The 20 Best Restaurants On The Amalfi Coast - Amalfi Coast - The Infatuation

"O’ Parrucchiano has been operating on Corso Italia, Sorrento’s main street, for over 150 years, and a lot of that’s due to its breezy, Liberty-style dining room and lush garden full of lemon trees, statues, flowers, and fairy lights. Prepare to be inebriated by the smell of lemons, and distracted by their lengthy, classical Neapolitan pasta- and fish-heavy menu. Go for their standout linguine ai due nemici (“two enemies linguine”), the only non-traditional dish on the menu starring sea urchin and octopus. Prioritize the patio, then trade flirty banter with the one you’d plant lemon trees with forever. You’ll need to book a table two weeks ahead in summer." - federica bocco

Another incredible experience at this restaurant! This time we attended as a party of 6 and we were extremely well looked after and the food was outstanding amidst the beautiful surroundings. Our waiter to was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were unsure which wine to order and he gave us the perfect recommendation. . He also suggested a mix of antipasti from the garden and we were all blown away by the delicious, fresh selection. We had some green beans in tomato sauce, stuffed zucchini flowers, fresh mozzarella and fresh tomato salad. We then shared a mix of the famous cannelloni before our main course. I ordered the lamb chops which were juicy and full of flavour. Every member of our party were extremely impressed and grateful for a fantastic day. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Go and have a fantastic experience. Highly recommend 👌🏼

Easily my favorite place to eat in the region. We have come here every time we visit and have made sure to bring everyone we know. The food is fantastic and the view under the canopy is like no other. If you eat anywhere In Sorrento, this needs to be the one.

Google
Beautiful restaurant in a lemon garden with an amazing interior and even more amazing food. There is plenty of seating available. We were very satisfied. Don’t forget to explore the garden at the end it’s open to everyone. You can also relax there on a bench. The staff was very friendly and kind. They combined the dessert for me upon request. Thank you.

Google
Definitely a prime spot for dinner in Sorrento. O’Parrucchiano La Favorita is a huge restaurant with its own gardens and seating areas on multiple different levels. Really nice ambience, lighting, and decor all around. Staff was friendly and food came relatively quick. Food was great, and we had an enjoyable experience overall!

Google
Beautiful and big place. The food is good, the serving charge was 2,50€ per person. The staff were nice. I give it four stars because of the big rat running on the branches above our heads in the lemon garden. This happened few times while we were sitting, but not many people noticed. The rat seemed to be agile and it didn’t look like it was going to fall off. Anyway, be aware of that. Hopefully they will solve this issue.

We loved our lunch here sitting underneath the lemon trees. We had some lovely pasta and fresh lemon juice and took some great photos. The staff were welcoming and also directed us to look around the garden after our meal. I would definitely recommend coming here when you’re in Sorrento. It was quite quiet at lunch time but I believe they take bookings for dinner time.

La Favorita is a stunning restaurant — much bigger and more impressive than it seems from the outside, with a beautifully decorated interior that sets the scene for a special evening. However, the experience started off a bit rocky, as they couldn’t find our reservation despite us calling two weeks in advance. Things felt slightly disorganized at first, but luckily it all worked out. The food was very good overall. We tried the gnocchi with tomato and a fish-based pasta dish — both tasty and nicely presented, though it’s fair to say that the prices reflect the atmosphere and décor more than the ingredients or complexity of the dishes. The white Sorrentino wine we ordered was excellent and paired perfectly with the meal. We also shared a pannacotta with caramel sauce for dessert, and it was absolutely delicious! A big shoutout to our waiter, who added a lot of charm to the evening — he was hilarious, engaging, and really made the experience memorable. As a lovely touch, we even received a postcard at the end of our meal. All in all, it’s a great place for a special dinner in Sorrento if you’re happy to pay a bit extra for the setting and experience.

Google
Quite simply SUPERB ! If you ever go to Sorrento then this restaurant is a must visit for everyone of all ages - BUT you must book in advance to avoid disappointment. The setting is nothing short of breathtaking with lemon trees growing all around you, the scent of lemon mixed with the aroma from the kitchens is just simply mouth watering. Don't be put off by its location this is not as expensive as you would think - it does have a min spend of €30 per head but with your food and drinks it's easily achievable. Dress code is obviously smart casual and once you have eaten you can walk the gardens and sit with a drink soaking in the atmosphere. It's one we shall be returning to.

