I have visited Orée in the past and always had a good experience. However, I decided to leave a review this time, as the items I ordered and above all, the customer service was excellent. I had ordered various treats for Easter for my household and had sent an email a few days before about whether I could change my order. Adam from the team called me and was very accommodating and helpful with amending the order. I was very impressed as always with his professionalism. I also contacted the location on the day of my collection to ask whether I could collect it early and again, they were very accommodating. I was also pleased that when I made the collection that the items had been arranged in the bag with care, so they would not be damaged or squashed. I ordered various items but the standouts for me were the Simnel Cake and the Chocolate Lovers Mousse Cake. The Simnel Cake is a traditional Easter cake in the UK and it tasted just as it should, with a most fruit base and a marzipan topping which had the right amount of sweetness. However, the highlight for me is the Chocolate Lovers Mousse Cake. It is truly one of the best cakes I have had in London and definitely a chocolate lover’s dream. It tastes indulgent but not so rich that it feels heavy. I have never eaten in at this particular branch of Orée, but the interior is always very clean and tidy and there is a good amount of seating for customers. They have their cakes and pastries on display and a variety of hot and cold drinks available. I would have no issues with eating in if I did not live so close to the location. In summary, I am glad that I chose Orée to purchase my Easter treats and will continue to be a customer.

Loved this pet-friendly café! Sana was amazing — so friendly and helpful. The fridge was down, but she still recommended the perfect chocolate desserts for us. She even made my dog Oreo feel welcome. Great vibes and top-notch service. Just wish it was a bit cooler inside!

The dessert quality has gone down. They used to make a decent Paris Brest but now it has almost zero hazelnut taste. The cream just tastes of butter mostly. The staff also doesn’t know how to make a proper espresso. They need to learn how much pressure to use on the tamper, too little or too much results in poor extraction. Lots of staff changes, but with any chain, you need to ensure new people maintain your standards.

Really lovely café. Lovely decor, especially at Christmas, nice atmosphere and in a good location. They have the loveliest baguettes, especially the Hummus & Avocado, as well as delicious coffees. They have lots of nice bread and the cakes look amazing, however they do not cater for vegans as they all contain egg. I’d give 5 stars if they had some egg free cakes. Otherwise, a lovely place to visit.

Oree is one of my favorite café chains in London. Their baked goods are always fresh, and the coffee is consistently delicious at every location. I especially recommend pairing the Pistachio Madeleine with an Americano—it’s a perfect match!

Personally I find the café relaxing, calm with lots of food to choose from. Apart from that, yes it can be busy at times but the staff are doing their best in accommodating each and everyone and they’re all nice to be fair. The manager, Ciara, is an amazing woman. She runs the place with outstanding effort and she’s really hands on to everything. This place is like an extension of home to me.

Came here one Saturday afternoon and wanted to spend some time chilling and found this cafe selling different desserts and pastries. They are very lovely and delicious. Staffs were amazing! Can’t fault much to this cafe. I only recalled the toilet was not clean well. Other than that fabulous place to come for afternoon relaxing moment.

Maybe because I come from Tokyo, Japan, where the most annoying coffee shops and restaurants exist in the world, which have time limitation for seating inside, no wifi or outlet even no toilet somewhere… I feel I’m in heaven in this shop now! They do not only serve nice drinks and pastries like any other coffee shops do, but also they provide wifi and outlets, with NO time limitation. I’m not saying that I’m a fan of seating in a coffee shop for an entire day, I’m saying that as a business owner, he must understand that service is his life, not training or controlling the clients like what the Japanese do. Developing the business itself is the most important, other than reducing the clients’ normal requirements.
