An Orobianco Water Buffalo Milk Gelato Truck Is Heading to Dripping Springs - Eater Austin
"Blanco-based water buffalo milk creamery Orobianco is opening a gelato truck in Dripping Springs. The truck will serve gelato made with water buffalo milk in seasonal and staple flavors, including citrus crema, pistachio, and single-origin chocolate. The truck will also have espresso-based drinks (with water buffalo milk options) and pre-packaged cheese and cured meat." - Erin Russell
Lovie was amazing and so kind! Such wonderful service, the chocolate and citrus crema gelato were incredibly rich and delicious.

Simply put, their pistachio gelato is the best I’ve had in Austin. It might be the best I’ve ever had. It’s quite a drive to get there, but this little food truck is worth the trip!

Great place to enjoy high quality gelato. They've got 8 different flavors and you can pick 2 for any siz- I recommend coffee+PB stracciatella or Lemon+Lavender. The neighboring food trucks and coffee/cocktail bar create a relaxed friendly scene to bring friends and family.

Some of the most unique and creamy gelato I've had anywhere. Unlike anything I've had in years of traveling in the US and Europe trying the best gelato in various cities.

The gelato was top-notch, especially the pistachio. The gentleman working the counter was spectacular and is a great representative of the brand.
