Took my 9 year old son here for breakfast. He enjoyed the chocolate chip pancakes and hot cocoa. No wait time when you come here early, and the food was great. Definitely 9-year old approved! I enjoyed it too.

Google
Food was great! The apple pancake didn't seem to take as long to prepare as they warned me it would, and it was extremely delicious and filling! My daughter did the activities on her kid menu while she waited, then enjoyed her kid waffle and a few bites of my apple pancake. It was pretty busy since it was a Sunday, but the wait for a table wasn't too long. Our server, Sydney, was very friendly, as were other members of the wait staff. Have visited here quite a few times and have yet to be disappointed.

Google
The wait time borderline (25min) lots of open tables, even though we asked for coffee it took awhile for it show up, they asked if we wanted cream ~ not specifying that they only have plain cream. Server walked off after calling for them multiple times, finally had to get up and go find somebody else to get help. In the end the coffee was burnt. I mean that's an achievement of some sort or they were serving yesterday's coffee reheated. BTW that coffee was about $4 on its own, for black drip burnt coffee. I had ordered the fresh vegetable omelette. My mistake was not asking exactly what vegetables were included. To my horror they included broccoli. Don't seem to remember there being any onions included though. The presentation of said omelette was lazy. It took me a minute to figure it out but they flopped it from the pan on onto the plate. They overcooked the bottom and it showed. The top side (now facedown on the plate) looked right. I also ordered a side chicken fried steak. It was actually a decent size. As a first for me, I have never had a medium cooked chicken fried steak. Again, my fault for not specifying. As for the taste, it was just above bland. Thankfully the can commercial gravy they used offered some sort of flavor. About 3/4 of the way through our meal we got our first refill of burnt coffee and water, after I asked for it. Atmosphere was alright, place is a newer building, looks nice but it's chilly inside. For a good laugh, they are offering to sell you their coffee mugs 1 for $20, 2 for $30. This was my first and thankfully last time going there. As Spider-Man would say in Family Guy "Everybody gets one".

Google
Beautiful old school diner serving the best pancakes 🥞 in existence. Swedish pancakes and Dutch Baby are must haves as well. Bacon waffles and pumpkin pancakes are also highly recommended. A++ service; love this place!

I have been in this area about 3 Mos and have passed this place several times on the way to/from the gym. Decided to stop today and wish we had come here sooner. Everything was so good. We got here about 9 am on a weekday, not busy, excellent service, food was excellent. I ordered the biscuits & gravy, which comes with eggs, breakfast potatoes & buttermilk pancakes. The best buttermilk pancakes I've had. The biscuits & gravy are very good, not overly sausagey, not flourly, very creamy and flavorful, the biscuits were soft and warm. The whole dish was excellent! My husband had the bacon buster, and he said everything was great. Bacon cooked just right! Excellent, excellent! Wish we had come here sooner!

On weekends this restaurant is packed with people. You have to wait min 1 hour to get the table ready. If you like pancakes and want to have a good time, it's worth waiting an hour in line.

Google
We were there today for breakfast, food never disappoints and service was excellent. Our server was Marisela C, she’s amazing, kind, polite and provided a great experience. Our coffee cups were always full (as we like) You can tell when somebody is experienced, knows what they are doing and is good at it, and Marisela was all that. We will definitely be back.

Google
For a Friday morning there was a small wait. No more than 10 minutes. Waiter was nice. Service was great. Very quiet and clean environment I got the french toast plate which was a cheap dish but taste was rich , I very much enjoyed it My husband got the biscuits and sausage gravy, and I had a nibble or too and it was DELICIOUS Overall for both dishes and a cup of coffee was $33. Not too back Definitely a spot I will go back to again. Always a pleasure

Yelp
Service Awesome! Christine was happy and had great customer service. The service gave it a 4 star Food- they are still working to perfect the original pancake house standard (taste and consistency of serving the same quality of food). 2 star

Yelp
The pancakes here are fantastic, and the eggs Benedict is great, however the table service is basically always slow, the friendliness is hit or miss, and even when wait staff put in details of a customization for a dish, you're not guaranteed that your final plate will reflect it. The ambiance is casual and they have hand-thrown ceramic coffee mugs for sale placed all over as decor, I also recommend reservations as they fill up fast and take several minutes to turn over tables.