Yelp
My first trip to Sorrento was with a friend that has been coming to this restaurant since the 80s. She was telling me about it even before we went. It lived up to the hype and then some. The setting is amazingly beautiful. You are essentially dining in a lemon grove and garden. It was like nothing I have ever seen before. The service was impeccable. We got there with no reservation, right when they opened for dinner and were seated right away. We all started with some shared antipasti in the form of buffalo mozzarella that was so fresh and plentiful, and paired with some delicious crisp tomatoes. We also had a mixed fried plate that had something that has now become a favorite-fried squash blossom. They are a delight. Next came my main course and when in Sorrento...I felt that the gnocchi alla sorrentina was the perfect dish. The gnocchi are pillowy and coated in the bright and tangy sauce and melty cheese. I had to stop and really take this is, it was fantastic. My table mates had a variety of other things that were all enjoyed immensely. I ended the meal with a limoncello and was a very happy gal indeed.

Yelp
Probably the worst food I've had in Italy. The restaurant looks very pretty but so does the rest of Italy. The service was average at best. Took an hour to get our food after we were seated. The rice was undercooked in my partner's risotto and my pasta dish was undercooked as well. I'd stay far away from this tourist trap. If you really want pics of the restaurant, come during the day when they are setting up. Huge mistake going here

Yelp
Whimsical place. No doubt the setting /backdrop is unique & inviting with dining experience under several lemon trees . Food itself was just ok in family's experience as a whole. The staff seem super busy & somewhat distracted. That being said, it's a great experience when visiting the Sorrento, Italy area.

Yelp
Great ambiance, amazing service and the appetizers were divine. We had a large group and it was the perfect way to end our trip to Italy!

L A.

Yelp
Pretty ambiance but would not go back. The food wasn't great and the service was bad. There was cork in my wine and they kept refiltering it and at one point left an entire cork in the bottle.

Hugo F.

Yelp
Shame, last night in sorrento and wanted to go our with a bang. Great ambiance, but food is horrible, tasteless and worst got me the worse case of the runs. Stay away. Its way overpriced, for 2 adults and children came. Up to $145 Euros.

Kyrsten M.

Yelp
I stayed in Sorrento for a month and have got used to the southern Italy time schedule, but this was a whole different level. I went around 9 with 2 of my girlfriends and we were practically ignored. The food was well priced but there was nothing really special about it. Also the drink was very expensive and it was maybe one of the worst Hugo spritz I have had. Beautiful restaurant thought.

Yelp
Absolutely Horrible Food: LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS!!!! If you have any eye for good food AVOID THIS PLACE. If I could give it a zero I would. I am absolutely shocked at any good reviews for this place. Anybody who liked it here must not have any palate and should truly not be trusted as sources of good dining experiences. This restaurant in Sorrento is seriously the worst I have ever eaten at in my life. The food was not edible; it was beyond horrible. I wouldn't wish this dining experience on my worst enemy. Save your time and money, and go anywhere else but here. Coming from New York we know good food, and trust me THIS IS NOT IT!
google avatar

Kaitlyn M.

Yelp
The 2 stars are only for the atmosphere. Outside of the gorgeous interior, this place is a waste of $. The service and quality of food were aligned in their mediocrity. It's required to spend 30 euros per person.

Yelp
My friend loves lemons and she had always wanted to go to this place. The patrons here are all basically tourist. The restaurant is beautiful with lemon trees and gorgeous ambiance. Wait staff running around managing several tables. They greet you give menu and welcome you. It's like a rush to get all the food for you on the table. Wine here in Italy and every region is simply amazing. The food it's another story. While we were in Sicily, we were having the freshest vegetables and lots of seafood. My friends miss the Chicken Cacciatore so they ordered a dish. It's small portion and they like its. The chicken was a tad too dry for me. The food was nothing to rave about. It's entrees you can get anywhere. One plate of fried items my friend would not eat it and did not like it. Some kind of fried puff pastry. Ordered fried Zucchini which was lightly battered but was not crisp. The Veal Sorrento was ok with nice Marsala sauce. Always make reservations while dining here. They want $30 per person when dining here. This is a smooth operated restaurant. As you walk in to the right, you make reservations. To the left is a table with 3-4 employees sitting their going through paper and items come from kitchen have to stop there before going towards the patrons table. So be on look out and beware of wait staff with tray of food coming left and right. Would I come back. Probably not. It was the nice ambiance but the food could be much better.

James S.

