I’ve been to many concerts here, but they were all pre-pandemic until last week, when I saw a Third World and Kumar Fyah. I really have to commend the management on the changes. It’s so much better! The new Green Room has lots more room. The water wall is great. The staff were friendly and super cool. Love it!

Had a blast at the Grand reopening. Love the Flobots and the wife got us a balcony table. Not only was the entertainment fantastic but the service as well, our server was fantastic the view phenomenal and the overall experience 10/10. Great drink selection, great audio, great food, I had three different nice beers while the wife enjoyed a nice cocktail. They had gluten free food for her and kept us stocked on water. The lights and show of the venue are fantastic as well, audio was great but not as well tuned for the opener as often happens at venues. Will definitely be back for any show that comes through here I like. I didn't get the chance to go before but Ophelia's is truly a gem with its reopening.

Google
This is an incredible use of space! The layout is really neat and accommodates more than you would expect. Had a great time seeing Max Creek, an old favorite. Can't wait to see more shows!

Google
This venue packs a punch! Fantastic sound, great vibes, plenty of dancing space, and all around solid space for a show!

Google
They've stripped down their formerly great menu to just a handful of unexciting dishes, all comprised of mostly the same ingredients. Obviously a tactic to boost efficiency and throughput, yet we still waited over an hour for our food to come out, and they were striking things off the menu. Something strange is afoot here behind the scenes, but I'll give em a pass. I appreciate what they're doing, and the staff are good people.

Google
Rachel and her team were exceptional at making sure our event was a hit! From the bar and making our signature drink, the food, and helping with finding an amazing local band (Sweet Child) - everything went perfectly. And it doesn’t hurt the venue itself is awesome!

Google
Went for the Lipgloss Presents: Ol' Dirty Brunch It was a vibe, and the food was delicious. A very different Brunch experience. I had the hangover fries, no chicken, but added eggs for protein and lady in red drunk. Would recommend checking out the other events here. The staff is very nice and patient considering the noise level.

Going downtown for a date night (or brunch) at Ophelia's is always a nice time. We'd been numerous times in the past, so were worried when we heard they were under new management. We were happy to see it was still the same comfortable interior and friendly wait staff. We were there for the grand reopening weekend to see a live show and got excellent drink service; we'd already eaten dinner elsewhere so we did not try any of the food menu.

Yelp
Love this place!! Every time I'm in Denver I try to go - It's Unique, cool, and great food. I'll be back!! Great food, cool vibe,

Yelp
My sister and I love to take people here when they are in town visiting! The atmosphere is incredible, however a bit loud especially when a live band is playing but SO worth it for the vibes. The service has always been great and the waiters know the menu well. The food is delicious!!

Yelp
This is favorite club in Denver. I was told by many friends that I must check this club out. So, I was in town for Slick Rick and a band that does cover music for Grateful Dead. The building has a cool back story and it's very well decorated. I love the back wall of old radios and Walkmans! I saw a yellow Walkman that I once owned. The owner, Matt is pretty dope, and does a real good job in running the club. The restaurant has delicious bites, the Waygu burger is my favorite, and their Flatbread pizza. I wish i was in town to see Judith Hill and Mahalia. If only Denver was just a hop skip n jump for me, I would be here in a heartbeat. I will come back for their brunch. If your looking for a nice club, check this one our. Check out their page for upcoming events, :D

