Austin Brewery Circle Brewing Company Wants to Open in Elgin, Texas - Eater Austin

"It looks like Osteria Pronto, the Italian restaurant within the downtown JW Marriott hotel, is undergoing a refresher. Its name will change to OP Italian, and there will be an updated space, plus new menu, according to the Poached listing for staff. It’s expected to debut in February." - Nadia Chaudhury

My mother and I were downtown for a concert at Everwise Amphitheater and enjoyed dinner at OP Italian. Our waitress, Brooke, was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and flavor profiles. She made ordering and trying new things a breeze! She really made the whole meal and experience! The food was made with fresh ingredients and had great taste. The wood fired pizza was a little soggy in the middle for my liking, but I would recommend it still and definitely eat it again. If you need a restaurant close by for your next concert or just want a fun experience, I highly recommend OP Italian!

Food was great, legitimately great. However Atmosphere was crazy loud for how few people were there. Martinis were very excellent, with one exception … the olives in the martini were not great. They were small and mushy.

Deirdre was our waitress and she was excellent. She made great suggestions. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We loved everything we ordered.

Such a great experience at the bar before a Pacers game. Excellent selection of drinks, and the best service from Ryan! Drinks were the perfect amount of strong. There was a guy set up in the lobby area playing guitar and singing - such a wide variety of music. So enjoyable and fun. Everything was extremely clean. Definitely recommend!

We came during a very busy conference time when I'm sure they were slammed and we still got great service. Brooke was so kind and accommodating with us (the sun was shining right into one of our eyes from the reflection of a building and she and the manager solved it). We enjoyed cocktails, shared the garlic bread, burrata, and meatballs, then ordered a lot of pasta that was all amazing and pizza (mushroom truffle pizza had SO MANY mushrooms on it, and note that the ricotta has a lemon flavor so if that's not your palate preference you may want to choose something else), then we split the tiramisu and triple chocolate cake that were perfect.

Dailyn Dailyn !!! She was marvelous… pleasant smile knowledge and fantastic service. Highly recommend the mushroom pizza!! TOO GOOD ate left overs for breakfast 🤪. Dailyn recommended a vanilla bean dessert. I wanted to lick the ball perfect texture, light packed with flavor. I forgot to take pictures when our food initially came out could only snap my leftovers. That’s how good it was. In town for NFL combine look forward to returning.

Google
Thank you to our server, Brooke, and OP Italian for an excellent meal and excellent service! We are only here for a short time for a conference, but Brooke made us feel right at home. She gave us great recommendations on what to order and the food was spectacular! Loved the dessert and coffee especially - the experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Came for Devour Indy. Amazing food and our server was fantastic. Super nice, funny, attentive and very helpful. We ordered the Calamari, Ceasar Salads, Salmon Entree & Spicy Sausage Rigatoni Entree and ended with the Tiramisu. Everything was superb! Also had a couple drinks....great as well.

Yelp
We stopped in before an Indians game and sat at the bar. We shared the pizza of the day and the Italian chopped salad. The pizza was pepperoni with hot honey and it was delicious! It really hit the spot for both of us. I really didn't expect to love the salad the way I did. I asked for the giardinera on the side, because I don't always love this stuff, but it was delicious. The whole salad was perfect. We had excellent service at the bar and enjoyed watching the bartender make drinks, which ultimately led me to order a spritzer called honey for the bees. It's not pictured because I drank half of it before I thought to take a picture, but I really enjoyed it. It wasn't overly sweet, more crisp and refreshing. There was a concert going on at the same time as an Indians game and who knows what else brought guests in, but the hotel was packed. OP was not that busy, surprisingly, so it was pretty quiet in comparison to the chaos right outside. Their menu is a bit expensive, but the pizza and salads are not overly expensive and definitely worth stopping in for. We'll be back!

Yelp
We were staying at the JW Marriott and decided to have an easy dinner in the hotel after a long, long day of travel. It has an old world sophisticated charm with a modern twist. The restaurant was inviting and the menu looked appealing so we made reservations. We started with the OP Salad and the Caesar Salad. And although the Op salad did not look outstanding, it was shockingly fantastic. The dressing was simple, fresh and complex all in one. The Caesar salad was just as wonderful. (And apparently, I was enjoying it so much the table next to us decided to order the Caesar salads all around. ) We ordered the Margherita Pizza to share as our entree. Unfortunately, the first pizza came out rather burnt. The manager was swift to notice and without us even needing to request a new pizza from our server, she offered to have it remade. The second pizza was much better and less burnt but we were sad we didn't go with the Shrimp Pasta. The next time we will order one of the pasta dishes. I think they just need to work out a few kinks with the pizza oven and refine their techniques. They provide excellent service and they iron out the kinks for you. We will be back!

