Order all the croissants! They were so delicious and filling, had a solid amount of ham or turkey (depending on what you choose). Cold brew (either black or with their HM toasted pecan syrup) was great and my partner ordered the dirty chai a few times and really enjoyed it.

Crystal Simmons

Google
The coffee was really good. I got a peppermint mocha with oat milk. I didn’t order food. The staff was courteous.

Heather Marie

Google
This is one heck of a cute coffee shop! The bartistas are so friendly, and the setting is wicked laid back. The coffees are reasonably priced. I like how they sell art work as well.

Berk Cakan

Google
The coffee and staff are always great, but today the croissant was burned. Hope it is better next time.

Google
Orange Spot Coffee is conveniently located in Park Circle - North Charleston. I ordered an Americano, which it was excellent! The service was friendly and fast. There is plenty of space to sit inside. Plus, they have a parking lot with extra space. If you are in the area, I highly recommend Orange Spot Coffee.

Logan Cleary

Google
I normally like to leave positive reviews, but the staff/ barista I encountered was not welcoming at all. Order the ham Swiss croissant warmed and the ham was cold; not worth it. Also, got the iced chai tea latte and it was good. So positive thing there, would recommend that to others. Think this is I’ll definitely be my first and last time here.

Google
The service was great!!! The staff is super friendly and very attentive, I was with a couple of friends and the staff overheard me saying I was having a rough morning and they made sure they took care of me and my coffee without skipping a beat while finishing other orders. It was a great experience!!! Coffee is good and the outdoor sitting is quite nice! I Highly recommend it!!!

Google
First time visiting the Orange Spot! Great coffee and nice place to vibe. They definitely know how to make coffee here. The process of witnessing the beans ground to making the coffee, awesome! Friendly staff. Thanks Heather for the comforting "❤" on the take out bag. We'll be back soon.

Amaya B.

Yelp
amazing decor and food! drinks are top tier as well. recommend: sausage and red pepper quiche

Michelle L.

Yelp
It wasnt good! Thats all I can say! I threw away my drink and was so sad I had to go am ABC store around the corner to purchase a canned coffee because it was that bad. The area is a little sketchy as a lot people passes by with surround pigeons in this plaza. A big pass up.

Angelicá G.

Yelp
Yummy local coffee and pastries are soured from a local bakery called WildFlour Pastry. Located in the cool, creative and eclectic neighborhood of Parker Circle.

Megan L.

Yelp
I enjoyed a delicious latte and fig/prosciutto quiche. The quiche was yummy, toasted and flavorful, and made for a great pairing with the latte. I also loved the ambiance of the coffee shop, from advertising community events to selling local art. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty bite in North Charleston!

Frida G.

Yelp
What a cute place! How have I never noticed this coffee shop before?? I'm always in the area! Now that I found it, I'll probably be here a lot. I got the iced Thai Chilli latte and a bagel.. both were good! They had many other pastries available too.... all looked good! The vibe of the place was vibing... the coffee was coffeeing... a great place to start the day!

Nick S.

Yelp
We came across Orange Spot while in town for a friend's wedding. It's located at the end of a cute little block in Park Circle, which is located about 15 min outside of downtown Charleston. Their coffee was really superb. They have some interesting syrups like Thai chili and blackberry that you don't see in many other shops. Both flavors were tasty and the coffee itself was light (my favorite, as I don't like darker roasts or that burnt flavor you get in a lot of chains). Their dining room is inviting with loads of natural light and plenty of seating for working or meeting up with a friend. As a bonus, they have a lovely little patio/outdoor area with some tables and additional seating. We liked Orange Spot so much we came back a second time during our trip and introduced them to another friend in our wedding group. Highly recommend stopping in for a coffee if you're in and around Charleston. We will definitely be back!

Kara W.

Yelp
I ordered the Cha Rahn which was labeled as "hot thai tea latte" and it was basically exactly what it said it was. It tasted like someone had steeped some tea and put hot milk in it. Kindof bland. However, I will try other drinks before I settle on my review. The sitting area was fine. Looks like when the weather is warm you could sit outside, which would be nice.

Melencia J.

Yelp
Stopped in for a latte after walking around the park with the doggo. Great service. Nice local vibe. Good coffee. Some outdoor seating for those who want to sit a spell.

Carolyn M.

Yelp
I cannot say enough good things about this business... from the friendly and experienced staff to the ambience with indoor and outdoor spaces... the food is fresh and the coffee is the best in all my experiences traveling and seeking out the local coffee shops... you won't be disappointed.

Jennifer D.

