great unless it's fresh and hot but our food was soooo good and still hot when it was delivered! The bashful basil primavera is my new favorite food!!!!

I loved this place! It's located in Cartlandia where there's a bunch of different food trucks, so the atmosphere is pretty fun. I ended up ordering the Chicken Bacon Asparagus Carbonara and it was so yummy! There was a ton of flavor and it tasted really fresh. Everything else looked great too and I would love to try one of the Thai pastas next time! The worker was super nice and helpful, and also made my food fast! Initially I thought $9 was too much, but when the food came out I was really surprised how big the portion was! It could've easily fed 2 or 3 people, so the price is totally worth it! I highly recommend giving Ooh Pasta a try!

The pasta here is so fresh and yummy and The owner was very friendly!! We had the Chicken Fettuccine with broccoli and the Wooing Asparagus Carbonara and it was amazing! Sour Dough Garlic bread was fantastic. Highly recommend.

It's meh, their pasta is hit or miss. Sometimes good, sometimes mushy. Most of the time tasteless

Hidden amazing pasta cart tucked away off a busy road in north Portland! Service is very friendly and they are putting out huge pasta dishes. Try the chicken bacon penne pesto cream! You'll want to come back again and again. Portion was huge, and the garlic bread slices they gave were full of roasted garlic flavor!!! Take me back!!

Love this hidden gem!! The owner is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about his food. I got the #2 with sausage and I was so pleasantly surprised by its freshness and flavor. Honestly better than Cheesecake Factory and Olive Garden; I did NOT have to add any salt or pepper because it was that great. The best part? The portion is BIG! This could feed me for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'm definitely going to come back!!

Every dish I've eaten there has been wonderful and very tasty. We drive all the way from battleground Washington to eat there at least once a month.

Do you remember the Built to Grill cart? It was #1 on Yelp for ages, a destination. I'll make this easy. This is WAY better! A) Perfect al dente, not that sloppy soft stuff so many carts serve here B) HUGE portion!!! See the picture. C) One if the nicest cartsters I've ever met. D) REAL vodka sauce with real vodka, not just a name. I'll be coming here for my cargo loading during long cycling rides from now on.

First time eating at this place, and I was floored at how good the food was. This is the first time I've ever felt motivated enough to leave a Yelp review, but both my wife and I were really ecstatic at finding an exciting new place that expertly pairs Italian and Thai flavors to craft the most exquisite pastas that we have ever had. Both the warm and hospitable manner of the owner and the freshness and quality of the ingredients made our first experience here one which we will undoubtedly repeat soon. We had the Vodka Penne and Clam Linguini, which was unlike any that we've ever had. The delicious uniqueness of the Italian/Thai fusion was intense enough to propel us into eating way past our comfort level. Not a big deal, just had to loosen the belt a little.

I always go for the Blushing Penne. It's a one-man shop, so sometimes I'll call and not actually reach anybody, but usually that's fixed by showing up in person. He's always willing to make anything vegetarian for me, and is especially generous with his vegetables and portions of both pasta and garlic bread. I rarely finish it in one sitting, and the leftovers become a delectable lunch the next day. If I am in the mood, I go for the Thai iced tea too. It really satiates my sweet tooth and prevents me from going out on a late-night boba run a few hours later.

First off, this one of the few carts that takes credit cards!! So many carts were cash only and that's annoying! Anyway....I ordered the wooing asparagus carbonara. IT.WAS.AMAZING. The noodles were cooked perfectly, plenty of chicken and bacon, and the asparagus had a very crisp crunch! The overall flavor was a DEVINE mix of garlicky,cheesey, deliciousness *made that up*! Plus you get a huge portion, like, giant size and the price is perfect. I was full and it barely looked like I touched it! Score for leftovers and props to you ooh, pasta! You is delish!

