We just landed in Ibiza, were hungry and needed some food. We decided to eat at Origens and we were not disappointed. Alex (our server) and the staff went above and beyond, starting with recommendations for both food and wine.. and also taught us a bit more Spanish! I fancied steak, so we got the tenderloin to share. He recommended the sea bass as a main - it came out, table service and he cut the portions for both my wife and I to share (removing the bones). Paired well with the Albariño.
Thank you Alex and team - we will be back again before we leave in 2 weeks!
Also, the view is spectacular- well worth the trip if you’re staying a little further out.