Yelp
Enjoyed dinner with a group of colleagues - 4 from Indy, 1 from NC and one from NV. Our North Carolina friend wanted to go there since she was in for a conference at the JW. Ambiance is nice warm and slightly upscale without feeling stuffy. The "must have" item are the meatball appetizers! So delicious with small slices of Italian bread - yum! 4/6 of us got the salmon which was cooked perfectly (I like mine cooked throughout, not medium) with fingerling potatoes and broccoli. I will get that again! Get the signature Old Fashioned! It's sweeter than traditional with a dose of vanilla. The friends surprised 2 of us with a birthday dessert since we were there on the day of a friend and mine was the next day. Service was good. Be aware that an auto 20% tip is added to this size group (6) and the host accidentally added 20% more. My preference is when a server tells you that in advance just as a courtesy. Just check your tab before you leave.

Yelp
It was okay, nothing special. But all the dishes tasted like it was sitting out for a while. The chicken parm was everyones #1 pick out of all the dishes that came out. The calamari was good, but a little salty. Our server was very attentive, but that was the only positive. They offer parking validation, but nobody seemed to know how to validate our parking. Not sure if we'll be back, but hope others have a better experience than us :)

Yelp
Im writing down my Yelp review while it seems For some reason Yelp decided to remove my review. We were in this place year ago and as I mentioned in my previous review the food was salty. Also, as you see in the picture the crust was fully burnt. We asked for the waiter to change it before we start to eat our food and she didnt and she gave us an attitude. I'll let the photos talk about the statement while I dont want my review gets deleted.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this meal! I ordered a strawberry mint mule to start, and it was super refreshing and flavorful (just wish it was in a copper mug). The garlic bread appetizer is a MUST since bread is unfortunately not already provided. Our waitress was excellent with providing stellar recommendations and even brought us an extra piece of garlic bread to ensure everyone in our party could have a piece. We ordered 5 different entrees and shared between 5 people with a bottle of Malbec. Delicious and filling!! The restaurant is located inside the JW Marriott which is connected to the Indianapolis convention center. It's very convenient if you're in town for a conference. The food here is much better than typical hotel restaurant food. The ambiance matches the stellar food with many upscale details.

Yelp
Heads up, OP is no longer an Italian restaurant. It is now labeled as "American Cuisine" since it merged its menu with the other hotel restaurant High Velocity. There are a few Italian items, but when you go in expecting "Italian restaurant" it's a little disappointing. So that's the main reason it's a 4 star. Also, it was 8pm and they were completely out of pizza- one of their Italian items. I didn't take a star off for this because it was expected but just keep in mind this is a downtown restaurant in a JW Marriott hotel, so it is way overpriced. However, we still had a delicious meal. My friend got the southwest chicken sandwich. She doesn't eat bread so got it without the bun & guac (because she doesn't like it) & said it was amazing. I got the Rigatoni with Italian sausage & broccolini and it was perfectly cooked, great portion, & tasted delicious. Also, they had Dr Pepper which is my favorite & can be hard to find sometimes. Would I go again? Most likely not, but not because of the food or ambiance or staff. Main reason is I don't live in Indy, I hate downtown (was at the hotel for a conference) and I wouldn't want to spend that much when there are better restaurants nearby for cheaper. But if you're at the hotel & want something, it's good. It's also the menu for room service.

Yelp
Food was good. Service was good. Price was expected. Super busy w the ag convention in town but still an overall good experience.

Yelp
I want to start off with the service was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and kind. The food was something else. The tomatoes and burrata was ok, cold and flavorless. The salad was just greens and a very light vinaigrette. Kind of tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The pasta was ok. Sauce was very watery and the garlic bread was soft and chewy with a mountain of Parmesan which I did not enjoy. Didn't taste any garlic. Plenty of seating and moving around space. The tiramisu was interesting. Very small portion for 2. Also a mountain of cocoa powder chunks on top.