What a fabulous food Cart! Like other reviewers have mentioned, the Owners are super nice and REALLY want you to be happy with the meal they serve you. I'm allergic to MSG, so going to a food cart can be problematic. How wonderful to ask about MSG content and get back the answer that everything is made from scratch! I can't tell you the number of food carts that have lost my business just because they don't really know what is in their food spices and flavorings. Our first visit I ordered the number 4, light on onions, after conferring with the owner. It was delicious, but while the vegetables were obviously fresh and crisp, eating them with a plastic fork was difficult. My feedback to the owner is to stop with the cheap forks! Get the stronger/larger ones so we can eat veggies properly. Other than that minor annoyance, the food was super! Fresh and delicious. On that first visit my Sweetheart ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and loved it. Today I returned again and ordered the same thing as before. I told the owner my beef with the small forks (while I was annoyed with myself for not putting some silverware in the car) and he whipped out a larger set. Yay! Then I asked him to cook my veggies just a bit more, again light on the onions. My dinner was perfection without the annoyance of crappy forks. Noodles very tender, homemade peanut curry sauce, diced chicken breast, fresh broccoli,carrots, red and green peppers.... Can we say YUM? Total comfort food made to my taste! While waiting the few minutes for my food (that whole custom made to order takes a few minutes) I saw another gentlemen eyeballing the menu board. I heartily recommended their food, and he ordered the Carbonara dish. After eating, the gentleman saw me and said the food was perfecto and this is now his new favorite place to eat, even if it does mean driving down from Vancouver.

I couldn't believe how delicious it was and with how big of a portion size I got. I couldn't finish it, and I'm a big dude. Not only that, it was fucking amazing. I got the penne alla vodka and the flavor profile and cooking technique were far better than I'd expect at an average casual dining Italian restaurant, let alone a food cart. Pasta, sauce, cheese, 100% on point. Good portion of chicken too, slightly overcooked but that would just be fishing for criticism because I have no other. Fuck, that was good. Huge portions with amazing execution, there's nothing I can say bad about it.

I'm originally from the NE and we KNOW our Italian food. Good Italian food on the west coast has been hard to find but this food hits the spot. The ingredients are fresh and it is prepared so that it all just melts in your mouth, all the ingredients working as one. The portions are huge, easily giving 3 meals out of one order for a great price. You also get garlic bread and who doesn't like garlic bread?

Very solid pasta dishes, and a generous amount for what you pay. I typically get though about half and stash the rest in the fridge for later or tomorrow, and I'm not exactly a small guy. I tend to lean toward the Italian side of the menu, but the Thai and other Asian items are legit as well. Definitely recommended, and especially comforting through the rainy season!

We tried the food pod here and landed on Ooh, Pasta. My daughter had a number 5 and I had a number 8. Both were delicious. The best thing was that the ingredients were fresh and balanced. The garlic bread had sweet fresh garlic. My Alfredo was well balanced and had perfect seasoning. My daughter said her vegetables were tender, cooked well, and tasted fresh. The operator was friendly and very attentive. The second best thing was that the food was HOT. That's the greatness of a food truck. Thanks Ooh, Pasta for a great meal. PS the portions are EPIC. You're going to leave with leftovers for sure!

Blushing penne ala vodka ($9) is my I-don't-care-that-I-just-burned-a-lot-of-calories-from-running-I'm-hungry-dammit pasta dish. This smells and looks awesome. It's heavy in portion and flavor. The penne pasta with creamy vodka sauce and cheese melting from the heat is mouthwatering. It's even better when you take that first bite. Thai tipsy linguine ($9) is their version of drunken noodles. I think allowing the noodles and vegetables to cook longer would give it time to absorb the sauce more. It's not a creamy or sticky sauce so it looks very bland at first. The thin sauce settles at the bottom so to keep the flavors intact there was a lot of stirring during the meal. Other than that the dish is delicious and colorful. The owners are delightful and will offer honest suggestions based on your likes and dislikes. Service is fast and the prices are fair for the portions you're given. Also, they give you two slices of garlic bread on top of the already gigantic portion of food. Who doesn't like garlic bread?