Diana L.

Yelp
My husband and I enjoy the pancakes here. He loves the bacon and he and I also enjoy the hash browns. We visited last week, as we frequently do. Our server, Sydney was such a delight. She greeted us with a sincere beautiful smile. She was very attentive to our needs. We had a very relaxed yummy breakfast. She is so beautiful inside and out. The next time we visit we will definitely be asking for her table. Diana

Yelp
Well this couldn't have gone worse I'm usually ok with waits, for whatever reason our area doesn't have a ton of breakfast places but my goodness this was atrocious We waited for a table, waited to order, waited to get our to go order that they lost, refilled up only one of cups of coffee, didn't get our to go order in until we've been waiting forever for our waitress to come back Essentially is was a pathetic experience, yes staff shortages is a thing and I'm absolutely empathetic with servers, restaurant owner etc but when there is 0 care and mistake after mistake after mistake. Yeah no I have no more sympathies to give here. A few months back I came and I loved everything about this place, servers were great and attentive and their turn around was quick and food was on point. Wow what a difference a month or two makes. Let's talk food Chocolate chip pancakes: 10/10 OMG it hits so good every time. Anytime I'm in the mood for really good pancakes this is what comes to mind. Fluffy tasty and the perfect amount of mini chocolate chips Swedish pancakes: 10/10 generous portion of this golden flaky thin pancakes with a helping of lingonberry jam very well balanced Chicken sausage: 10/10 probably the best place for a decent chicken sausage *Just be aware that they use heavy cream as their creamer for coffee Disappointed and not coming back to this branch

Yelp
The Kirkland location of this restaurant used to be super popular, and I was never sure why. It was always so busy, that I never bothered waiting to try it. I was in the area near this location, so I decided to give this one a try. It's okay. Kind of IHOP crossed with Denny's. The problem with this location is it is next door to a senior citizen living community. There were also two senior citizens' buses that arrived with more people while I was there. Nothing wrong with senior citizens, unless you want to overhear conversations about how much they like Dave Ramsey but don't keep their money in envelopes, how bad Jay Inslee and Joe Biden are, how Trump is sure to win in 2024, and all the latest gossip and goings-on with everyone's illnesses, etc. Food is typical mediocre IHOP or Denny's. It's also pretty pricey for what it is. I ask for just a few bananas, like half a banana, for my pancakes. That was an extra almost 5 dollars. I won't be returning to this or any other location of this chain.

Stephen S.

Yelp
Friendly, but inattentive service. No coffee refills offered so I had to help myself. Smallish portions that were delivered luke warm at best.$39 for two basic breakfasts without coffee. Will not be back

Yelp
I frequently order from this restaurant through DoorDash. Lately, they have been sending out the item I order every time called a Dutch Baby Pancake with a little burning at the top of it. I haven't been crazy about it, but I love the item so much, I've eaten it. Yesterday, they delivered the following item. It was so burnt that I couldn't eat it. I don't know how it was let out of the kitchen to be delivered. I used to work as a waitress and I would have never taken that out to a customer. I posted the picture of what you should expect to see when you order a Dutch Baby and what I got. I did get the item reimbursed but not the taxes, delivery service fees, and other costs. Shame on you Original Pancake House. And same to you DoorDash. I will be moving to another delivery service for awhile.

Yelp
With omelets as a big as your head! A friend of mine took me here when we were feeling like brunch on a Sunday afternoon. Service is albeit slow, but the food is so worth what you pay for. I went for the omelette and hash browns. This was enough to last me through three meals during the week. The atmosphere is fairly cozy. Parking and getting in and out wasn't too bad. Food was overall delicious!

