Wow…this might have been the best jambalaya I’ve ever had! Super high quality ingredients expertly prepared. Bread pudding was equally delicious. Service at the bar was a bit spotty. Restaurant was loud and chaotic when I arrived around 630pm on a Sunday - I gather they have an afternoon happy hour to attract NFL fans and I got to experience the multi-hour beer-bash aftermath. Net-net, I’d return but would think twice about how to best time my dining window.

First time here and it was a very positive experience. The beer was good (although a bit expensive), the salmon was excellent (everyone else cleaned their plates), and it wasn’t very noisy (conversation was easy). Our server was great and we were happy campers. Will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed this place and did find everything about pretty favorable. I'm in town for a professional conference in an adjacent hotel and started my Open Road journey by making reservations for 4. An hour later they were able to make the reservation work for 6. Then again 2 hours prior to our appointment I asked if they could bump it up to a party of 8 and once again they were able to make the adjustment. This all gave me a good feeling going in as with each conversation they were exceptionally nice! The place is VERY roomy with plenty of circulation space. In fact even their restroom was very spacious. Kind of odd I noticed this, I know, but given my profession (Architect) no one should be surprised. The acoustics was also pretty good and while sitting in the middle of the table I could hear to both end seats. Of our party of 8 everyone cleaned their plates and especially loved the copious appetizers we ordered. I found the decor to be very nice and made an excellent backdrop. The same conference next year is in the same hotel so right now I plan on revisiting the restaurant. Oh, and they make pretty good cocktails.

Exceptional place! I never knew this was here. A friend invited me, and I ended up going. The cheeseburger was absolutely incredible $32.00 so it better be! I'm going back again today! The atmosphere is really cool. There are several rooms like a game room, party room, old fashioned room, my personal favorite. Great service as well. Highly recommend!

A fantastic experience!! Went on a Wednesday evening; good amount of people were there no wait to be sat for a table of 2. The Host & Server greeted us with a warm welcome. The server had a good amount of suggestions; from drinks, appetizers to entrees. We started off with the Calamari for the appetizer. It has to be one of the best I’ve ever tried. It was fully cooked, the seasoning had a kick of spice, just the perfect amount to not over-power the calamari taste. The portion was huge definitely shareable between 3 people. The Jambalaya Entree was splendid. It was so savory and all different meats blended well with the flavor of the sauce and rice. I was very impressed that it was good here, didn’t expect it to be so good. This Open Road Experience was 10/10!

My table had made a reservation for 7. We were a bunch of old friends who had not seen each other for a long time. We were mid enjoying our dinner and drinks catching up on time gone by when a manager unapologetically said we had to move tables for another group of people who also had a reservation. Mind you we literally had not even finished eating. We expressed our concerns to no avail and were moved to the very back of the establishment in a room that appeared to be for kids party’s far from the ambiance. The manager offered no apology, discount, or even a round of drinks for moving us like second class citizens. Our bill was at least $500 but I guess our mixed race group wasn’t what the restaurant wanted near the front where the band and “normal” people were. After the move no one ever came back to see if we wanted anything! Not another drink, nothing! Needless to say none of us will return. I felt bad for the waiter who was blindsided by the move. For a place with mediocre food and overpriced drinks you would think they would value their customers. Hey, i guess our diverse group isn’t what they want as clientele.

BAR REVIEW ONLY. Came here Monday evening for drinks before heading to dinner. Looks like a full bar, lots of options here! Cocktails came out great. Snacked on the Beef Nachos which was delicious. Service was great—the bartender was so friendly!

Amazing atmosphere! The bar and decor is beautiful. The distillery was a super cool thing to experience. Our food was fresh and delicious. Service was outstanding with friendly and attentive staff. Perfect for a family night out, date night, happy hour, business gatherings. The live music was a pleasant touch too! This is my new go-to spot!
