Stayed here to hang out with friends and family for a few days. Friendly staff at the front desk, always smiling and being welcoming. Parking at least was free even if you had to park in the back.
I had a perfect old fashioned at the bar, but never sampled the food at the restaurant. I found the menu a little limited, and they closed the kitchen early. I was getting in late every night it seems. Location of the hotel is prime for getting around or shopping locally.
Bed is comfortable, but I had a problem regulating my body temp on it. I was not a fan of the heat pump in use because in the winter time like now, it still feels cool. So, try not to sleep close to it. I guess in summer time, you might want to sleep next to it. Shower head is pretty good, but with only 8 streams of water. Wish it was more like 18, but the ones it has had good pressure.
I found the size choices on the towels a little strange. Face cloth is oversized, towel for shower undersized. Unless you're Kate Upton, you're not gonna cover up with their towels. If it was more than me, it would've not been enough towels either.
The one annoyance I had with the room is the design of not having a clothes wardrobe to hang items up in. They go with the hanging on the rail approach, which is a little too trendy for my tastes. But there is ample storage in the dresser drawers, even if the bottom drawer was missing a pull handle. Plenty of power options throughout.
TV is a standard 55", so I wish hotels would realize that 65 is the new 55.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
