A farm located facing an amazing view — no doubt about that. The design is modern and polished, but the maintenance needs improvement. There are cobwebs on the walls, broken faucets, and torn curtains.
We arrived at the farm in early October, and when we entered the room, it was extremely hot. At reception, they told us that there’s no air conditioning after September — only heating. They gave us a fan. In my opinion, that’s not the right way to handle a guest’s problem; I couldn’t sleep in that heat, which remained high even at night. The rest of the property was cool and pleasant.
I asked to speak with a manager every day during our stay, but I haven’t received any response so far.
Breakfast was nice, with a decent variety, but again, the service was lacking. There were no plates when we arrived, and we had to approach the staff to get coffee. Overall, it seems that the farm’s focus isn’t on the guest rooms but rather on private events and the on-site restaurant.
At checkout, no one asked how our experience was — they simply didn’t care. The service mentality is poor, and it feels like they’ve grown tired of maintaining the place.