Yelp
Really liked this cute little coffee shop! Loved that they make their syrups homemade. Service was friendly and my blackberry-white chocolate latte was delicious, as was the maple iced latte. They had baked goods too, gluten free and regular but by the time we visited they were mostly sold out. Service was great and i also liked that they were selling cards from a local artist- great concept!! A few tables inside and outside, but not many. Overall, fantastic place :)

Scotty C.

Yelp
I hadn't been in for a while and I guess I'm guilty of defaulting to another local spot for coffee and pastries. I've now learned my lesson because I forgot just how delicious the coffee is here at Orange Spot. We were watching the barista pull the shots of espresso and putting so much care into our drinks and you could taste the effort as well. They actually had more food options than I recall in the past and it's all around a cool vibe inside. Perfect for a meeting, getting some work done, or just enjoying some quiet time while indulging in a delicious beverage.

Emily V.

Yelp
Swung by after an appointment in Park Circle. Bright and airy space with patio seating. I ordered to go so I could get on with my day but definitely will come back to work or hang here. Toasted pecan latte was great - sign said all syrups are homemade. Sea salt bagel was solid - a bit on the small side and would personally ask for double toast next time. They used enough cream cheese (ie a lot) which is always a plus. Chocolate croissant was also good but a bit over baked. Still flaky and buttery! The staff were quick and nice. Also they have local greeting cards and plants available for purchase!

Hannah S.

Yelp
Orange Spot Coffee is the right spot for a smooth slightly sweet latte, creamy silky quiche or flavor filled sea salt bagel! We stopped in Friday morning for a quick pick me up. My family had just gotten in from a red-eye and needed fuel. Yelp lead us here. When we walked in, I was a bit unsure of the place. Aesthetically, it is very basic. There were tables to sit if you wanted to eat in or work, nothing fancy. My thoughts on the place began to change when I noticed their pastry and breakfast selection. They looked homemade and had your typical flavors like Bacon & Swiss Cheese Quiche or an Everything Bagel, as well as, some fun ones I'd never seen like Fig & Prosciutto Quiche and Sea Salt Bagel. The same went for the syrups offered. They had some syrups that were made in house like the Pecan or Rose and some that were more commonly sourced like Carmel. We were on vacation so our party pants of "try new things" was on! We went for the Fig & Prosciutto Quiche, Sea Salt Bagel, and a half sweet Pecan Latte. I'd give them all 5 stars and would happily... no wait... gladly eat them again. They were spot on in flavor, texture and deliciousness! Bonus: If you go here, you'll get to see a cute little neighborhood of North Charleston. You could definitely grab n' go for a walk or sit out on their patio. Either way, it'll make for a lovely morning!

Elizabeth K.

Yelp
This is a cute local spot that was buzzing both times I visited. They have many food options for those with restricted diets, and delicious coffee. My friends got the bagels and said that they were great. The staff was very friendly and kept up the pace so everyone could be served quickly.

Kelly D.

Yelp
Busy coffee shop, but quick service. They have coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Make the syrup in house and have baked goods to pick from as well. Family friendly with some seating inside and out.

Sara M.

Yelp
Literally the best coffee I've ever had, the latte was the perfect ratio of flavoring, milk and coffee. Me and my friend are in town for one night and we're staying down the street. We walked down there and grabbed a snack and were so impressed. The ham and Swiss croissant is huge and super filling for the price and my friend said it was one of the best bagels she's ever had! Will be back next time we're in town.

Erica C.

Yelp
Orange Spot has a nice selection of baked goods available, however their coffee usually disappoints me. When I go to Orange Spot, I usually opt for the quiche or a bagel - both great. The times that I've ordered coffee, the flavor tastes burnt or either there is not much flavor at all. It should be added that I don't like black coffee. Someone that does may feel differently.

Jennifer L.

Yelp
Orange Spot is a solid cafe option in the Park Circle area. I love that they make their own syrups, have seasonal offerings, and--importantly--that their lattes are not too sweet! I have tried a couple different flavors (like toasted pecan, ginger) and you definitely get the flavor without a ton of sugar. I highly recommend the lattes for those of you without much of a sweet-tooth like me. I got the sundried tomato and pesto scone for a snack. They will warm it up for you if you like! I appreciated that the scone was crispy on the outside but still moist on the inside, since a lot of scones can be too dry. Overall, I recommend Orange Spot if you are looking for a decent cafe option in the area. The main reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I usually reserve that for places at which I would go out of my way to dine. Orange Spot is not there, but if you are near Park Circle anyways it is definitely a great option.

Rhonda J.

