What I enjoyed the most was the elegance and the exceptional level of attention throughout the experience. The way my request for a non-alcoholic beverage was handled — with such refinement and discretion — truly stood out. It allowed me to fully enjoy the moment while feeling that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. This level of sophistication and care made the afternoon feel truly special and, for me, quite extraordinary. It is an experience that goes well beyond everyday moments and one that I will remember with great pleasure.

Amazing afternoon tea. Great variety of food, very intricate and difficult to prepare. Beautiful presentation and absolutely delicious. The tea options are also numerous, and can change with each glass. Reservation recommend.

BEAUTIFUL! Everything about this place is beautiful! The Afternoon Tea set was the best I've had so far anywhere and the views from our table was unparalleled! The staff were very friendly, attentive and very helpful to all our requests. Even offered to take out photos without us asking for it! I was remiss to have not asked the name of the server who attended to us, but she was very good! Everyone here also spoke excellent English, among the best of all the hotels I've visited in Tokyo!

We had a classic burger with fries, a vegan mushroom burger with a leaf salad, and some drinks. Although expensive (as expected from this type of place), the food was actually delicious, and the portions were satisfying! The view was beautiful, but the interior felt a bit outdated. The service was good, though definitely simpler compared to K’shiki restaurant, which is in the same location.

The service was impeccable and very considerate. They kindly took note that its our wedding anniversary as well. View was superb, and the food was excellent.

Google
The best afternoon tea in Tokyo. It’s a proper five star experience. Exquisite teas, cakes, jams and savouries as well as service. The menu never disappoints. They also serve real clotted cream, which is exceptionally rare in Japan.

I will never forget the experience of sipping a glass of champagne with a panoramic view of Tokyo and Mount Fuji. The service was so warm and friendly and the staff were very careful and attentive with respect to our dietary restrictions. Fabulous.

Google
The best afternoon tea in Tokyo. The food is both beautiful to look at and delicious, and they offer an impressive selection of teas. It is also possible to arrange a special menu for vegetarians/those with allergies if you call in advance.

Yelp
The lounge (38F) and bar (37F) at the Mandarin Oriental have one of the best views of Tokyo. The hotel ambiance is so luxurious that I feel too uncool to be here. Regardless, I overcame that feeling and came here for a drink. My guava mocktail did not have much flavor (1 star off), but would that preclude me from coming here again? Probably not.

Yelp
Such a cute spot. Beautiful views for afternoon tea or dinner. They had availability even though we just walked in. The little finger foods were very good and they had an extensive selection of all you can drink teas. My favorites were the seasonal royal milk tea and the regular milk tea.

Yelp
The afternoon tea offers luxurious sweet and savory bites that are incredibly exquisite. Accompanied with a delicate variety of teas and an exceptional view from the 34th floor. You will not find better service anywhere else.

Yelp
Located on the 38th floor of Mandarin oriental hotel this place is lovely. The hotel itself is just gorgeous with a free flowing waterfall even in the parking lot! You know a place is snazzy when even the elevator includes a seat inside. -I made a reservation on open table and it was one of the best brunches I've ever had! It was also affordable and not over the top expensive. The 5000yen or 50.00 usd course brunch includes a variety of items. The special tea they make in house was fruitful and delicious. The view is absolutely stunning and I highly recommend trying to get a window seat if you can. -Service is wonderful throughout and the servers always prebus as well as refill our teas constantly. (You're able to change teas as well so try them all out.) -The food was all extremely tasty! The bite sized desserts however was incredible! Some of the best I've ever had honestly. You can taste the fresh fruits and ingredients throughout every bite. My girlfriend even begged that we return next year for her birthday. This is the spot she wants to have birthday brunch so if that's saying anything. Highly recommended

Yelp
We spent a wonderful tea-time here to celebrate a Baby Shower! With only five ladies, it was a sweet and intimate experience. The staff is very sensitive to your dining needs. - Our tea-time window was from 3 pm - 5 pm. But we weren't rushed out. We ended up leaving around 5:30. Reservations are recommended! I believe we made a reservation 2 weeks in advance by phone. - I'd say that if you got a table near the window, the view is fantastic. We didn't have a window view but the experience is still memorable. - As of date, Tea-time cost 4,500 yen per person. Well worth it! - There were three tiers: Savories start at the bottom and sweets towards the top! The bites look so beautiful, and so small but you are so full after it all! - I had enjoyed the warm scones the most! AND you can ask for more scones if you wish! No extra charge! Additionally, you can also order different teas as you go... - If your kid can't keep still (like mine), I'd recommend you would keep your child at home so you can really enjoy yourself. Mandarin Oriental Lounge doesn't disappoint!

Yelp
We went to the stunning lounge at night and were treated very well here. After asking us whether we were staying at the hotel (which we were not), the staff made sure to give us a fantastic window table with a view. The food and drink menu were great. There's even a vegan burger on the menu. The pricing was reasonable considering you're at an upscale hotel and paying for the outstanding view. The next night we went to the famous New York bar at the Park Hyatt, and between the two, the Mandarin Oriental bar was the one we liked better.
