This place is the 1st and only Asian market I shop at! I bought my 1st dragon fruit, Jack fruit, and authentic Asian noodles from here. My husband usually gets cases of flavored Aloe Vera juices here, and my daughter get their seaweed from here. We love to see and try different things from different cultures! It takes a good 45 minutes for me to get to this market, and it's like going on a little adventure for the family. Parking can be very difficult as there is a very small parking lot in front of the store. Depending on the day and the time, it can get very tricky trying to find a parking spot. The lot itself is not very spacious at all, and it tends to stay packed. There does not seem to be a lot of organization in this store, but it works for them, so I can't judge. The entryway into the store and through the store is very narrow. You will tend to bump shoulders or have to move in one of their various aisles to let other people pass by to get where you need to go. The store is clean enough for a market. I tend to look past the cleanliness because I know the many things they have to offer. I feel that for it's size they do a pretty good job of keeping the place as clean as they do. Especially being that the store is stocked with all kinds of items. There's like two big areas of the store. There's the front part, that has basically mostly dried foods, canned goods, household items, sweet and salty foods, noodles, sodas and juices, different types of eggs some exotic fruits, a butcher area for meats towards the back and the register and cashiers. Then you walk to the right and to the middle/back of the store. There, you will find so many more aisles and freezer compartments of cold items such as vegetables, more meats, freezed goods( variety of dumplings, egg rolls, etc..), teas, seasonings, more condiments, and so much more. It's literally a maze... a narrow maze in and out through the store!!! You will be amazed at what you can find. I have not met a rude person in there, and I've shopped here numerous times throughout a period of over 10+ years. There is a diverse number of people that frequent this market. They cater to a diverse and blended type of neighborhood and community. I believe that you can find at least one person here who works here and can either speak some English or understand what you're saying enough to communicate somewhat. I would say it's not in the best of neighborhoods, so go more towards the day versus at night. Once you come once you will surely come back.
