Opus Chicago

I fell in love with this building the moment I stepped foot through the door. It’s large enough to have great amenities such as a roof deck and gym, but it’s small enough to feel like a close-knit community. Aesthetically, I love the design of the interiors. The two-tone kitchens and exposed ceilings are a nice touch. And it’s in a great location. Walking distance to anything you need, but off the main streets, so it feels more quiet and residential.

If you are considering moving into a new build in the northern neighborhoods of the city, definitely add The Opus to your consideration list! The building is brand new and built with modern tenant needs in mind. From the mail room, to the common rooftop area, to the co-working spaces, to the gym, all of the spaces are beautifully designed and welcoming. The Property Manager, Latisa, was exceptionally kind and thoughtful in both her communication and guided tour. Moving can be stressful at times and she felt like a true support system throughout the entire process. She took the time to show me every corner of the building and provided a clear and honest perspective about what it's like to live there, never once rushing me or glossing over any details. It seems like an amazing community led by a team who truly cares about their tenants - a plus is that it is in such a beautiful space!

I have loved my time at The Opus! LaTisa (the property manager) not only creates a clean living environment, but she also makes an effort to cultivate a wonderful community. If you live here, you will not regret it!

This is really a unique building. Being new construction, the appliances and layout are wonderful. Available indoor parking, decent gym and awesome deck with amazing skyline view are just some of the perks. But the best part is the staff. Latisa, the property manager, is on site. She has been a gem, always helpful and very responsive. Building engineer, Trevor, has been great too!

The management & maintenance staff are phenomenal! I moved in the summer of 2024 and have been so happy here. The size of the unit is great, the amenities are great, & the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend this building for anyone moving to the North Center area!

The Opus Chicago is a wonderful new addition to the neighborhood that the area has been missing! My tour with Jackie was exceptional and I am so excited to move in! I love the option of getting an office with Expansive right downstairs!