Yelp
My partner and I were looking forward to visiting after all the brilliant looking videos online but we were truly disappointed with our experience. The wait was to be expected but the whole system of walk ins felt disorganised from the start. When we finally got seated we were met with service that was messy and chaotic. Although a number of servers did try to be attentive it all just felt extremely hectic with staff rushed off their feet, darting between tables constantly which was far from relaxing. Our bread basket arrived only for us to find a piece of chewing gum stuck to the bread and the plate, we asked for a replacement which never arrived. Our food then arrived quickly but within a few bites my partner bit into pasta that was beyond Al Dente followed by a snapped piece of wooden skewer in the middle of his meatball completely putting him off, again we politely mentioned this and nothing was done as a replacement. We waited longer for the bill than the entire time we dined in the restaurant, but at least we got a postcard .

Yelp
To each their own, but this meal & restaurant were one of our favorites on our trip to Sorrento. A few things to note: Yes, it was like a production but, to me, they operated like a well-oiled machine. We did have to flag our waiter a few times but anytime we did, we got what we requested pretty quickly. I remembered the food being tasty but I am usually not picky when it comes to that. Comparatively, you might want to go elsewhere to spend less for slightly better quality. However, I thought the food was tasty. Overall, would return to!

christopher k.

Yelp
Took an hour and 20 minutes for mediocre food, the best thing i had was grilled octopus and paid 28 euros for mediocre steak, ambiance is nice if you like to eat in a dining haul. Don't not recommend this place at all, better off going to a random tourist trap.

Sarah M.

Yelp
The lemon garden here is the only reason for going unfortunately. We were served bread with a very clear and distinct bite taken out. We told the server and he just brought us a new basket with uncut bread and no apology. Then, the Mixed Meat plate came with completely raw pork (see photo). The server told us it was cooked but it was very chewy and very translucent/pink. He would not remove anything from the check, and asked us point blank how much we were going to tip him. Overall very weird place among all of the great restaurants in Sorrento. Go elsewhere
google avatar

Victoria B.

Yelp
Truly a tourist trap. Dining in a lemon grove is a super cool, unique experience, and I am giving my stars to the ambiance and the ambiance only. My friend described this restaurant as a "production" and "feels like we're in a factory". We had the worst seat in the house, next to the service station where servers plated the appetizers and entrees and that itself deterred us from half of the menu. No way something of such mass scale could be fresh, so we ordered pasta. Service was pretty brutal, had to flag our server down multiple times rather than being checked on. There are a million other wonderful places to dine in Sorrento, it is really not worth the wait, call for reservation, or instagram photo. The fried zucchini was sad, soggy and flavorless. Gnocchi wasn't bad but sauce wasn't anything memorable.
google avatar

Jazmyne M.

Yelp
This venue is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!! Servers were a little slow, but friendly. I felt as if everything tasted the same even though we all ordered something different. We were all excited to try our first Italian staple: the Limoncello but it wasn't as good as we imagined. Very bitter and sour. I don't think anyone finished it.
google avatar

Bibi B.

Yelp
The restaurant is stunning and definitely an experience! We sat in the lemon gardens and it was beautiful. Food was good but we preferred other spots in the area. One major down side was the wait for the check. We were there for awhile waiting and had to ask multiple times before we got up and asked for it from the employees at the front. It was way too long and we didn't have that experience anywhere else in Italy, or even Sorrento specifically. I really enjoyed the beautiful restaurant though, and the gardens were a must see!
google avatar

Karen C.

Yelp
This was my first meal upon arrival to Sorrento, so I was pretty excited! Ambiance is A++ here! It's an amazing garden and felt so romantic eating there! It was a great venue and atmosphere. In regards to food, it's decent, but not spectacular. The caprese salad was my favorite! The seafood pasta was very flavorful and well seasoned for a sauce, but the seafood itself like the shrimp tasted frozen and didn't taste fresh. Word of caution - service is very slow. I was so hungry waiting for my food. Be prepared to wait! In addition, if you want to eat dinner there, you'll need a reservation because they get booked out. However lunch is usually open without appointments! Overall, O'Parrucchiano is definitely worth trying at least once for the amazing atmosphere. I'm really glad I came here! But, personally for me, there were so many restaurants in Sorrento that I would love to try before coming back again!
google avatar

Ece K.

Yelp
Ambiance was absolutely amazing. However, food was very disappointing. Zucchini flowers were cold and squid in pasta didn't taste fresh. There is also a 30€ per person spending limit.
google avatar

Ernie B.

Yelp
Great restaurant. Yes it's touristy but the food and service are great. The ambience is amazing and the lemon trees/outside terrace makes for a great setting.

