Orée Kensington High Street

First time visit today, nice and friendly staff. I got the impression that this cafe has loyal customers. Prices are reasonable for the area. Coffee was nice, the outside seating appears to be in demand from repeat customers. Interior decor is quite relaxed aiming towards distressed look which is quite cool. Double power sockets under the seats. I need to do another visit as I wanted to give 5 stars, however, the pastries we ordered today didn't hit the mark for freshness. Definitely worth another visit.

Let’s give this place a 5 star! Fantastic croissants. Huge bonus for our vegan friends with the vegan croissants! If you’re staying in the High street Kensington area this is where you’ll want to stop to grab your viennoiserie:)

I had a cup of tea and milk chocolate cookie which was lovely. Hubby has three chocolate lover cake, really lovely. Bit pricey but we weren't disappointed with the quality so you get what you pay for. I would recommend it here for a treat.

Honestly dont know why this place only has 3.9 stars?? We had one of the baguettes and the croque toastie and omg it was so good. The almond croissant filling is legit too. 5 stars from the rest of the family too!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Absolutely delicious! 😋Chocolate mouse cake😋 Inside the cake, the mousse was smooth; the bottom had crunchy sablé and many layers, making the cake have many different textures. Excellent! 👍🏻I didn't know what was inside the cakes; the staff had patiently introduced me. 😑The Matcha Latte didn't have enough matcha taste.

Love the desserts especially Raspberry Croissant but personally it has limited choice of beverages. Other than that do come here for the delicious treats & it's very near to Holland Park, so you either have at the cafe or the park. Recommended.

Everything was amazing!! Best flat white I have ever had! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! This is a must.

The interior is a bit tired. They seem to be understaffed, many tables were not cleared. I had a lemonade and was only offered a paper cup. That falls short of what one would expect from this location. Also non-dairy is +50p, which feels slightly excessive. Some people don’t require a non-dairy milk because they want something fancy, but because they’re lactose intolerant.

Was too eager to eat and forgot to take pictures!! Stopped by in the morning for breakfast pastries. Pain au chocolat was flaky and buttery and nice touch of chocolate. Nutella croissant was fabulous, really generous amount of Nutella. Also had a flan custard, reminiscing of egg tarts. Also had a latte and cappuccino, total for all was about £15. Cute place for pastries and can get them as takeaway!

Five stars for the easiest ever wi-fi (select then auto connects - no login, no email address, no delay). The working power outlets are nice for charging electronics. Oh, and yummy coffee & baked goods!

Great deserts and pastries. I love french baked goods and this hit the spot. They have all the typical variety of items and a few specialty. Staff is polite but not overly friendly. There are a few small tables in the back but it's better for take away. Very convenient to the Kensington High Street Tube Station.

So happy to see the doors open of this lovely bakery in Kensington High Street on yesterday's escape from isolation. I was hoping for some decent bread to make the lockdown more bearable and wasn't disappointed. Happy to also spot a selection of cakes and sandwiches - a bit of normality in crazy times.

Cute little place. It serves tasty breakfasts (full English and a few more). Very tasty sandwiches and a good coffee. Also has a place to charge your phone or laptop under each table. Staff was very sweet and highly efficient and quick with the orders. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely and beautiful little bakery, it does a delicious French breakfast with fruit and syrup and the hot chocolate is delightful. It's close to the tube and in the in the centre of the shops. The tarts look beautiful and the aesthetics of the place is charming. I recommend to anyone in the area and we will definitely be returning soon.

This little bakery is so French and adorable. A little slice of Paris in London. I have walked by this little cafe many times but the lines are usually long. They offer a eat-in menu for breakfast and lunch from 7-3 with a dining area in the back. A Full English Breakfast and French Breakfast is offered along with eggs and breakfast bowls. Lunch choices include soup, sandwiches (I tried the Coronation Chicken), toasts, and salads. The salads (I liked the Quinoa Halloumi Salad) are packaged and easy to take-away. They offer several coffee, chai, turmeric, hot chocolate, and hot milk beverage options. They have a loyalty card which you can have stamped...after nine coffees you get the tenth coffee for free. They have ovens at this location and fresh baguettes where being baked while I was dining. Not quite the same experience as a boulangerie or pâtisserie in Paris, but it is a good place for a quick bite to eat or for a take-away. There are three locations in London. www.oree.co.uk

The sweetest little cafe ever! We enjoyed an English breakfast a few times during our stay in London. The chai lattes are perfect and don't forget to enjoy a croissant. Before going home we stopped by and purchased a couple of bags of freshly baked madeleines. We loved Oree

Great food, awful service. The employees working behind the till were rude and pushy. They overcharged for dining in when we asked for take away. When we questioned them we were brushed off and ignored. One server fully ran into a member of our party without saying a word. Don't think I caught one smile from any of the staff- do they know they're working in a customer service job? Will not be returning.