Yelp
Food: I was throughly impressed with the quality and care of each item we got. Everything was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and perfectly seasoned. (1) Plantains: to say these were packed with flavor is an understatement. The plantains themselves were sweet and perfectly ripe. Tpphe sauces and fixings around it made this dish 10/10 (2) Cheese curds / fried pickles: Um why is this combo not required at all times? My two favorite loves! The pickles are, rightfully, chip pickles. The cheese curbs have cheddar in them. Bursting with flavor and deliciousness. Exactly how you want both items to be delivered. (3) Wagyu Smashburger: In my opinion, the toppings are perfection. Not too much, just the right stuff. The sautéed onions were drool worthy and the smashed patties couldn't get any more smashed. 10/10! We also subbed the fries for the brussels sprouts and wow are we glad we did! Bursting with flavor my partner said, "I think these are the best brussels sprouts I've ever had". Some shishito peppers snuck in (beautiful match btw) and the sauce and fixing on these made it pop. All the drinks were delicious too. Perfectly balanced but also different. Really impressive! Service: Pretty good. I would have liked a bit more attention but it worked out just fine. Ambience: Can you beat sitting on the banister of a concert venue? This place is so fun and hip. Such a cool vibe even if live music isn't playing at that time.

Yelp
The themed weekend brunches at Ophelia's are simply unbeatable, and the live DJ adds so much energy! I just attended the "Is There Brunch On Mars? The Bowie Brunch" and WOW - it was incredible! The vibe, the amazing tunes, the lively atmosphere, the delicious food, and the creative cocktails completely blew me away. If you haven't been yet, check out their calendar and pick a date--you won't regret it! Here's what I indulged in: Food Highlights Brunch Monty: Maple French Toast, Blueberry Jelly, Shaved Ham, Pepper Jack Cheese, Bacon, Powdered Sugar, and an Over Easy Egg. The perfect fusion of sweet and savory! Hangover Fries: Wavy Potatoes with Queso, Buttermilk Chicken, Red Onion, Scallions, and BBQ Sauce--loaded fries heaven! Benedict Pizza (MY FAVORITE!): Shaved Ham, Poached Egg, Mozzarella, Hollandaise, Garlic Chili Oil, Scallions--Hollandaise on pizza is genius! Denver Skillet: Ham, Potatoes, Green Chile, Onion, Cheddar, Eggs Your Way, Scallions--a Mile High City classic. Drink Highlights Classic & Blood Orange Mimosa Espresso Martini: A perfect blend of TFJ Vodka, Kamora, Espresso, and Cinnamon--highly recommend! Lady in Red: A stunning mix of Hibiscus-Infused Rum, Campari, Passionfruit Honey, Citrus, and Cinnamon--a newly added favorite! If you're in Denver, Ophelia's is THE place to be for a one-of-a-kind brunch experience. Can't wait to go back and see what other themes they have in store!

Yelp
We went for their "champagne problems" Taylor swift themed brunch. While I was disappointed in their effort on that part - they had a DJ who looked like he didn't want to be there, nothing interactive for the crowd, her movie playing on the big screen and her music blaring through the place, I reallllly enjoyed the food so that's why it's getting 4 stars. The service was subpar - the waiter remedy like he gave minimal effort despite it not being packed. My friends got the avocado toast, the brunchwtap supreme and I got the breakfast pizza. The crust was amazing and delicious and the combination of prosciutto egg and cheese/hollandaise was fantastic! i really enjoyed it!! both my friends said their dishes were delicious as well. We each had one cocktail. we were sat on the bottom floor which had plenty of open space for dancing or more tables. had the DJ been doing ANYTHING interactive, i would have gotten up and danced. seemed like a half baked idea to get people in the door.

Yelp
While in Denver, we had Sunday brunch at Ophelia's. Great service from start to finish, and upbeat music playing along to a video screen showing old MTV music video's. How fun!! For brunch, my husband had the breakfast pizza and I had the chicken biscuit smothered in a delicious gravy. We always try to find unique places to dine when we visit other towns and Ophelia's checked that box for us.

Yelp
Ophelia's was so fun! They usually have a show playing that you need to buy tickets in advance for, but we just came to eat. The mushroom flatbread had truffle duxelle, goat cheese, pickled red onions, and arugula. I love arugula on pizza and it was drizzled in oil as well, so, this 'pizza' was basically a salad. The pepperoni flatbread had pepperoni, mozzarella, san marzanos, and basil. Simple, basic, yummy. ‍

Yelp
The pizza in this pic is so good that I found myself oscillating between Gate Keeping and Telling the World, finally settling on *PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW*. Ophelia's has awesome food. Everyone knows this. The whole damn LOVER restaurant group smacks, so yeah, I'm not breaking any news here. But ayeeeee, this Classic Benedict Pizza on their brunch menu is next fcking level. The dough is apparently from 200yr old sourdough starter, and the combination of toppings (jammy egg, mozz cheese, hollandaise aioli)--- chef's kiss. Soooo yeah, *run don't walk *to Ophelia's for brunch, you will NOT be disappointed.

