An elephant was my favorite and it was even where I sold pure Elephant Gold Decks to my clients but unfortunately I got sick and I had to stop working for about a year and a half, two years but thank God I got better and now I am trying to supply again my gold in this jewelry store which started my business and now an American person answers my calls and hangs up on me. I had already spoken with a Hispanic woman named Ashley if I don't remember her name and they had charged her with the catalogs and she asked me my bank card I sent him my bank card that I had the digital one online since my bank has given me two cards, one for online payments and the other for physical payments but I did not have the physical payment one on hand because the I lost and a new one was in process. So I sent them my digital card and they have been treating me in a respectful manner. For me, it is a lack of respect after being a client and having recommended several people from here in Indianapolis, such as Mrs. Vicky. Ahide Lopez and many other people, the truth is that she disrespects me only because I don't speak English, that American woman hangs up on my calls, that's racism, how sad, but I will take care of looking for new companies that can supply Gold to me and my co-workers. here from Indiana I hope the owner of Oro Elefante reads this message because that woman who answers me in English is very rude and respectful just because we don't speak English she hangs up on us and says that they are not accepting new clients but I am not new I am always assortment here in Oro Elefante but I hope they realize the terrible customer service they are having now or the woman who does not speak Spanish hangs up on us for not speaking English that is racism