Matthew W.

Yelp
Don't even get me started. This place is fucking miserable. Mj Bundick has been shitting all over the place. I think he's black? Maybe Dominican. Anyways. The food here is miserable. I had a hair in my food that looked like Yasmeen Fernandez box. (Good ole days).

MJ B.

Yelp
I mean seriously I've been traveling the world and it would take me another decade to ever receive service this subpar. I would rather walk in hot pavement than ever be treated like that again as a paying customer. Disgusted with the thought of this restaurant go there or don't, either way your in for a spoiled day/experience.

Will S.

Yelp
Unbelievable amount of disrespect I received at this place was treated like absolute garbage cause I wasn't Italian and not over the age over 40 every appetizer we received was freezing cold. The worst thing it was my first meal in Italy and it was one of the worst meals I've ever had in my life. Tried to explain to our sever the situation and he said would tell the chef and just gave us the same bill with more food we didn't receive. If you want to go somewhere that will treat you like trash with horrendous food absolutely blown away I gave a dumpster like this a chance.

Luke A.

Yelp
First off I'm from the u.s. and was treated like a complete outsider and not respected from the start. The atmosphere was beautiful and that was our initial attraction to the restaurant. My party of 5 was rushed and pressured to order immediately. We were already disappointed by the service after the fact we received cold side dishes and overcooked and cold steaks. The steaks were pink peppercorn steaks and they weren't pink nor warm. The only thing I could say was good was the lasagna. I am a food critic out of Tampa Florida and this was my first time visiting Europe my friends have been here for a few weeks before me and explained how much I would enjoy the food and we were all throughly disappointed in the service, food, and overall quality of the establishment.
google avatar

Wally P.

Yelp
It's like being in a famous movie. Large place in a rooftop garden. Cuisine is simple, fresh, and elegant. Definitely a must do if you're in this wonderful city.

Owen M.

Yelp
Have never left a review on yelp before. We had a 5 person table and ordered about $500 worth of food. We showed up and were not treated well by staff. Some were nice, the ones that served us were not. Did not show a desire to serve us, forgot two orders, and brought three steaks that were all not cooked anywhere close to correct. Ordered a side of stuffed peppers and was freezing cold. Atmosphere very cool, food and service is terrible. There are much better places to spend your time, and definitely your money. Worst $500 we have ever spent, and no attempt to apologize. Disappointed.
google avatar

Stephanie C.

Yelp
Food was ok, but atmosphere totally picturesque with all the lemon trees. Small entree portions but large desserts. Recommend homemade ice cream over the others.

Jeffrey S.

Yelp
First off this is 100% a tourist trap. The menu is catered for a tourist's taste and their claim to fame... the Cannelloni is a sloppy mess of a meal. It looks and tastes similar to a microwave dinner from Stouffer's. Horrible. On top of the food being a complete disappointment, their service is atrocious. Served bread and oil without plates to eat it off of. 20 minutes later those arrived, and then another 20 minutes later we were finally allowed to order. The only redeeming quality about this place is the fact that you get to sit among the lemon trees. Avoid this restaurant.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
We made a reservation here since our driver said this is Sorrento's best place to eat. There is no denying that this place is beautiful there is soo much seating it feels like you just keep walking and there is so much more space. Dessert was just okay. A cream puff dipped in chocolate. But the lobster, get down and dirty and it was delicious. Ravioli was cold to room temp it was also just a bleh. The tomato sauce penne was your typical plate. Very cute place.
google avatar

Ellen A.

Yelp
Don't go this place!! It has beautiful dining areas, but that's where it ends! Service is terrible, food for our party of 4 was all terrible. We had to go to the exit to pay because we couldn't get out fast enough! I do not recommend this place!

Julia B.

Yelp
One of my favorite dinners in Sorrento! The food was delicious and the ambiance was truly breathtaking. We ordered the muscles as an appetizer and they were fantastic. I am still dreaming about the pasta and lobster dish I ordered The service was very smooth. The waiters were attentive, our dinner was not rushed, and when we kindly asked for the check it was delivered promptly (rare for some of these spots in Italy) Highly recommend and would definitely return
google avatar

TC L.

Yelp
Ambiance - 5 Service - 5 Food - 3 Value - 4 Wine selection / value - 5 I think if you order the right items, this place place could easy be a 4+ The upstairs level is beautiful and would recommend taking a stroll around the garden after dinner.

Sydney ..