Yelp
My wife and I attended a great concert there last night. "Mia X Alley" and we loved it. The concert was fabulous and the venue was first rate. Aside from being in the heart of Lodo, a place I despise and avoid whenever possible, it all worked out well. Parking was easy enough with a dozen paid parking garages and lots within easy walking distance. The venue itself is easy to find, clean and set up quite well. The door staff were nice and bartenders were friendly and easy to deal with. The drinks were reasonably priced and not watered down. This is a great place to watch a concert from several different levels. We would not hesitate to watch another concert here.

Yelp
Such a fun environment with live music and weekly events! It can be pretty loud but still quiet enough to have conversation. I've been for brunch and dinner during Denver restaurant week. Their appetizers were hands down some of the best I've had in Denver. Service was great too!
google avatar

Jessica J.

Yelp
This venue is super cool and really unique! I came here for the Mahalia show and had a lot of fun at the show. It's an intimate venue. Next time we I come here for a show, I think I'll reserve a table! Seems like it would be worth the price to sit and have the option of dining while watching the show. The food however? Not great. I don't know if it was because it's Restaurant Week and they're extra busy, but the food just was not up to par. The chicken and waffles was crispy, but there was more breading than anything. The chicken was almost warm-more room temp. The waffles were on the small side and nothing extraordinary about it. The churros were doughy and fell apart easily, while the caramel sauce had an overpowering alcohol taste. Not to mention, the food was more pricey-the taste didn't meet the price. Probably won't eat here again unless I'm here for another show.

Yelp
This is such a super swanky Speakeasy, that you do need reservations for the food was pretty good it's American bistro nothing too fancy, but the music was amazing. The drinks were flowing, and I completely loved the set up of the place. It kind of reminds me of the opera house.
google avatar

Rachel H.

Yelp
What a unique venue! It's a small club with a big sound system. The decor nods to the history of being a brothel. A little gritty a little classy. I did not try the food however I did some eye hustling and it looks pretty tasty. Bartenders kept the drinks flowing fat and furious. The drink prices are very reasonable.

Yelp
10/10 experience. The atmosphere is so fun and engaging. The inside is much larger than I anticipated. We sat downstairs by the stage but there is a large upstairs area with some chairs that overlooks the lower area. We went for 90's Boy Band Brunch and it was so much fun. The bottomless mimosa was surprisingly great. The server was usually pouring more before we had to ask. The food was out of sight. We shared the Crispy Togarashi Brussels Sprouts, Smash Burger, and The Standard (egg/bacon/biscuit). It was all so full of flavor that just popped with each bite. The experience was so impressive.

Yelp
The food and ambiance are good! I highly recommend the Cuban Plantains! The service was terrible. $15 wine in an airplane plastic cup. 1 hours for my steak to come out; it wasn't busy at all. Sheridan was very nice but the rest of the team could use some training in client experience...
google avatar

John S.

Yelp
What a unique venue! Ive lived in the area for 10 years but only recently attended a show here. This is one of the most intimate venues with the most friendly service you could ask for. I didn't have the food and don't drink alcohol so I cannot speak to that.