Yelp
Came in for breakfast during Gencon, left disappointed. After we were seated, we were informed that service was buffet only. Typically, when you convert an a la carte restaurant for buffet only, you'd at least put a sign at the door. OP Italian couldn't be bothered. The buffet itself would have been alright if it was free. Think a single step above a low-end hotel continental breakfast. The price, however, was substantially higher than that: $44 per person. Nor did our waiter bother to inform us how much we'd be paying. At a $44 per person price point for a breakfast buffet, there needs to be some level of value. However, there was not. The fruit was the same kind of bottom-of-the barrel fare you'd find at a budget hotel. Nowhere did you find the kind of affordances typical at a breakfast buffet at this price point: made to order omelets, smoked salmon, or anything of the like. Avoid this establishment.

Yelp
I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta! Our server, Dai, provided amazing service. A combination of delicious food, spot-on ambiance, and exceptional service made it the perfect date night!

Yelp
So this "Italian" restaurant may be the only one in the US that does not have Sambuca. Who is the Bev Manager for this spot? Wow. Get with it. Plus, give it some ambiance. Dim the lights just a tad. It looks like last call.
google avatar

Yelp
I sat at the bar so service was fast. I got a glass of Prosecco and shrimp pasta. I'm pretty sure I read the menu wrong but though it would come with a red sauce but it was garlic butter sauce. There was a good amount of garlic but way too much butter for my liking. The shrimp were cooked well.

Yelp
My friends and I celebrated a birthday here for dinner one night. None of us had ever been and we wanted somewhere close to all of our works. The atmosphere was great. It is located in a hotel so it kind of fits that vibe. Our service was great. Our server was kind, attentive, and made some recommendations. The food was just ok in my opinion. I think there is much better Italian food in the city and for the same or cheaper. I think the menu was overpriced for the quality and taste. They did serve large portions so you will likely go home with leftovers.

Yelp
I did not realize this restaurant was in the JW Marriott. You cannot always rely on hotel restaurants but this was a good one. I was a bit concerned at first with the service as I sat for a long time before the waitress came over. But once she finally did, she was very attentive. The manager seemed to be delivering food. Each food item came very quickly. I started with the Pineapple Mule: New Amsterdam vodka, pineapple syrup, ginger beer, lime. I really liked this. Nice tart ginger flavor with the added pineapple flavor. I had the OP House salad: baby greens, fresh herbs, white balsamic vinaigrette. This was just lettuce and dressing but was tasty. Really liked the dressing flavor. Different lettuces and herbs in it. I had the Mushroom & Truffle pizza: ricotta, mozzarella, black truffle oil, parmesan cream. I loved the mushrooms on this and all of the cheese. It was a nice thin crust. Very flavorful. It was a decent size pizza but I ate it all. It was very tasty. I had dessert even though I was full. I had the Zeppole donuts with powdered sugar, nutella. So good. Not greasy or heavy. Loved the nutella to dip in. Overall a really nice meal for a hotel restaurant. ;)

Yelp
Craving Italian or maybe some fire pizza? OP Italian is the place for you. Walk into the jw Marriott on the right you will find the Resaurant. Amazing wood fired pizza and pasta dishes so big we split one dish between two people and I was full! They were nice enough to bring out two plates also. The pizza was wood fired and soooo tasty I want to go back and try more! The cocktails were unique and tasty I got one with raspberry liquor and it tasted like a sweet milkshake! Parking on street where you pay by a meter or parking garage across street.

Yelp
The portion sizes are good. I got the egg white fruttata with a side of chicken sausage. 3 large sausage links were more than enough to fill me up. The staff were super friendly and accommodating too. On a Sunday at 830 when we left there were still plenty of seats.

Yelp
All around excellent meal, fantastic and high level service care of Brooke, ambiance was lovely, each item was very flavorful and really so delicious....the Filet Mignon was a standout with the truffle potatoes! Excellent calamari and even the soup was terrific! Everything is made to order and so fresh....we weren't expecting to be blown away but we really were! So Terrific!!
google avatar

Edward T.

