We only found this place because we were looking for a bathroom & stumbled upon a gem. It was our first time trying ramyun & it was just wow! I ordered the creamy ramen with pork belly & my sister ordered the katsu for take out. I really like that they line the takeout container with foil to keep the food warm. The katsu sauce was thick & savory,, the chicken was crunchy & juicy, & they give a large portion of rice. The sweet corn & coleslaw help to balance out the rich katsu sauce. The ramen tasted kind of like carbonara with a kick. The pork belly was cut up into 6 small triangle pieces. I can't wait to to eat in next time! There's a small parking lot in front, but we found street parking.

Taste :4.3/5 Environment: 4.5/5 Service:4.3/5 The. Classic k style Came for the noodles, stayed for the curry — sweet, tangy, and totally addicting. Not me falling for the curry sauce instead of the ramen 😍 A hint of apple, rich flavor, and that crispy pork cutlet — perfection. Crispy fried tteokbokki + cheesy corn + curry pork cutlet = instant happiness This place gets every craving right.

This is an amazing place for Korean food in Ktown. It's not cheap but the ramyeon and rice dishes are very good. Cheese katsu is unexpectedly the best I've had for a big while, although they said they don't have it everyday. Steak & egg is very good both ramyeon and rice plate. Parking is valet and it's $3-5 I don't remember exactly. Friendly servers.

If you love ramen, Oppa Ramyun in LA’s Koreatown is a must-visit 🍜🇰🇷 They’re known for their flavorful ramyun bowls, and I had to try their new Creamy Crab Spicy Ramyun — rich, creamy, and full of bold crab flavor with just the right amount of heat. It’s the kind of bowl that warms you up instantly and keeps you craving another bite🦀🔥 But don’t stop at the ramen — their other dishes are just as impressive! The Steak Egg Plate is a sizzling combo of juicy steak with a perfectly runny egg on top, pure comfort on a plate🍳🥩 The Oppa Katsu Original comes out golden and crispy, with tender meat inside and that satisfying crunch in every bite🫶🏼 For something fun and shareable, the Sausage Rice Cake is a mix of chewy tteokbokki and savory sausage in a sweet-spicy sauce that’s seriously addictive🌶️ And you can’t forget the Cheesy Corn — creamy, melty, and the perfect side to balance all that spice🧀🌽 To top it all off, the Spam Ramyun Fried Rice might be one of the best things on the menu — a comforting fried rice loaded with spam, a hint of spice, and that signature ramyun flavor all mixed together🍚💥 Every dish felt like the perfect mix of homestyle comfort and K-town flair. Oppa Ramyun really knows how to hit every craving — whether it’s spicy, cheesy, or crispy🙌🏼

In love with this place!!!The food was delicious, I had the seafood Ramyun and the seafood was very fresh and delicious, my sister had the vegetarian Ramyun and she really liked hers as well! We did go early during the day and we were able to request Seventeen music to be played and they didn’t hesitate to put it on! Also an actual Oppa took our order which was an extra point for me!! Definitely coming back next time I am in LA 🩵🩷

Yelp
Parking is valet before midnight but at every hour of the day their food always hits! We got the Sodduk Sodduk and the spicy pork belly Ramyun The food was delicious and the soup was so flavorful I picked up the bowl and drank the whole thing The workers were beyond kind, gave us tips on how to say the foods, they made recommendations, and the food was not only delicious but came out quickly. The music and ambiance was great too! 10/10 they know what they're doing and I hope they only go up from here. I'll definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Was hungry and driving through Korea Town when we saw this restaurant. We tried their ramen and Soduk. I had the Soon Dubu Ramen and it was spicy and good. My daughter had a pork ramen and she liked it as well. The Soduk was really good too. I wasn't expecting that. The rice cake was soft and crispy on the outside and it was drizzled with a sauce. Service was excellent. They were so friendly. Prices were very reasonable.

Oppa ramen was recommended by a friend who told me I had to try this place. The restaurant is a straight-from-a Korean experience! Tried the Mexican Korean ramen was surprised was actually super tasty! Service was excellent and attentive they even gave us a free drink on the house! Over all a unique experience, and a very tasty bowl of ramen. Will definitely be back if your ever in ktown give oppa ramen a try!