Yelp
God this place is awesome....and I had no idea. My kids took me out for HH here and it was so much fun and the food and drinks so great. First off huge shout out to Chris and DD our amazing bartenders. We arrived right after happy hour ended ( like one minute) and Chris let us order off the HH menu....that was so huge and kind. Many thanks. So if you don't have tickets ( like we did not) you can sit at the bar. The night we went it was Burlesque ( the performer was stunning coming into the venue...just saying). The bar was great and we ordered a ton of appetizers and cocktails. There was not a single bad dish or cocktail. Loved the Waygu sliders, fun-guy flatbread. Amazing and creative desserts. My only small quibble was the plastic tumblers the libations were served in. I love glass man....and I promise not to throw it at any one....pinky swear. Seriously just go. You will have an amazing time....and if you dont I'll pay for your bill ( yeah right). Amazing place that we will be back for sure.

Yelp
Ophelia's is a great spot to catch a concert. The small venue allows you to be up close with the performers, yet big enough to give a concert feeling. We saw the Dresden dolls and shelled out the extra money for table seats. The seats are on the second level but still have a good view of the stage, and they do pair you with other people to fill the venue. (In our case our booth held 6) They do offer food, but we did not eat. They do have some creative cocktails though. Which are very fairly priced. The service could have been better with long wait times between check in's my drink went dry a couple of times. Though our server was very friendly. TL:DR - Great intimate venue to watch your favorite band

Yelp
I love going to unique restaurants and this is one of them. From the layout of the restaurant to the decor, it's different. My group ordered the Brussel sprouts, brothel burger, mushroom pizza, and picnic platter. Each dish was wonderful - full of flavor and a joy to eat. We came during happy hour and the drinks were strong and affordable. All of my friends enjoyed all the drinks on the happy hour menu. The service was amazing. We came here around 5PM reservation. It was not busy but it is recommended to make reservations. Even though it was not busy, there was already a 7PM reservation on the list that would be seated at our table after us. The host told us if we wanted to stay when the next reservation arrive, they would find us a different spot at another table or bar. I loved the open communication. I suggest street parking around the area. It's cheaper. The lot next to the restaurant have a history of giving people tickets if they leave one minute after their parking ticket expired. I researched the parking lot on google and the reviews were horrible. Just a heads up! This restaurant is also located to next to a hostel :)

Yelp
What An Amazing & Fun place. We came here from Las Vegas for a concert & to explore. We are Big foodies & love live entertainment in any form. This place did NOT disappoint! They had a Brady Bunch Brunch and it was such a fun vibe. Live DJ with projected Brady Bunch episodes playing in the background. The music was perfect and the DJ really was having fun. The food was also up to par and our server kept the Mimosas pouring! Food: We started with the Brussels sprouts & shishito peppers with their Drooling sauce! Not called that but that's how I can explain it.. Absolutely delightful, charred to the right amount and just plain incredible. Please order them! Next- Their smash burger. Wow! Perfect amount or meat to cheese to bun ration. Melts in your mouth with a great explosion of flavors. Not over powering but just Good! It was accompanied with fries, and they were perfectly crisp and fluffy.. I ordered a side of bacon and it literally elevated the burger, or you can eat them by themselves. Thick and crispy! Lastly, we had the churros for dessert- Our server recommended them and said they were on of the most popular desserts. Clearly I know why now! Overall my husband and I were very satisfied and full, we shared everything. The mimosas were not spectacular but they did the job to get us a little tipsy! Big shout out to our waiter/ sadly I can't remember his name :( He was always on top of keeping up with us LV Lushes! Check this place out, it's exactly as the Name describes. Eclectic, wacky, fun and full of joy! We loved our experience!!