Yelp
The food was nothing special. It's not a big brunch menu. The pancakes are not the normal kind, and kids didn't like them. The server kept forgetting to bring water and other things to the table. If you park in the garage, you have to walk thru the main lobby. The restaurant decor and feel was really good. Will have to try the dinner to see if it's any better.
google avatar

Yelp
We are on visit 10 of this amazing place and I can say it is one of the best meals in Indy! Ask for Deidre and your night will instantly take a solid jump in the positive direction! There is not a bad seat in the house! If you want a "fire" martini, order an apple martini with a shot of Disaronna in it. You have yourself an Italian apple martini my friends.... Soups are home made and always hot! Make your way over to OP for an amazing Italian meal!

Yelp
We had dinner here on a Friday night, arriving right as they opened. We had a reservation but waited in line for several minutes prior to being greeted. No one was rude, just understaffed. Some of the food was great, some was more fair-to-middlin', disappointing for the price point. Overall our experience falls in the Not Good category. The food was OK, not great. We tried ordering carpaccio but they were out. The calamari was pretty salty. It would have benefited from a squeeze of lemon and some horseradish in the cocktail sauce. It came with two sauces, a tomato sauce and what seemed to be mayonnaise. There was no oomph to either sauce. We didn't finish the calamari. The garlic bread was OK. It wasn't very garlicky or buttery. More like garlic-scented, grilled bread. I didn't eat all of it, which says something because I LOVE bread. We had a house salad and a Caesar salad. For some reason the Caesar had dressing on the salad and a cup of dressing in the bowl. I don't know why. My tablemate didn't get any dressing with his house salad. The entrees were good. One friend had a rare fillet. It was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Very nice presentation. The braised short ribs with gnocchi also were good. They had an interesting flavor. The clams with spaghetti had a great presentation but my friend said it was "pretty peppery," moreso than she would have liked. I had the chicken Parmesan. It was ok. The chicken was very thin and a little dry. The sauce was on the side, in a little cup and spilled on the plate; the sauce was cool. Not the saucy, rich comfort food that is usually chicken parm. The food wasn't the biggest issue. The service was the issue. Not just our server, but the atmosphere. I try not to nitpick, but the service was bad enough it was hard to ignore. We all commented on it. Waiting 30 min for cocktails and sitting with empty plates on the table shouldn't happen when the entrees are at least $30. Unfortunately our server was seated a 12-person table at the same time we were seated. The service definitely suffered. After 20 minutes of not being greeted we asked the busser to bring the manager, who was expediting in the open kitchen about 15 feet away. The manager then got the server to come take our drink order. I was thinking he could have taken the order or had another server help her, but no. After we ordered, the food came fairly quickly. The server made it a point to check on us. But then she disappeared so we had to ask the busser to get her for the checks. By that time our plates were empty, so it had been a while. When she came back, the checks weren't ready so that's as another wait. She did comp our drinks but that didn't help the woman who didn't have a drink. And the checks were split wrong. Overall frustrating. Prebussing and teamwork seemed nonexistent. Multiple servers and bussers passed by our table with empty hands even though we had piles of empty plates on the table. I have no doubt that our server was working hard and was busy with the large table. The manager never came back to check and in fact ignored us when we left. That was disappointing but maybe he thought I was a troublemaker. I'm sorry if that was the case, I'm actually pretty easygoing.

Yelp
First time here. We were looking for Italian. Hidden in the deep right corner of the hotel lobby is the entrance. What seems to be a small dining, it opens up to a roomier space. Modern decor defines the space. We were greeted by the bus boy that served us water as we waited for our waitress. They offer pasta pizza apps and meat. I really enjoyed the buratta caprese salad. Very fresh. My fettuccine were a little over cooked. My colleagues liked theirs pizzas. Most meals looked authentic except for their zepolles which only had the name as authentic. All in all we really enjoyed our evening.
google avatar

Yelp
Very tasty meal. Stayed here for a conference. I loved the short ribs with gnocchi. It had blue cheese and a red wine reduction. It was amazing. Enjoyed the garlic bread and calamari too.

Yelp
My husband treated me to a surprise Valentine's dinner here and let me just first rave about their Valentine's menu (and regular "Date Night menu"). It's amazing and such a great deal. It's $70 for two, for a 3-course dinner. You are pretty much only paying for 2 entrees, and getting a starter, salads, and dessert for free. Anyways, the food was great! I didn't know where we were going so I dressed business casual, which is suitable for OP. I would say it's even categorized fine-dining. The Prime Rib Meatballs are very good, they come with a homemade sauce and garlic bread. I opted for a Ceasar Salad, which is a very generous portion. The Chicken Parmesan is huge, it takes up an entire plate. It reminded me of an Indiana tenderloin (in size). It was really good, and I did take 1/2 of it home for lunch the next day.