I'm not really sure what they're trying to go for here. But I probably just need to open my mind some more. They're nestled into this cart pod nicely. I got their chicken basil dish. It was ok. The pasta wasn't fresh and there wasn't a lot of chicken. The prices aren't bad though. And I got an enormous portion. The owner is very nice and helpful. I'd try it if you have the chance.

This cart is fantastic! The owner is so nice and friendly and the food is excellent! The price is great - most dishes are $11 bucks and it's easily 2 meals - my wife and I go for lunch then have the rest for dinner (or lunch the next day if it lasts that long). Can't recommend this place enough- have tried the majority of the menu and it's all great!

This is my favorite food cart at Cartlandia! The service is awesome and the pasta dishes are amazing. I love pasta and I honestly think his place is better than Olive Garden. I usually always get the Flirting Clam Linguine and a Thai iced tea when I come here. If you haven't been to this cart, I would highly recommend checking them out. Best bang for your buck because it's inexpensive and the portions are pretty big!

I've been going to this cart for years! The owner is super nice and has great customer service. When it's busy, I recommend ordering in advance; that way it's ready when you get there. Otherwise, you'll be waiting between 10-20 minutes, depends how busy it is. Our favorite is the clam linguine and chicken teriyaki. Both have good flavors.

OH MY GOSH!! Three lunches later... I finally finished my one order of pasta (which only cost $9)!! Don't get me wrong, the "Noodles Gone Nuts" pasta is delicious, but the portion is GINORMOUS! This pasta is exactly how I expect it to taste, very creamy with a strong peanut taste. The server was so kind, he gave me a free cold water bottle while I waited for my lunch in 90°+ weather!! I had a great first experience and will be excited to return!

The food is very consistent and delicious, and the owner is always so friendly and looking to go the extra mile for his customers! Tonight he offered extra garlic bread at no charge. My recommendation - try the Blushing Penne a la Vodka. One of my all time favorite pasta dishes, and to think that it is food taken to go - amazing!

We loved our pasta dish. Had the #1 with clams and had just the right amount of sauce. It wasn't messy, and tasted super fresh. We had such a healthy portion, that we were able to share it. The cart is conveniently located next to tables and a tent to eat under if necessary. The gentleman running the cart was extremely nice, helpful and even offered to take pictures for us. Their prices are reasonable, Especially for the quality and amount you get. You can even call ahead to order, although waiting there didn't take long at all. I look forward to returning and trying more options of their Italian and Thai fusion.

Skip the Italian Denny's we all know as Olive Garden and support this small business. For half the price you pay at Olive Garden, you get double the portion. I ordered the asparagus carbonara and it was delicious! Whenever we stroll through Oregon we like to hit up Cartlandia and Ooh, Pasta is definitely one of the carts to stop by.

BEST PASTA EVER. I love pasta, I love cheese, I love bread. I love this place. We ordered 3 different kinds of pasta, and all of them did not disappoint. For the price that was charged and the amount we got? We couldn't even finish one together.. There's so much food in this little container! And so much meats and veggies. This place is amazing. Combining a little bit of thai styles to an american dish makes it just perfect. The guy was super nice and accommodating. I can't rave about this place enough. Perfect walking distance from my house and ya got pasta.

Yes! Food carts can make great food too! I have to admit it, I was a little doubtful about it at first. In fact, that was my fist time trying food from this type of business and so far the experience was excellent. It just makes more sense to support the small family business and something unique and local.

593-475-5858 is the correct number. Each plate is like 2-4 servings. Ingredients are fresh, and so tasty. Great fo Togo, even with a twenty minute car ride home, food travels perfectly. This place tastes more like a pricy Italian joint for sure. It's so delicious, and the owner is probably the kindest dude ever to run a restaurant. It's obvious he takes pride in his food, and it makes him happy.