Yelp
I had no idea what to expect when my boyfriend told me about this restaurant. He explained it pretty well but still, I think one cannot truly understand until you get there. Like every other time I visit a new restaurant I scoped out the menu prior to visiting to make sure I had an idea of what I wanted to eat. My indecisiveness fully shines when menus are expansive and they all seem great. The wonderful thing about their food menu is that they seem to focus on a handful of items which makes me feel that they must be great dishes. What made brunch even better is my bestie Amy, from all the way back home in Hawai'i, was visiting her college bestie Elyse in Denver the same time we were visiting Colorado, so we invited them to join us for brunch! I love that it worked out AND we may not have found this place if it wasn't for my boyfriend having visited this restaurant years ago. We each studied the menu and had an idea of what we wanted when the waiter came over. I ordered the plantains foster french toast skillet, which came sizzling and delicious of course. I also had a side of over easy eggs and bacon. My boyfriend had the Ropa Vieja Hash and we also ordered the Crispy Togarashi Brussels Sprouts. Everything was delicious. The music was great as well. I loved that the seating of the restaurant was as if you're in an auditorium, because you are watching a show while you're eating. A great concept and fun too! We truly enjoyed ourselves, chatting, eating, and enjoying great music and food. I can't even remember what the band's name was that was playing but they sounded great. I look forward to coming back here for another show sometime in the future.

Yelp
I scheduled a brunch with a couple other friends through OpenTable for today at 11am. One of my friends was sick and couldn't make it but my other friend and I decided to make the trip bc we still wanted to hangout and we didn't want to pay the $30 to cancel because the reservation was very clear if I canceled with 48 hours I would be charged (credit card on file). We got there along with many other people to find the place closed. The guys in the hostel told us it had been closed during the day for a while! A phone call was received by a manager 45 minutes after our reservation apologizing that I was able to make a reservation because they have been closed for brunch for already a month! Very disappointing considering we've had this on the schedule for almost a week. Where is my $30 for not canceling with me within 48 hours? We could have easily went somewhere closer to us, 45 minutes away. No messages until after our reservation passed and after I responded, just a "oh well, sorry but glad you had fun anyway". Yes we're going to have fun because we will make the best out of our situation but it doesn't excuse your lack of respect for people who stick to their word and expect to receive what they signed up for.

Yelp
This is a very cool place. I liked that they had a cider drink here for me. My wife enjoyed a refreshing cocktail here. We had tickets to a reggae show here and we were very impressed with the sound quality and lighting. There is a lot of really diverse types of events that happen here and we can't wait to go back for another show real soon. Everything was also really well taken care of here and we really enjoyed the overall ambiance of the place!
google avatar

Yelp
Love this place! Has great food and drinks of all types! Never seen a show here but looks like it would be a fun venue to do so at.
google avatar

Yelp
Very cool place for brunch! Love the vibes inside, with good music playing. I was with 4 others and we all loved our meals. I had the chicken & waffles, which was delicious. And I had bottomless mimosas - always a good idea.
google avatar

Yelp
Had a blast here! They have non alcohol beverages, which was a plus for me. Our server Kevin was great. Ambiance was exactly what I was looking for.

Yelp
If you're traveling in from out of town like myself, let Ophelia's be your first welcome to Denver. A short Uber ride from my hotel in downtown, I was looking for a good meal with some live music nearby after a day of traveling. I happened to go when a Ticketmaster show was taking place so I paid to get in, which didn't end up being a problem because the bands were amazing. Once seated at the bar, I made my way downstairs to the floor and found an excellent seating area behind the GA floor. Rather then kick your shoes off after a day of traveling, why not venture out into town on your first night in and enjoy some great music and even better food and drinks.
google avatar

Doreen C.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday morning for brunch and didn't have to wait for 2 people. We ordered the bottomless mimosas, burger, and rib eye skillet. The bottomless mimosas were decent, however the burger was more like a slider than a burger, a lot smaller than what I expected. But the food was still good! What made me decide to give this place 5 stars is because of the nice ambiance - there was live music playing the whole time and they had a big screen showing the World Cup which was also cool. If I had to rate just the food it would probably be 4 stars but the ambiance definitely makes it 5!
google avatar

JoAnn H.

Yelp
Love this place. The ambiance is eclectic and right up my alley. The food is equally good and the drinks are delicious. The lavender haze is my favorite. Great place to try.