Yelp
I had a reservation it was an hour before they closed my wife was pregnand they refused to serve her and they said the cook do not does not want to cook for you They said it was too busy they were 5 people in the restaurant my wife wanted breakfast really bad and she was looking forward to eating here I guess they just don't want to serve a biracial couple The lady at the counter said I guess you'll just have to eat somewhere else then If anybody had to deal with a pregnant hungry woman it is very hard When they can't get what they need to eat I would love to post pictures of this place but I never got a chance to eat there because they sent me and my wife away

Yelp
Love getting charged 4 dollars for a child size glass of chocolate milk and getting told be refills after waiting at our table 30 minutes just to get our order taken

Yelp
Very rude and incompetent hostess named MJ. I called on 3/10/24 at around 10:30 am to ask if I called the right branch, Bothell or Redmond. Her response, "this is a restaurant!". I told her of course I know it's a restaurant! I asked if she knew the wait time and she said, yes. I said well can you please tell me?! A very simple phone call that she couldn't handle. I suggest she work where there is little to zero interaction if she doesn't know how to talk to people. Because of my interaction with her we opted to have breakfast elsewhere.

Yelp
Go somewhere else unless you want to eat food from plates which reek like wet dog. I was enjoying my crepes until I caught a whiff of wet dog emitting from my plates. Made me physically ill. Good service, poor execution.

Yelp
5/5 The food was delicious, hot and made to order. My significant other and I had very good customer service5/5 . The restaurant was clean. 5/5 The ambiance was great. Reasonable prices. My significant other ordered bacon white cheddar omelette and banana pancakes ( awesome tasting pineapple tropical syrup ), along with milk and coffee. 5/5 I ordered the vegetarian omelette with buttermilk pancakes. 5/5 Very delicious. 5/5 They continued to come around and top off our coffee. Nice and friendly staff. I recommend this location for good food and service. The greeter/cashier was helpful and upbeat. Crowded, no wait time. Good parking, easy in and out the lot. It's always a good day for pancakes.

Yelp
This was a favorite stop, then it changed hands and the food was ok but the portions shrank to 2/3 of what they were. Still like the food, big variety, good coffee. Good spot for kids & families. Service is very good, quick and responsive. Ambiance is breakfast restaurant style...

Yelp
OPH had great service, too a little while to get our food. The food is great the eggs and perfectly softened and the bacon is delicious. OPH also has a nice feel there's some posters on the wall that have pictures of old BothellI suggest checking this place out.i wish I would rate it six stars.

Yelp
I actually used to love this place! It was a great spot to grab breakfast (or brunch) a few years ago. But I believe in recent years they went under new management and it has drastically changed. The food is terrible, just bland and over priced. Their glassware and utensils have a very off putting smell. And the service is down right terrible. There can be about 25 people working and only a single person actually trying to help customers. Truly astonishing. I really do hope they close this place down and put in something better or at least switch management. You're better off going to one of the creek cafe chains around the area, might be a slight longer wait but it is WELL worth the wait.

Yelp
We are actually here right now as I leave this review and the service was so bad , I had to write this . We came here on Saturday and there was a 30 min wait , so we left but said to ourselves it must be really good food for it to be so busy . We came back today ( Thursday ) and we were seated almost immediately . So the prices here are outrageous . $19 for 6 buttermilk pancakes ,that were just alittle bigger than " silver dollar " pancakes and they weren't fluffy , but hard and Luke warm when I received mine. $3 for (1) one egg ( talking about price gouging ) gezz! My girlfriends meal was substandard and missing items that she ordered and the person who delivered repeatedly kept forgetting to bring , water etc (3 times and it wasn't even busy ) The actually waitress was great in redirecting the other people to fixing the mistakes and realized that the service was so bad , she deducted some of the cost from the bill . Overall everything extremely overpriced and food was substandard and obviously the Kitchen wasn't Keen either , so I wasn't impressed with this place enough to return . IHOP is much better ... lol