Yelp
I don't come on this side of town often. It's actually sad that I've never stopped in here before. The staff were super friendly!!! I told them I had never been before and they were so ready to tell me about their menu. I ended up getting their caramel iced latte and a bacon Swiss quiche. Upon walking in they have seating outside and inside. Cute little decorations. It gives a very local vibe coffee shop, which I love!!! Will definitely try to stop in more when I'm on this side of town!!!

Christina C.

Yelp
Always extra stars on my books when you have thai iced tea at the most unexpected places. Their almond butter snickerdoodle is also delish.

Lena S.

Yelp
The croissant and carrot smoothie was amazing! Customer service was great and very welcoming

Mary G.

Yelp
Really cute atmosphere and great lattes. The staff were super friendly. This was a great meet-up spot with a new professional connection.

Philip L.

Yelp
Chill and modern. Nice place to slowly wake up to the reality that it's another day. Got some studying done, lots of locals in and out. Got invited to watch a 'football' game at the pub across the street by a bunch of British expats, but wasn't ready to start drinking at 11 in the morning... What's wrong with ME?

Ella M.

Yelp
Great little spot for coffee, amazing pistachio and rose morning bun! Yum!!!! Nice outdoor area, service was fast also :)

Pamela K.

Yelp
This was a perfect coffee shop to visit in the Park Circle area while we were in the area for a friends wedding. I had a latte with oat milk and it was great! There was the perfect mix of coffee and a hint of flavor without it being overboard! Would definitely recommend!

Madison W.

Yelp
A very welcoming cafe! I loved the friendly and prompt service I received on a weekend morning. Only a few tables to work at inside with access to outlets. The patio is lovely and I imagine a gorgeous place to sit as the weather cools down. Coffee was as expected. I also ordered a sandwich (turkey, apple, Brie) but their huge case of baked goods looked amazing as well.

Misty P.

Yelp
Meh. Basic menu/ options as were our drinks; caramel cold crew and iced tea. Nothing special. Service was very nonchalant, no rush/ urgency in helping us decide, answering questions or making our order.

Laura M.

Yelp
Not the friendliest service coffee shop Ive ever been to specially when I visited during a non so busy time. But matcha was okay. Not the best matcha but not the worst. Cute wall paper and sitting area but again, not the most inviting atmosphere. More like a grab and go place.

Kaitlynn C.

Yelp
Coffee coffee coffee. The thing that keeps me going. Got a great iced hazelnut coffee from this cute little spot located on the end of the park circle strip. Workers were extremely friendly and could see myself doing some virtual work there!

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
Coffee run this morning was greeted with a bright eyed, blue haired angel named Tom! Warm customer service is something I never take for granted, and the staff at orange spot made us feel so welcomed. Their pastry selection made it hard to choose, but we settled on a bagel and marathon bar. Both were fresh and delightful. I ordered a toasted pecan latte, which was so perfectly flavored with a touch of sweetness. The shop itself is thoughtfully decorated with local art, charming cards and beautiful plants. We loved looked around while we waited for our lattes. Thank you for such great ambiance and service. We will be back!

Patricia C.

Yelp
Love having a neighborhood coffee shop but the coffee doesn't hit the spot for me, it tastes burnt in my opinion. The shop is super cute tho & there is outside seating to bring your dogs.

Carrie L.

Yelp
I ordered the mushroom & Gruyère quiche, & it was yummy but a very small slice. Like 4 bites & it was gone. Boo. And the Snickerdoodle cookie/pastry was so tasteless....nothing. I always tip 20%, but I did the math and I'm pretty darn sure that the "Auto 20% tip" is after tax. Which is a big no-no. Only greedy & dishonest people would do that, & I was never offered a receipt but I figured it out by doing my own math. Never going back.

Bradley K.

Yelp
A perfect little coffee shop to grab some plain coffee or take advantage of the various specialties and flavors across the board. The flavor is perfect and not too overpowering as some other shops may do it. A good stop for a cup of Joe.

Travis M.

Yelp
Have been here a couple of times and not sure if given options I would go back. Service is great, coffee selection and breakfast options were good. Just seems to be going down hill. Walls and tables were covered in dust.

Sarah-Grace H.

Yelp
they have gluten free goodies!!! The coffee is fabulous, really hoped they would have a orange syrup with the name but everything i've had from here is awesome!

Frank G.

Yelp
I expected more. Small place, long lines, very slow people behind counter. My hot chocolate was Luke warm. The menu is written on the corner walls. Can't see it depending on where you'r at in line. Hard to sit with lines of people blocking tables. This is just for a quick coffee and get going. Not much to make you want to sit. Frank G

Sri R.