Yelp
Ophelia's is basically electric bar food. Your typical food but with twist and turns that make it different. Ambiance - I would say know who you are taking. Ophelia's is a unique dinning experience. When I went the had a very strange movie playing in the screen from the 70's. I later found out it was Barbella. The restaurant has a casual vibe with great music. But I wouldn't reccomend it for a first date, intimate conversation, or taking your hard of hearing relatives for a night out. The music was too loud to have a lot of conversation without yelling. Good music but just too loud. Food - I had to Ophelia's a long time ago and remembered the food being delicious. The only word to describe my recent experience is greasy. We started with the Elote Spring Cheese incident. Basically, a cheese dip with tortilla chips. This was probably the best thing I ate that night. It was a nice Burlee'd cheese dip. They used coji cheese instead of typical cheeses. The tortilla chips were perfectly crisp. For dinner I had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and my friend had the Smashburger. The sauce for the Nashville chicken sandwich was an oil base sauce. Not only was the chicken super greasy but then we had an oily sauce on top of it. Flavorwise it was delicious if you can get past the endless amounts of greasy. The smashburger was a typical burger, only my friends looked like it had been under the lamp too long and then they put it back on the grill to reheat it. Lots of unetiable char. At least the fries were not a fail. They were perfect steak fries. I mainly stuck to eating them. For dessert, my favorite part of the meal, we split the Churro. The carmel sauce was an amazing mix of silky sweet and salty. Swoon worthy. But the Churro was, yes you guessed it, super greasy and doughy. Not a good ending. Service - If I thought the food was bad, the service was deplorable. The waitstaff started off promising. The person was personable and understood our needs. Things were running smoothly until the main course. From that point on, the waitstaff was MIA, when we did manage to flag the person down they acted like we were inconveniencing them. They never came to check on us or refill our water. Overall, I don't think I will be returning.

10/10! The food was great. The ambiance was chill and good vibes. Our sever was very nice as well! Service was quick.

Yelp
Awesome live music venue in Denver, must stop while in town to catch a show. We went for 80's/90's night, had lots of fun.

Yelp
Overall it's a cool place to go for drinks and a show. The dinner menu doesn't have a whole lot of choices, but the prices are fair and what we did have was decent. The grazing board could have offered a bit more in terms of cheese and meat. It was a small prosciutto rose and a tiny chunk of brie with a whole bunch of almonds, way too many peppers that neither of us cared for, and too much jam (only 1 biscuit was provided for 2 people, so we barely even got to try it). I can appreciate that they have a NA cocktail section on their menu for people who are sober. This time I didn't try any of the NA cocktails, but I had the NA IPA and it was good. That one I did find to be a bit steep, though, at $8 served directly in the can with no glass offered. We really enjoyed the band, and the music was great. We felt very rushed by our server though, even though we were some of the only people in there and there were plenty of empty tables. Had it been busy I could understand, but given it was a very slow Wednesday night this was a turn off for me. I don't think I'd have dinner here again, but I'd definitely go out with a bigger group for some drinks to see the show.

Yelp
This review is mostly about the food, we did not go durring a show. Overall the food was just ok. Nothing really stood out, but I have certainly had both better and worse. Interesting place with some infamous history. We decided to check it out while we were waiting for a GABF session. We came in while not much was going on (slow time), no reservations, but it was no problem. We ordered a few different things, including an eggplant dish which I liked but it came out a little cold. The main dish was checken, can't remember the name of it but it was overly crispy and dry, althoug not quite burnt. Didn't really care for it. The pretzel was good. Probably a good place to watch a show and have some food and drinks, but the food alone was just ok so only giving it 3.5 stars but it's really more of a 3.5 stars rounded up. Wife was excited for the corn bread, but they chaged the portions to be much smaller for the same price like many places seem to be doing these days.