Yelp
UPDATE: JANUARY 29, 2023: A PRE-CHOW SHOUT OUT FOR APPLE PAY AND YOXSERI This is the second time that my conspiracy and I have eaten at the Original House Of Pancakes in Bothell Washington. Our waitress is "Yoxseri." She was already fast with bringing us our drinks after taking our orders. The occasion is celebrating the birthday of one of our usual family get together suspects (not mine). This preliminary review is the shout out for the fact that they take Apple Pay. I love Apple Pay. It is one of the few high-tech concepts that actually consistently works well! That means I don't have to dig my wallet out of my pocket, and then try to get my RFID ensleaved ("enslaved" will also work) credit cards out of their little plastic sleeves, and then again, have to take them out of there RFID sleaves. The older you get, the more that means to us. It also means we do not have to risk getting our credit card skimmed while it is outside of it's sleave. Once we get through chowing down, the "post-liminary" review will follow. AND NOW FOR POST-CHOW FOLLOW-UP And now, that the six of us have completed our morning repast, it is time to notate that nobody had any complaints about anything. I for one loved my chocolate pancakes. My only hairline gripe is that they should have asked me first if I wanted whipped cream, but no matter, I just simply shoved it off. But what really impressed me was the receipt had a QR code on it so that I could pay for my ticket without having to hand my credit card over to the waitress or go up to the register. This saves time for everybody, and it eliminates the risk of a corrupt cashier skimming our credit card numbers while doing the transaction. The proper name for this btw is "mobile pay," which includes Apple Pay and Google pay (for Android). I cannot speak for Google pay efficiency, as I have no experience with Android devices. Welcome to the 21st-century. Things are already different! THE REST OF THE STORY I did take a trip to the little boys restroom. It was clean, had two sinks, and two urinals, but only one number 2 stall. On a crowded Sunday morning, that could cramp our style (knowwhatImeanVern?) But at least that one stall did have PLENTY of TP, as well as a plunger and scrubbing brush (BTW, the plunger came in handy).

Yelp
Even though the place was crowded, we got seated in 20 mins and the service was fast. The meal platters were okay, nothing memorable. We ordered bacon and white cheddar scrambled and the strawberry waffles. Good comfort food! Everything tasted good.
google avatar

John O.

Yelp
One of my favorite breakfast joints, I like their quality. They make their own sausages, the bacon is Hempler Thick Cut, heavy cream for coffee, real maple syrup, and they squeeze the orange juice. They even use the orange pulp to make a killer Tropical Syrup for their great pancakes. Be sure to join the loyalty program for big perks.

Yelp
We went for a family breakfast and was disappointed in the service and food. To start off our server was rude when we asked how he was doing he stated he wasn't doing well in a smart allec manner. The response threw me a bit and I said I wasn't sure what to do with that response but maybe he needed some cheering up. He said I could do anything I wanted..a bit taken back with his response and attitude. We noticed another server seemed mad as well so we were concerned that maybe the staff wasn't being treated well yesterday. We received the food and it was pretty mediocre and then my daughter food was delivered after the rest had eaten. She has a waffle which looked like it had just been thrown on a plate out of the freezer. Very disappointing and we won't be back.
google avatar

Cindy P.

Yelp
I have found the food at any of these locations to be large servings and very tasty. The service at this particular location was subpar. We received two of our 3 orders, the 3rd was a partial order missing the side of pancakes and potatoes. We brought it to the waitresses attention and she said they would be coming out soon. We didn't receive them until we were almost done eating, brought them home for leftovers.

Yelp
There's a reason for the lines out the door on weekends. The breakfast food is great. They have a large menu with many pancake, waffle and crepe options, as well as the usual omelette offerings. Our pumpkin pancakes were delicious and the pecan waffle was a knockout! There are different syrups to try as well (strawberry, tropical, etc. ) Service was spotty during our visit. I'm sure TOPH is struggling with staffing like so many other restaurants these days. But don't let that stop you from checking this place out.

Yelp
Still giving this place 5-stars. Such a nice big selection-they make everything and they make it all well! Love all their pancakes, crepes, waffles and French toasts. Savory items are delicious as well! Service is super efficient, and unusually attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this spot for the best breakfast in the area!

Clay S.

Yelp
I eat here every other month or so. I've only had their omlettes. I'm not usually fond of the "puffy" omelette variety, but I love the ones I've had here. Service is always friendly and reasonably attentive. My family has enjoyed their other fare also!
google avatar

Chrissy C.