Yelp
Tried this restaurant inside JW Marriott for the first time and had pizza & pasta. Was hoping this would be close to authentic Italian but that wasn't the case.. wasn't a fan of the pizza as it was so thin practically ripped apart while eating. Food was a bit pricey in comparison to quality. However, service was great!
google avatar

Steve S.

Yelp
Really nice comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and the service was excellent but....really let down by the food. The house salad was absolutely boring - a pile of greens and some white vinegar dressing - tasted fine but was boring and not inviting. Bolognese was average- I can make bolognese like that at home I should have stayed at the bar outside the restaurant and just ordered one of their pizzas and enjoyed watching March Madness.
google avatar

Laura E.

Yelp
In downtown Indianapolis for continuing ed and wood fired pizza was near the top of my to-do list. OP Italian was worth the walk! Pizza had great taste and was so much more than I could eat so k had to leave most of it behind. It gave this place 4 stars because I ordered it well done and it was, well, wimpy.
google avatar

Yelp
I love this place. My Dad took me here for my 21st birthday and I loved the setting and the cuisine. They had wonderful service and weren't busy at all when I went on a weekday evening.

Yelp
Very nice place with friendly staff. It has a nice atmosphere of you want to get away and relax. Nice food choices and nice drinks.

Yelp
We went for brunch, prepared to pay more than usual for something really nice. The food was on par or worse than a free breakfast at a basic rate hotel. We had 10 people, which apparently means a MINIMUM bill of $420 and 25% gratuity. I'm always happy to pay for good service, which we received, but effort given for the brunch buffet did not rise anywhere near a required 25% gratuity. I've had much better breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express. Food on the buffet included basic scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with onions, peppers, etc, bacon, soggy potatoes, fruit, oatmeal, suspect lox, biscuits (hard) and gravy, various breads and pastries. Save your time and money and pick somewhere else in downtown Indy.

Erica T.

Yelp
Food was great and they really delivered by acknowledging my online request and bringing a slice of cake out for his bday! The decor and setting was beautiful as well!

Yelp
Came here for dinner twice during my 1-week stay at JW Marriott for a conference. due to convenience of location. The food was solid. The Short Rib Gnocchi I ordered came in a dainty portion and had a good amount of tender short rib meat. The gnocchi was tossed in a shallow and rich blue cheese sauce. Toasted Wild Mushroom was nice and buttery. I also enjoyed the chopped salad with grilled shrimp and slice of Italian pizza offered by my coworker. The service and ambiance were also good (dark and modern). The only downside was that everything was quite pricey. You definitely get up-charged for the location and ambiance.

Yelp
Mimosa bar with lots of fresh fruit and fresh fruit syrups to choose from. You can even stir it with a rock candy stick should you choose! We had eggs Benedict, philly hash, and breakfast chicken Parmesan. All were delicious and you could taste the authenticity in the flavors, definitely not a pre-made meal. Highly recommend for brunch with friends while visiting the city or before a football game!

Yelp
Becky (the bartender) waited on us. The service what awesome, food was delicious and the experience was wonderful overall. Highly recommend this place.

Yelp
Our Server, Deirde, was amazing! Super attentive and gave great recommendations. She recommended the Tagliatelle which was delicious as well as the calamari. If you are dining at OP, definitely ask for Deirde if you want an overall 10/10 experience.

Yelp
I first came to this restaurant as part of a yelp event. During this event we checked out several different restaurants at the JW Marriott as well as the downtown Marriott. This restaurant was by far my favorite. Here they have a make your on Mamosa's bar. I chose to add a strawberry simple syrup, pineapple juice a slice of pineapple and a rock candy stick. I could have stepped on mimosas all day they were so refreshing. I also had a Philly steak hash that I would definitely order again. I never really thought too much about checking out the restaurants at the hotel before this event but I would definitely come back. I believe that if you just want to come for a bite to eat that they will comp your parking. I also checked out some pictures and reviews from others and all of their food looks delicious I can't wait to come back and try something else. I have already told my friends that we need to make a date.