Yelp
We were recommended this restaurant by everyone in sorrento but we were sadly disappointed. We got the gnocchi and ricotta/spinach cannelloni and it was nothing special. We have definitely had better pasta elsewhere. This was unfortunately overhyped and not worth it. Also, the waiter never came and checked on us and took forever to get the check.

Stella H.

Yelp
Ambiance - gorgeous. Lemon trees everywhere Food - terrible. The appetizers tasted like it was heated up from something frozen and they are all deep fried for some reason. There's a $30 minimum per person so it's not like you can come for the ambiance and get a drink and leave, therefore I would not come back here
google avatar

Christian G.

Yelp
Overall experience was awesome! One of the best ambiance's that I've ever experienced in a restaurant and a must do in Sorrento while you are visiting. Please note: this place is very busy, HIGHLY SUGGEST RESERVATIONS. If you don't have reservations I would get there literally at 7:00pm and wait in line for 30 min to ensure that you have a solid spot near or under the lemon grove for the full experience. Overall service was good just pretty slow between courses but our waiter was excellent and gave great suggestions. Food/wine: I suggest getting a half bottle of wine, it was a great portion for me and while you are waiting on your meal l, you're not waiting on a drink . Our food was really good when it finally came out, we really liked the fish in citrus sauce and the pasta (large macaroni) with ragu meat sauce. My mother in law liked the veal. The squash blossoms were a great starter as well. Overall, great experience and the only reason it wasn't 5 stars is because we waited a while between courses (however amazing view) but the food was a solid 8 out of 10 of what we had in Italy already.
google avatar

Melissa P.

Yelp
Terrible service. We waited 1.5 hrs for food that was cold when it arrived. It may have been good but hard to tell. When we mentioned it to the guy in charge all he could say is that they were busy. However, plenty of other tables got their food quickly. Ours was likely forgotten and rather than cook something fresh we got the food that had been sitting around. It's a pretty location but IMO a tourist trap.
google avatar

Tom G.

Yelp
Went there in January when most other restaurants were closed and just happened to walk into this restaurant. Wow great ambiance and they were actually pretty busy and within 30 minutes of closing but sat us anyway without a reservation. They sat us near the area where they dish out the desserts which was a mistake for us. We had to get dessert. Food was great, service was quick and attentive. The desserts were fantastic. They had sporadic hours in January and couldn't get back again but would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Sorrento.

Jack D.

Yelp
I have read many of the negative reviews, and I have to question whether these people ate at a different restaurant! We came here based on the recommendation of a friend who grew up in Sorrento. I actually read some of the negative reviews and considered canceling the reservation that he made. I am so glad that I didn't. First of all, the atmosphere was magical, sitting in an area surrounded by thousands of lights and hundreds of lemon trees. Unlike most restaurants in Italy, our server, Nello, took our order and stayed with our table the entire evening. He was informative, humorous and attentive. Our group of three each had a different first and second course as well as different desserts, and everything was outstanding! The pace of the meal was just perfect, the portions were generous, and the prices were surprising considering the 5-star dining experience that we had! A tour of the garden following dinner is highly recommended, as many items that are prepared are from their farm to table. If/when I return to Sorrento, I will definitely return to my favorite restaurant, Il Parrucchiano!
google avatar

Tomas B.

Yelp
Visiting tonight as part of our tour group tonight we venture down from our hotel into Sorrento to this amazing ambience of lemon gardens, glass covered rooms, just a spectacular view. Unfortunately, at this point straight downhill is the only way we went from here. Once again, I understand group tour dinners are difficult with a preset menu almost like attending a wedding, but it is only 38 of us and they seem to cater to groups, so you expect a pretty good presentation. This was not the case as that is where the superlatives end. We are rushed to seating and almost immediately "DINNER ROLLS" are placed on our table. No butter, oil, nothing else. This is Italy? You think the pop up dinner roll would be their bread offering. Bottles of the Cheapest wine you can pour are also part of the equation. OK since the tour group is probably getting a huge discount, I'm going to give them a pass. on the wine but it is unacceptable. OK so now we are told there is a present appetizer with salad & choice of entree. I mean we are 5 minutes in, and they are throwing the appetizer plates on the table. Not even 5 minutes later here comes the Salad. Appetizer plate consisted of a decent Eggplant Parmigiana, A zucchini flower "Stuffed" that was dry and tasteless, some sort of round thing that looked like pizza with a drop of sauce on it, and a tiny salad with bland dressing. On 1 to 10 everything was Minus 1 except for the eggplant. Entrees my table had a bit of all offerings, so I'll review them individually. Pasta & Meatballs a 3 Sea Bass 4 Chicken Cacciatore Minus 10 Pasta Faggioli Soup 3 I won't even bother going any further. Service was rushed and non existent if you needed something other than the food they were throwing at you. In short, the Worst meal in Italy by far to say the least. Only reason it isn't a zero is the ambiance. Avoid at all costs.