Yelp
Love my pancake house back in San Diego so was excited to grab a bite. Bacon slices were HUGE and amazing, eggs were great, potatoes weren't ok. They were cooked to the perfect amount of being done, but did lack seasoning and flavor. So I ended up making a scramble out of my plate and it gave it much more flavor and loved every bite. I wiped the plate clean ha! Service was great too. My waitress was sweet and quick to deliver!

Elizabeth W.

Yelp
Service is extremely slow. Server issues are: restocking over taking orders, not getting checks ready to give customers early, taking new orders before dropping off bills. Food - don't order bacon unless you want it cold and very well done.

E. David A.

Yelp
This place in Bothell at the OPH has plenty of good options on the menus. It was at. Patrick's Day and me and my company had ended up going for corned beef mixed in the order. I had corned beef omelette while other had corned beef with egg over it. But it included pancakes as well. We went for pancakes first before the next to last thing was corned beef.. we could only take one bites out of it. Because the pancakes was soo damn good and gotten us filled up already!! Believe me-- give yourself a chance to try it out!! The services were excellent and it was a more welcoming place to go to. I'm gonna come back!!!
google avatar

Elaine K.

Yelp
This is for sure one of my favorite places to eat breakfast. I have been going to the OPH for over a decade and in many different locations and all the restaurants are pretty much consistent in their food, which I love!! My favorite breakfast item here is the white cheddar and bacon omelette. It is fluffy and big enough for one people to eat. I can never eat all of it since I don't eat a lot. Unfortunately after COVID, the portions got smaller and the omelette that was made with 5 eggs now it is only three eggs and we could choose the side if pancakes or hash browns and toast. Now we got to choose one of the three. I will definitely come back here and recommend this place to everyone!!

Elisabeth G.

Yelp
I went back a week after my previous review, and the experience was back on par. I learned that the week prior, there had been a concatenation of unfortunate events, ranging from not receiving the bacon delivery to having several cooks out sick, and running out of prepared sourdough pancake batter. The manager did a very good job of checking in and actually comped the pallid potatoes and sour country fried steak, and the food quality on my second visit was back to par. I am upgrading the stars to 4.

Yelp
Two putting to The Original Pancake House and we have not been disappointed. From the giant Apple German Pancake, to just a side of bacon, everything has been absolutely delicious, fairly portioned, and we've been helped right away. It was a cold morning this last time around, but the restaurant was plenty of shield from that, at least to us. A table nearby complained about the chill and the staff quickly turned up the thermostat. Glad to see they care about making everyone comfortable. So, with a genera understanding of the friendly service, let's get into the food. - The German Pancakes are huge. One serving easily could have satisfied two of us. - Apple Waffles, fantastic, get the apple syrup for an extra kick of apple. - Biscuits and Gravy, delicious. There are really two kinds of biscuits and gravy you get from restaurants. There's that weird hammy kind, and this lovely sausage gravy kind that I will definitely order again. - The strawberry crepes come with plenty of fresh strawberries (not that preserved goo you might get elsewhere!), and a pile of whipped cream on top. All around a perfect combination. - And as I said, even just their side of bacon is amazing. By far the best bacon I've ever had in a restaurant, thick generous pieces cooked to perfection. Amazing job, compliments to the chefs there.

Carey P.

Yelp
I've been going here for a few years now, and haven't been disappointed until this morning. It took forever to get a waitress and some coffee. When she did come, we did not get napkins or sauces. I ordered the corned beef hash, my companion ordered a dutch baby and a side of bacon. When we got the order, the corned beef hash was undercooked, as well as the potatoes o'brien. The english muffin was barely toasted and the eggs were actually overcooked. My companion's dutch baby was very very dark/almost burnt, as was his bacon which looked pretty unappetizing. All in all, a very disappointing visit for a usually stellar restaurant.

Dena S.

Yelp
We have gone to OPH for many years but moved further away. We still would stop by and get some of our favorites when in the area. The same wallpaper is peeling off the walls and the bathrooms are smelly but clean. The menu was recently changed. Of course the prices too. No more "Bacon Buster" and pancakes are no longer available with your meal but order separately. The staff are very friendly and pleasant and really work their butt off. The food comes out hot and generally very good.

