My favorite clothes shop....i love OB style and quality. The people there are super friendly, helpful and very competent. Always enjoyed poping in and have a chat with the staff, when back to NH London.

Love the brand and their shorts… amazing quality. Shop is a nice looking shop in a great location … but sometimes you have to wait few minutes before you will notice anyone working there. My experience started really nice, I purchased 3 pairs of shorts. Unfortunately few months later my zip has broken so I came to this location to ask for help. I was more looking for a place where I should take it to fix, manager suggested they can take my shorts and fix them. He was not able to tell me when they will fix it so I told them it is not a problem, I had other shorts to take for vacation. He suggested to send my shorts to my vacation destination but I said I will pick it up after coming back to London. They said they will email me. It was early July 2022. Intentions were good. We spend few week away from U.K. and basically after 3 months of not getting any information from them I decided to call. They informed me that their tailor is on vacation and my shorts were not fixed yet, basically they didn’t know where those shorts were and how they look. I had to send them picture of those shorts to remind them about which one I was talking about. It was November 2022. In December I decided to visit shop and ask about my shorts. Same information, staff member told me he has no idea where the shorts are because he was not dealing with my “case” and I should come next day to speak with manager because he was not in that day… that was 28.12.2022…. I am kinda shocked how this handled…. Who knows when I will get my shorts back… It is 02.01.2023 I’m going for vacation again, no email, no call…. No shorts…. Love the brand but people who work there are extremely not reliable.

I'm a big fan of OB's shorts and own several pairs. The popper button came off a couple of pairs of the old designs I owned. Will and Paula at the store were brilliant - really kind, patient, helpful and generous. They did a fantastic job of looking after me and I'm very grateful to them. On another note, the newer fabrics OB use for their shorts are much softer and even nicer to wear than the old ones. They still offer structure and hang in a tailored way, and are just as quick drying and practical. I love them. I'm also impressed that OB are brave enough to make strongly styled 60's summer wear alongside more low key contemporary designs...Fantastic company.

The manager, Eugeniu, was exceptionally helpful and replaced some shorts which were a different size to that stated by the label. This was despite them having been bought some time ago. This avoided an argument and kept a regular customer happy. In my opinion a smart move……. Thank you.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Tilly and the young man whose name I didn’t manage to get! They were both extremely professional and polite, giving great advice on the items I was purchasing today. Highly recommend a visit to this store 5 ⭐️

Fabulous shop, always gets you in the holiday spirit! The store has really friendly and helpful staff working here. They have always been exceptional in store and if anything is out of stock they will search through other stores and get the item for you.
