The atmosphere and decor is amazing! It gives such a nice place to relax with so much natural lighting and a good amount of seating. I’ve come in three times now and gotten the tea set twice. The rose tea is amazing and I highly recommend along with the brittle. However, a lot of the other drinks are just okay and just since the last week I’ve noticed the items have already increased in price as well.

This is a great new spot to Capitol Hill, initially you don't see it, it's up a flight upstairs, but you come up to this beautiful open, airy and well-designed space. I really like the different seating arrangements, the drinks themselves are really incredibly good, and you can get pots of tea to share. They also have events there every week or so, and cool ceramics to buy. Definitely one of my new favorite spots.

I was pleasantly surprised by the design and atmosphere. It was amazing, a truly unique café, especially for working. I really appreciate how they integrated conceptual Persian elements rather than literal ones. It’s very design-oriented. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely go again.

beautiful space amidst the chaos of capitol hill. love the natural lighting, makes for a productive wfh day. make sure you don’t miss the stairs up, the sign isn’t super noticeable. they ran out of matcha but the lattes are good! edit: i got to try the matcha latte, it was too milky for my liking, would recommend the tea or coffee instead.

One of my new favorite coffee shops! This place is amazing, very beautiful space, very delicious Matcha, super friendly service. I highly recommend it! I love how it’s on the second floor. I definitely will be coming back.

This space is so special. Beautiful, functional cafe that hosts different events every week. I've been to many of their events: movie screening, tarot readings, pop up shops, jazz nights,... Limited menu but I'm sure they would have more offerings once they become more established.

Such a beautiful, dog-friendly café! The design is stunning — bright, cozy, and full of thoughtful details that make it feel really special. Great coffee, relaxing vibe, and plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the space. Perfect place to spend a slow morning or catch up with friends. Highly recommend for dog owners and design lovers alike! 🐾☕️✨

Open Form has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and you can feel the influence of Iranian café culture in the way everything is done with intention. The coffee and matcha were smooth, balanced, and clearly made with care. It’s a place you can definitely relax in :)

Yelp
What a wonderful hidden gem in Capitol Hill! I really enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, the friendly service, the simple yet unique menu! The Matcha that I got was good, nothing spectacular, but I enjoyed the sweetness from the rose and syrup. Great place to work, great place to hang, I highly recommend and would come back. It's upstairs and they don't have straws.

Yelp
first off all- it's aesthetic as hell. go there for chill, sleek vibes, stunning visuals, and a very peaceful atmosphere in the middle of cap hill (i mean this cafe is next door to a kpop store, the contrast is poetic). their goal of bringing persian hospitality to the cafe scene is very evident in a minimalist, cool-girl way. they totally hit the nail on the head with the visuals. With that comes the fact that the actual food/drinks they sell (as one would expect from a cafe...) are overpriced and you could find better in the city. so basically, go here for the vibes. great place to study/work/read. not the place to go if you're a coffee snob or looking for real persian cuisine. I will be back for the vibes. i do want to try the tea service (maybe my review will change, stay tuned) but my persian mom would be pissed if she found out i spent $3.50 on that bowl of "marinated" green olives... one extra point for the postcards! I love when a shop/cafe has postcards. Parking - it's cap hill, take public transport or walk instead!