Mohammad A.

Yelp
Arrived at restaurant and sat there for 20min using our phones and the waiters completely ignored our existence every time the came out of the back room.

Elizabeth H.

Yelp
The Food was wonderful. The table service was horrible. The wait time and hostess were very nice for a weekend morning. 15 minutes as expected, We arrived at around 9:30 in the morning on Saturday October 19th. I have visited this restaurant for twenty years. Living in the area since 2004. Seated in the big round table in the far left corner as you walk in with my two children and myself. There were plenty of servers available for a busy Saturday morning. The server came to take our drink orders promptly but failed to ask if we were ready to order, just started to ask us what we would like to order. She assumed our orders from a few words. I had to stop and correct her twice. That my son only wanted the kids hot cakes not the kids meal. I had to point to my daughter's item on the menu to get it straight. Server very rushed. She proceeded to rush me into my order of two pancakes eggs and sausage, I had questions about the crepes but at the mention of pancakes she just assumed my order. I wanted to ask for blueberry syrup, but she was already gone. Another server brought our drinks, chocolate milk instead of hot chocolate with no whip cream. That server corrected the drinks. Both hot chocolates were too hot to drink. Not cooling down, even with constant stirring until the end of the meal. The main server in red came to check on our table before we could even take a bite. Then we did not see her. I tried to catch her eye, or wave her down for several minutes to request water and more maple syrup. I caught the eye of another red shirted server and she appeared to go look for our server instead of coming to our table. Our original server came and asked, then brought the syrup and water. She then brought our check. We waited more than five minutes for her to pick up the check to cash us out. I stood the slip holder up so she could see it was ready. When I stood up to leave with my kids and cash out at the front desk then she finally came to get the credit card. She was standing at the server station tying her apron the entire time with her back to us. I left a 10% tip. What really added a point of irritation to all this was the door bell going off over the PA system the entire time, every minute or two hearing ding dong when someone was leaving or entering the restaurant. Kids were in and out of the doors trying to wait patiently for their table while getting their wiggles out. It was also just busy. But to hear a door bell through the entire restaurant was just jarring. It was a nice door bell tone, but still. After twenty years, we will not be frequenting this restaurant again. Money is tight as it is, we only get to visit three times a year these days. This was a special treat/reward for my kids after being so good all week.

Yelp
My Wife and I Waited 20 minutes to be seated after getting on the wait list . Got seated , waited another Ten minutes, no one came , no server. Waited another 10 minutes, saw the couple that sat after us get their food . So we left ! This was the second time at the location we didn't get service. Zero none . I would avoid this place until they fix their management problems.

Mariela M.

Yelp
The food is alright the service was not hot at all we paid and as we where leaving the server said you can't leave because you need to give more money for the tip so... now we are forced to give the tip they want not what we want. Will never eat here again!!!!
google avatar

Alisa J.

Yelp
We showed up and there were only 2 other patrons we could see in the entire restaurant. Despite that, it took more than 10 minutes for anyone to bring us water and take our order. Once we placed our order and the food was delivered except mine - they made the wrong order. It took them so long to make the correct breakfast that my entire table was done before my food ever arrived. Also, we had to ask for syrup for the pancakes twice since they came out without any - the first request ended up with getting ketchup. Overall, not at all the experience we've had with the OHP in Lehi and the only reason I would come back is because my daughter is GF and they have a good selection of GH pancakes
google avatar

Kristina B.

Yelp
And we are being a little bit generous with the two stars. Yes, our server was nice just slow. Food was subpar. I feel pretty confident at McDonald's can make a better eggs Benny. And I find it odd they don't give you butter for your toast or waffles... idk, for $70 for 2 people to eat. I would expect better. Maybe that's just me.