Yelp
I will start with this place is awesome! We planned to eat dinner and see a show here a couple months before our visit. We showed up at our reservation time and were seated immediately. We were upstairs right in the rail in the middle of the stage, so awesome view. We sat at 6:30 and the show did not start until 7:30ish. We were not expecting much we thought it was primarily a concert venue, but boy were we pleasantly surprised. We started with drinks and some appetizers. The Green Chili Cornbread was awesome! I could have eaten an entire order myself. The house made soft pretzel was good and the mustard and cheese dipping sauces were a nice addition. We also split the Lemon Tahini Caesar Salad between the four of us and it was so good! Everyone wanted more when it was done. For my entree I got the Brothel Chicken Sandwich with fried chicken. It was an awesome sandwich I must say. Crispy, juicy, and the Carolina BBQ sauce I got on the side was good to drizzle on. I also got to try the Fun-Guy pizza which was delicious. The crust was great and it was packed with mushrooms. Ate too much so no room for dessert, but the drinks were great and the seats we had were awesome for the show, which was a really excellent experience! I would highly recommend this place to anyone for dinner and a show.

Yelp
Good food. Excellent venue (music, architecture). I'll come back next time I visit Denver.

Yelp
Such a unique dining concept. We stopped here after Pride Fest downtown after reading what tasty gluten free food options they had on their menu. I ordered the Lavender Haze and hubs got a double amaretto sour (sidenote: holy shit, his drink was $18, what in the actual F but I guess that's downtown pricing for you). My drink was 100000% worth every penny and was one of the best mocktails I've ever had the pleasure of sipping. I kept nursing it because I didn't want it to end! Please send me the recipe so I can drink this by the gallon at home! We also split the Ropa Vieja Hash which was mind bogglingly good. Everything about it made my heart and tummy happy (especially the plantains!! I LOVE PLANTAINS!!!) and the Strawberry ice cream bar, which was a gluten free version of a Good Humour bar and GOOD GOD LEMON, WAS THAT AMAZING. Everything was amazing! Including our server, who was so sweet. Once he found out it was my hubs' birthday, he gave him a free shot (I think it was called a "Coochie Shot" or something? It had a vagina-sounding name, that much I know). Extra tip for you, my friend. I'd love to come back and try some more of their yummy GF offerings. Thanks for being you, Ophelia's!

Yelp
Super fun place to see live blues and eat good food. Staff was awesome the afternoon I was there. Sunday brunch with Vince Convers and Big Brother.

Yelp
A MUST DO FOR BRUNCH IN TOWN! Loved the energy and the ambiance here for Sunday afternoon. It was a Queen-themed day and we loved it. I was part of a group of 9 for my best friend's bachelorette party and we brought colorful wigs to wear. Honestly it fit the vibe perfectly and was such a fun time! I called a month in advance to make reservations and a server called me back a few days later. She was able to get me a table by the stage which was the perfect location for our group to enjoy. Speaking of service- absolutely no complaints. Our server was great and so polite. The majority of our group got bottomless mimosas and some of us were worried since we only had an hour and a half, but she was always around making sure we had our refills in a timely manner! I opted for just one drink and my espresso martini was all I imagined it to be. The food was delicious- probably the best burger I've had in a while. From the smashed patty to the brioche bun, it was so flavorful- I was in heaven. The cornbread was also a showstopper- I shared with a friend and we quite enjoyed the taste and the jam on top. Highly recommend this place- it used to be a brothel and they aren't ashamed of their foundation... there's some fun little signs and artwork to go with the theme. We love a place that embraces their roots. I'd definitely come back whenever I find myself in town- so fun!!!

Yelp
First time here - def coming back for live music and brunch! Love the way the space is set up and decorated. Knocked one star off because the menu is small/limited and our drinks were fancy but not delicious. Our meal was delicious, though!

Yelp
Ordered Ophelia's Steakhouse. Bison was cooked well but a little too salty. Meat was very lean! Green beans okay and creamed kale good, but also a bit tangy. Chimichurri has great lime flavor. The corn bread was good with the butter but not the jelly. Weird taste and better without the jelly. Had seating at the counters and service was terrible!! Extremely slow!! Took 1 hour from seating to get the food.