Yelp
Excellent place for morning breakfast Jennifer, Drew and Sheri does a great job. They have springbix coffee roasters. , they have plain Croissants, sweet Potato breads, plain Bagel.....everything Bagel, Cranberry orange scone

Daniela Z.

Yelp
I need to come back to try some baked goods! I got the lavender oat milk iced espresso and it was delicioussss. The inside is really cute with some pretty plant decor and I especially appreciated their one wall dedicated to selling local letterpress cards. They also have a nice outdoor area you can sit at, whether you're meeting up with a friend or looking for a spot to get some work done.

Robyn S.

Yelp
If I'm in Park Circle, I love stopping by this place. Their menu has the traditional coffee shop items, but also a few unique surprises I can't find other places. Their smoothies are my favorite thing, good ingredients, combos and prices! Plus you'll love the ambiance both in and outside!

Nora R.

Yelp
It's ok. I've had a chai latte here that mostly tasted like soap. Other humans maybe like it more than me.

Katie B.

Yelp
I've always loved this place ever since they were in the cute little white house. I haven't been in awhile and today I got the PB&J smoothie! Their coffee is also delicious but I wanted something different. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they have a cute little patio area.

Jessica B.

Yelp
The new location for Orange Spot is really cute. Its much larger than the last one. Their menu is a bit much, but I'm pretty simple when it comes to my coffee so I order my latte and go on my way. The sandwiches are good and so is the quiche. The staff is hit or miss. Some days they are really great and some days they seem like they don't want to be there. They also can take forever to make a drink, so if you're in a hurry I would get there a little earlier than you thought.

Lori J.

Yelp
Good local coffee with fun drink options rather than the usual lattes. Slower service but good if you have time to wait

Howard L.

Yelp
I was only in town for 2 days and Orange Spot Coffee was recommended to me so I gave it a try. The coffee was really good and also the chocolate croissant. The barista was so friendly. I went back a second day for my morning brew and he remembered my name and welcomed me back. Amazing. I highly recommend this coffee shop if you're in the area.

Mary M.

Yelp
Do you like coffee? And I mean real coffee. The stuff that can't be overpowered by sweeteners and creamers? That is smooth as heck and you feel like you can taste every bean? Did you answer yes to any of the above? Then you may want to try this place out. Went by for a few hours in the afternoon to get a coffee and do some studying. Not very many seats around tables, but it actually helps to decrease noise. Lots of seating outside as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my iced coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup and some half and half- couldn't get over how smooth the coffee itself was. Staff was friendly and the place was very clean. Will definitely be by again if near the park circle area.

Linda D.

Yelp
After recently moving to Park Circle it's become necessary to find all new favorites for absolutely everything and coffee is one of those things. I visited the Orange Spot today for the first time. The staff was friendly and the decor was very comfortable and clean. I tried one of the daily quiche offerings and it was tasty, light and fluffy along with an adorable ceramic cup of macchiato while my friend enjoyed a latte. The coffee was hot and delicious and the shop was very inviting. I can see this shop at the top of Park Circle becoming a regular "spot" for me.

William S.

Yelp
Friendly spot on the corner of E Montague and Virginia. Seating indoor and out with some funky cool wallpaper inside. The coffee is floral and earthy with medium strength. I had both the pour over and drip. Both balanced and zero to no acidity. Bowls outside for dogs.

Declan D.

Yelp
Been here about 7-8 times and have never been impressed. Just went with my fiancé and she got an iced americano with their vanilla and rose syrups - I got their iced Thai tea (knowing that I'm not a fan of their coffee.) Her iced americano was real bad... like wayyy too strong so I asked them for another of the Thai teas and he charged me for it knowing that we weren't going to drink the americano. I've worked in food and bev and usually if you want to get these customers to come back you give them the replacement drink free. maybe it's something that he just didn't think about but it really sucks spending like $5 for a drink that's so bad that you have to throw it away. absolutely loved the Thai tea though.

Danyelle G.

Yelp
Obsessed with the Iced Chai and Thai teas! The service is always good, the owners only downfall is being a braves fan but I digress! such a nice place with quick service, good drinks, and the pastries are amazing!! (I hope they bring back the raspberry Nutella croissants) the vibe is amazing theres times that it can be a little chaotic inside but overall the atmosphere is relaxing.

Mark L.

Yelp
I do miss the old house. I won't lie. This new building seem too rigid; too business like. The service is still given with a smile. The savory scones are delicious The location at the end of Park Circle is perfect Seating is a bit limited, but that is ok They offer great local coffee and solid pastries. One fault is the open room design. Being all in one room makes for challenging acoustics. It is loud all the time with just everyday conversation volume. Be prepared.