Yelp
This historic Italian restaurant in the heart of the Sorrento tourist shopping district, was a feast for the eyes! They had beautiful gardens where some of their fresh veggies came from. My husband ordered the cannelloni and I ordered the lambchops at the recommendation of the server. He also recommended the fresh tomato and onion salad which was the best tomato dish I have ever had. I ordered the burrata mozarella as well. They claim that they invented the cannelloni and my husband was thrilled with his. My lamb was dry and flavorless. I would have sent it back but I didn't want to mar my husband's experience. We shared a half bottle of wine which was perfect. They brought us a basket of bread as well. The experience, other than the below expectation lambchops, would have been perfect if the server hadn't asked us how much we wanted to tip him as we were paying. Tips in most of Europe are considered to be at the discretion of the customer and aren't expected. We tip most of the time anyway but I thought it was really tacky and beneath the establishent for this brash man to put us in an uncomfortable position. That, and the lambchops, is why I gave this restaurant a four star instead of five. It's worth going to for the amazing ambiance and the opportunity to stroll in the gardens after. Beware! LOTS of stairs to get up into the restaurant. A real plus is the restroom is on the first level and easy to slip into while you're shopping in this charming area.

Alyssa M.

Yelp
I'm very surprised to see negative reviews of this restaurant. My family and I loved the food we ordered and even finished every last bit. Highly recommend the gnocchi and meat cannelloni absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and came out hot.

Donna D.

Yelp
Wonderful food great ambiance moderately priced. Great service moderately priced. Overall wonderful experience. Loved eating under the Lemmon trees

Yelp
4 stars for decor and ambiance. 2 stars for food. We were served canned mushrooms! What?! Seafood risotto flavor was good but that rice was nowhere near risotto... Reservations recommended. Minimum spend 30€ per person. Tourist trap/social media checkbox? Yes. Service wasn't terrible. We ordered immediately and finished our meal in a little over an hour. A local says the pasta is good so maybe you'll have better luck with that? A place to say, been there, done that.

Yelp
Great ambience. The garden is beautiful and I highly suggest taking a walk around it after eating if you choose to go here. The food is mediocre to bad though. Not terribly pricey but certainly not cheap either. Lastly the service... it was decent overall until they begged me for a tip when the check came. I fell for the coercion and left one and the server said nothing at all, not even a thank you. I am tempted to leave 1 star but am still giving 2 because the garden is that nice. This place is the definition of a tourist trap, but still might be worth going overall if you value ambience more than food quality and decent service.

Yelp
Location was beautiful! Food was ok. It was a little touristy and not as homemade as other places we went. Make sure to make a reservation if for dinner. It was packed.

Yelp
I will say the ambience and gardens make this place. The food was good, and had to have the Cannelloni. The service was excellent. We could not get in for dinner, it was a one week wait to get a reservation, so we did lunch.

Yelp
The ambiance is a 10/10, but that's where it ends. First of all, the man who sat us was overtly homophobic and expressed his disapproval when he initially thought that 2 of the men in our 6-person party were a couple. The waiting staff was undermanned and overwhelmed. Our waiter all but demanded that we order our drinks, appetizers, and entrees within minutes of receiving the menus. He then waited until we begged him to remove the anchovies from our table before finally informing us that we could have had them cooked a multitude of ways other than rancid and raw. It also took a full 30 minutes to bring us 1 bottle of wine and the bread, which was like chewing on rocks. Now to the entrees: Veal Marsala: slimy and tiny. Lamb Chops: bland and chewy. Pasta with Ragu Sauce: 5 random toothpick landmines hidden throughout the dish. The Seafood Risotto was pretty good besides the fact that a number of the clams and mussels were empty. The cheese plate was fantastic relative to the other food that we endured. The wine, albeit belated, was fairly priced and the variety was solid. In sum, Instagram thirst trap! My recommendation: walk in the front door, take some pictures, and walk right out the back. Nonetheless, our group had a good laugh at the experience.

Yelp
Excellent food, excellent service, in a unique setting, within a lemon grove. I highly recommend!