Yelp
This just might be my new favorite brunch spot! Came here for my birthday, and it was '90s boy band day. The DJ was spinning some great tunes, and the vibe was jumping! The place was packed, so it took a bit longer than I would have liked for the server to first come to our table. But once we ordered both food and drinks, he was on point throughout the whole meal. Of course, I got the bottomless mimosas, and while a lot of places might be a bit inefficient at refills and want to time you on how long you stay, Ophelia's is attentive and fast. Many times my glass was still half-full, and my server topped it off. Their only caveat is that you have to order food. But even after our plates had been cleared, my table sat for a while, and our server kept pouring. The food was delicious. We started with the brussels, which was some of the best we've had. Then on to the smashburger, which was nice and crispy but still juicy. The standard was a solid breakfast, with thankfully a decent buttermilk biscuit. Because it was my birthday, I got a little dessert surprise with the churros. I love churros, so these made me very happy. They probably could have been cooked a bit longer, but they were free, so I'm not complaining. It is super loud in the space, and you have to sort of yell to be able to talk. But that didn't detract from the experience. I'll definitely be back for dinner and an actual show!

Yelp
From the time I entered the building till I exited the building. Everything was great, the hostess at the entrance, the waiters and waitresses the atmosphere was all top-notch. I had the Smashburger with fries. The burger was was really good. It was perfect everything you want to in a smash burger with the crunch the bun Caramelized onions that chard taste the charcoal or grill taste that was on the on the burger fries were Chris and season two perfection and last but not least was the live entertainment. I was a trio 2 guys on guitar and the guy on drums they were just a wonderful to listen to, everything combined create a wonderful atmosphere. I did not know what to expect when I went there and I left there pleasantly surprised.

Yelp
Where should I start? The cocktails were delicious and carefully planned out to give you a true flavor experience; the food was delicious and flavorful, I had a flatbread and the service was amazing. Friendly staff and bar area seating was delightful. To top it off, it was 80s night and the hits were pouring in!

Yelp
I honestly didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised upon my arrival. This is a super cute venue with a lovely entrance and service was top notch. The food was surprisingly good as well! The only disappointment was the batch made cocktails that didn't allow for alterations. Other than that~ fantastic music, fantastic vibe, eclectic decor, and the food was actually good! I recommend the burgers, fries, and churros!!! 1 star knock off due to the batch made drinks and plastic serveware

Yelp
I like the other restaurants in the edible beets family. This is my first time trying Ofelia's, and I did get it delivered. The fall harvest Farro was very good. The margarita pizza was pretty good. I need to try more things from here to make a better evaluation. But it's definitely worth a few more visits.

Yelp
I saw this place while looking for things to do in Denver and wanted to check it out. The staff seated us right away even without a reservation for an early dinner. They also have bands that play nightly, but we just left before the band played later in the evening. This place has a lot of history, and someone came by our table to give us the interesting story behind this building which was really awesome. But this place is really a tourist trap. The food here was not worth it, the portions are really small, the food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. We ordered the green chili cornbread which was only 3 small slices with butter and marmalade for $7. I have seen other recent Yelp pictures that show a full loaf with butter. The server said they had to cut back the portion due to inflation. We then ordered a pretzel with cheese that was also really small but hot out of the oven. And lastly ordered the $35 trio special that includes a starter, main course, and dessert. The eggplant starter was supposed to be hot, but was cold, the main course of chicken and waffles was burnt and the chicken was so dry it tasted like jerky and the chocolate dessert was just okay. We were not impressed.

Yelp
OK where do I start??? I booked a reservation for New Years brunch for 11am. They opened on time and were ready for us. Parking was easy as there is a lot next to the building. Staff was incredibly friendly considering they were probably all partying or working the night before. Two levels for eating. Stairs and elevator for access. Ambiance such a cool jazz vibe with DJs and a live singer. Music loud but great and you can still have a conversation. The food!!!! I had the lobster Mac and cheese and Brussel sprouts - my starter. The lobster was the most tender I've ever had. I would guess it was butter poached. Yummy!!! My wife had a buttermilk waffle and then got a buttermilk biscuit to go. Latte was great and coffee was great too.