Yelp
As someone who is a server and has worked in the restaurant industry for years, I am a very forgiving and understanding customer. Me, my mom and my sister decided to come here for breakfast for the first time. Took 15+ minutes to get our water and orange juice that we asked for, took even longer to get our order taken. I had to ask for a coffee multiple times, one time from a manager even who still failed to bring it to me. Our server was NEVER apologetic at all for anything. The manager was apologetic about it at first but that quickly went out the window at the end of our meal when we sent back an omelette we ordered to go that looked like pita bread. What kind of omelette is brown and smells like burnt egg? Our server gave us an attitude saying that's how omelettes are cooked.. last time I checked omelettes should be edible and not look like leather. So glad we were done eating by then because the smell of it made me feel sick. On top of it, our server could not get away from our table any faster when she would check in, one of us would ask her for something and she'd say okay and practically run away before we could ask her for anything else... Again, as a server myself I understand the difficulties of this job, however, there's never an excuse to make customers the way we felt today, like an annoyance or burden... maybe find a new profession. I am not the type of person to write reviews like this but this was so ridiculous and I will never come back here again especially with so many other way better breakfast spots in this area. save your money and time

Yelp
Good breakfast. Staff was working hard and very endearing. Nice Christmas decorations.

Excellent service and friendly staff and great with take out pick ups too! It's our first time here and were greeted very warmly by the manager, Jason. We'll definitely come back again and can't wait to try more of their menu items! We got the French toast plate, side of biscuits and potatoes!

Yelp
Interesting parking lot layout. Arrived for breakfast and was surprised to see such a large menu. Loved all the varieties of pancake options. Saw a lighter fair menu and ordered the biscuits and gravy. Food was excellent! Service is slow but good and we were patient and luckily had time to wait. Food arrived quickly. We will be back.

Yelp
Dishes always smell weird. Sometimes the food is ok sometimes it's cold or over cooked. Service is hit or miss. Not worth the prices. Totally mid. However the smelly dishes are really something else

Yelp
I was severely disappointed with our dining experience. Having heard good things I came in excited to dine, the atmosphere was inviting, the food smelled good and the the menu did not disappoint. After ordering, we were informed that we needed to move because we had a baby with us and they didnt want us sitting, where THEY had put us at. After waiting 45 minutes the food came out looking good however the bacon was over cooked and over all was over priced for what it was. I wont be going back

Yelp
It pains me to write this, because we have LOVED coming here in the past. Amazing, kind, quick service and delicious breakfast. Not anymore. Like a lot of restaurants during the pandemic, they probably lost a lot of key staff, gained new management, and it's to their detriment. The entire vibe of this place has changed. No one wanted to make eye contact with guests who needed something. The food was ok but we waited the entire meal to get an orange juice we ordered. The lady who I presume to be the manager stomped around the restaurant and slammed dishes into a bus tub as she angrily cleared and cleaned tables. Look, I get it. We are all collectively exhausted and exasperated by Covid. I am just so sad to see the clearly miserable staff at this once-charming establishment and hoping they can get their act together. I don't think we'll be back any time soon.

Yelp
Food was all good except my country fried streak was thin, dry, and overcooked. A little disappointed since that was the main part of my dish. Server was sweet and efficient, but computers went down when it was time for the check so we has to wait awhile to pay. Not her fault and she comped our 2 coffees without us even saying anything. That was very nice.

Yelp
Only came here because my husband wanted pancakes and I didn't want to go to IHOP. Walked in, no one at front to greet us. A server came out and got us seated eventually. Sat down. Waited over 15 mins for someone to come over to offer (not bring) water. Several servers walked by a couple of times, but no one ever acknowledged us till then. I was just about to get up and leave. Meal came out fairly quickly though. I had the country benedict. It says their "country fried steak grilled to perfection"... I think it was grilled to perfection YESTERDAY. I didn't even bother to look till about halfway thru, I thought I was crunching on the potatoes (comments next), I couldn't eat the other half. It looked old and dried up. Supposed to come with sunny side up egg, I asked for over medium, which they seemed to do fine with. The "grilled potatoes" are just large diced potatoes, some were cooked to perfection, some were a little raw still, and some were over cooked and crunchy/almost burnt. We've been here before and I've always told my husband it was MEH, but this time, which I don't think I've ever said about a place before is, that I do not want to ever come back here again. I should have just given in and went to IHOP.