Brian M.

Yelp
It's now been "3 WEEKS" since I wrote this review and no one has had the common courtesy to get back to me about all my problems! If they care this little about the product they put out and the price they charge for such poor service I would stay away at all costs...They truly aren't here for customer satisfaction and there are several places downtown that actually care about the customers unlike this place!

Yelp
OMG if you have not been to OP Italian, you are truly missing out! OP Italian is located inside the JW. I had an opportunity to go there for a previous Yelp event and that experience was so awesome that I couldn't wait to go back to take my husband. For his birthday weekend we had an opportunity to go again. I would definitely suggest making a reservation. We arrived a little early and was glad we had made one because there was a wait. Oh they also have complimentary 90 minute self parking at the JW. First we had a couple of cocktails. I was kind of indecisive so the waiter suggested the Spiced Pear Daiquiri for me. It was good. It was perfect for fall and full of flavor. My husband ordered the Hugo and I had a taste and oh my! It reminded me of a Mojito but stronger. For dinner I had the Caprese salad and I had heard so much about the pizza, I got the pep and sausage pizza with extra cheese. Yum!!! I see what all the hype was about. I could go there just for the pizza! My husband got the parmesan chicken and loved it! Our waiter came by and checked on us often. He was very attentive as well as informative and made great drink and food suggestions. He made us feel that we were his only table. The manager walked over and conversed with us and I was so impressed that during the conversation he recognized me from a previous Yelp event. He invited us back for brunch and even made the reservation for us...how cool was that! They have an awesome wait staff...we also experienced A+ service the next day for brunch! Now about that Brunch! Go hungry because there was so much awesomeness. My favorite was the DYI Mimosa/Bloody Mary Bar and the omelette station. You can also order off the menu. My husband and I tried the breakfast chicken parm and it was delicious!! OP Italian is my new favorite and I can't wait to go back!!!

Yelp
We went here with friends from out of town & were highly impressed! We were somewhat skeptical about a restaurant inside the JW that we had never heard of after living here for years! We decided to try it and LOVED it! I got the baked lasagna and it was delicious!!!! I never like lasagna from anywhere and it amazed me. My husband got the short rib gnocchi & his was gone in minutes - he loved it that much! I'm sure we will be back now that we found how much we love it. The service was great. It felt like a high end restaurant.

Yelp
My husband and I were in town for a wedding and decided to go here for dinner the night before to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant was beautiful and our waitress, Paige was fantastic. Unfortunately, our food was just okay. We started by sharing the calamari. It was crispy and super tender- not rubbery at all. That was by far the best part of our meal. We both got side Caesar salads. They were not at all worth their $12 price tag. My salad did not have dressing, but my husbands did. For our entrees, I got the prosciutto pizza and my husband got the baked lasagna. I thought his baked lasagna was good but nothing special- especially for coating over $25. My pizza was undercooked. For a wood fire pizza, my dough looked very light in color. The edge crust had a nice chew, but the center was flimsy and soggy. We had one drink each and our bill was $130 before tip which seems expensive for the food we received. Last thing to note, which was probably my fault for overlooking some detail, but the restaurant's website said patrons can park in the parking garage for free, but we ended up having to pay $34 when leaving the garage and we were there a little over an hour.

Vanessa M.

Yelp
Loved this restaurant! Deirdre was an amazing server, who made our dinner so special! She was helpful with the menu and specials, and she made adjustments for us per dietary restrictions. The food was delicious!! We had a very special evening! Thank you Deidre!! Appreciate you making the salmon special without risotto! LOL! All the best! xo

Yelp
The menu is real large and it has the standard menu items. My husband got the Lamb Shank, my daughter got the kids pizza and they both were pretty good. The new pizza oven is great, and I would probably get a pizza to share as an appetizer next time. I wanted the House Salad for dinner but it's not very big and not meant for a meal. They really don't have a larger dinner salad, so I ordered a double house salad with chicken. Yelp says that parking is free for the first 90 minutes, but they did not offer that when we parked. They said 2 hours would be $12. I have the Pineapple Mule and it we very, very good!!

Yelp
Really loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. I had a chance to meet with the GM and he seems very knowledgeable, organized, and friendly. It's nice knowing that the GM is that way because most likely his staff are being trained to be the same. I tried the eggs Benedict, chicken parm, philly steak hash, and the mimosa bar. My favorite food item was the chicken because it has a little of everything you'd want from brunch (eggs, potatoes, more). Everything was cooked perfectly as well and was full of flavor. The mimosa bar was different that most I've seen because of the toppings and the fact that you could use purée instead of just regular juices. I had a mimosa with pineapple juice and blueberry purée and it was one of the best I've ever had. They also offer a Bloody Mary bar! This isn't my style but it's awesome to be able to customize your own beverages. I would encourage anyone to check out this restaurant. I for one can't wait to return.

Yelp
My wife and I have been in a couple of times. Tonight was a disappointment. There was a brief wait to be seated, nothing unusual. The host advised who our waiter was and after seating us and providing menus, departed. The waiter, Alfredo soon appeared intorducing himself. My wife ordered a glass of wine and I ordered a beer. I asked what imports were available and Alfredo asked what would you like? He named three, Heineken, Corona & Guiness. What I wanted and what you have are not the same thing. I asked as I had no idea what you carry. The waiter naming only three limits my choice. I know what I want you don't carry but knowing what you carry gives me more options. I'm sure you carry more than just those three. We ordered a Caprese appetized that was fabulous. I would order that again. For entree' mt wife had the pasta with Bolognese and I had the Chicken Parmesan. My wife enjoyed her pasta. Me...not so much. Please note I do not waste food. It is not in my DNA. The spaghetti was a bit dry but the extra marinara helped that. The chicken was borderline between over-cooked and burnt. For $110.00 I do not expect this from a name like JW Marriott. My wife is a former employee of JW Marriott Bangkok and I know that locatin would not tolerate food like what we had coming out of its kitchen. I do not see us returning in the near future.

Yelp
We came for National Siblings Day (buy one, get one half off pasta?! Yes, please!), so being the sisters we are, we decided to order three dishes and eat off each others' plates - true family-style. The hostess was sweet and quickly sat us down at a nice table. The lobby was packed outside OP Italian, but the inside was calm and peaceful. I love the interior. You feel super luxe without having to spend an arm and a leg. Our server's name was Mike and he was super efficient, polite and patient with us. Bonus: He had a cool accent and was almost able to convince us to get garlic bread (it sounded delicious... next time!!). We ordered: Mushroom + Truffle Pizza: Delicious! I really enjoyed it but couldn't eat the whole thing because a girl can only consume so much truffle. I'd probably order Margarita next time, but I was super excited to finally try this pizza that so many people talked about at a previous Yelp event. Yum! It's the perfect choice for a mushroom lover and had creamy cheese as well as fresh mozarella. Tagliatelle Bolognese: Our favorite pasta dish we tried. I love tagliatelle noodles but don't often see them, so this was a nice version of a classic dish. Spicy Shrimp Pasta: It wasn't spicy at all and we probably would've liked a bit more flavor, but the pasta was fresh and the shrimp tasted pretty good too. We each only ended up spending about $16 which was great considering the classy, laidback experience with great service and food. We'll be back!

Yelp
Ate here over the weekend for a private event, so experienced the abridged version. Apparently it has been temporarily closed for quite some time due to COVID. Options were the salmon, short rib gnocchi, or chicken parmesan. I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was really good, but portion size was kind of small. Definitely interested in coming back to get the full experience!

Yelp
OP Italian Indy is located inside of the Marriott Hotel. There is free parking up to 90 minutes! This local is so clean and professional; most of the customers wore semi-formal outfits. The customer service was amazing, the presentation of the food was beautiful, the only problem was the food was bland. Luckily a few splashes of salt did the trick! Luckily I told my honest opinion to the manager, and she took care of me and hopefully next time I come back it'll be a better experience. I found out about this location through the Yelp Event page where they serve the pasta dishes 50% off from 11:30pm to 1pm. Both of my pasta were about $8 each; it's a steal! I totally recommend coming to this location for a nice business meeting, date night, or just wanting a fancy dinner.

Yelp
The atmosphere and food were immaculate! It was my fiancé and I's one year anniversary tonight, and we were treated to a complimentary dessert, which was a lovely surprise! The short rib gnocchi and filet mignon were to die for, and the Panna Cotta and lemon tart were sweet and delightfully bright in flavor and in their vibes! 10/10, I would HIGHLY recommend!
