Orsone

Really nice and silent place in the of vineyards! Room and bathroom very cozy and spacious with stunning view on vineyards. Our host, Michele, very kind, friendly and helpful. We had roast beaf ynd crazy bear burger (angus meat) for dinner and it was super delicious! Great menu with american touch with reasonable prices (burgers with fries from 10 to 19 eur). Perfect place for weekend gateway with nice restaurant!

They were open on Monday! The location is great, countryside, between different vineyards and at the back of a small sleepy town. By advice, I got Italian grown steak and local red wine, super combination. Part of the concept is modeled after an American burger place, but it is mixed with traditional Italian wining and dining. Place has great ambiance. Excellent service and good price/quality ratio. I would come back!

Beautiful food! Love the place and the people

We ate at the Orsone twice and both times it has been memorable! The menus are creative, imaginative and delicious! My husband ate ‘the best dessert he has ever had’ which was a pea-based dessert. Highly recommended if you fancy some real fine dining experience and trust the chefs to put together a bold menu combining unexpected ingredients and surprise you with the outcome. Service is outstanding and price is really good value for the quality of food. Wine selection is also varied and offers plenty of international options alongside local wines. We will be back!!

We held our youngest son's wedding reception at Orsone in Sept 23. We had guests from all over the world, and everyone agreed that the location, the food and the service were outstanding! The reception started at 13.00 with an outdoor aperitivo and continued until past midnight. The chef alternated the courses served at the table with small plates that were carried on trays to people who were outside dancing or chatting. The chef ( who could be watched while he cooked )also provided an excellent menu for our guests with food intolerances. The Orsone team was plentiful and best of all, attentive and discreet. We ordered a 1200g piece of Angus beef at 90 Euros a kilo and ended up with around 200 g of bone and the rest containing 40% of pure fat that we had to leave uneaten. When we asked for a price adjustment in the face of such a disappointing product, we were simply told by staff and management that they could not do anything about it as that was the nature of the meat. I have rarely come across such unfriendly and stubborn lack of hospitality. No recommendation from us.

Very welcoming place. Everything on the same floor, zero architectural barriers. Varied menu. I do not agree on the contaminations (cheese burger with Montasio cheese for example), but the quality of the meat and the preparation in Josper barbecue are excellent. Excellent beers, too and a good selection of wines. The American aperitif is at the top. Desserts also not bad. Initially they brought Heinz sauces in glass jars, now they have opted for a cheaper mix of the house that I disapprove and have slightly adjusted up prices. Open kitchen very clean and tidy. Young, friendly staff, maybe a bit factitious. They care about children even if it is not really a place for them at least that you do not stay out in the good season. I will definitely come back. Posto molto accogliente. Tutto al piano, zero barriere architettoniche. Menu vario. Non sono d'accordo sulle contaminazioni (cheese burger con formaggio Montasio ad esempio), ma la qualità della carne e la preparazione in barbecue Josper sono eccellenti. Birre ottime, buona scelta di vini. L'americano di aperitivo è al top. Dolci anche non male. Inizialmente portavano salse Heinz in vasetti di vetro, adesso hanno optato per un più economico mix della casa che disapprovo e hanno un po' ritoccato i prezzi verso l'alto. Cucina a vista pulitissima e ordinatissima. Personale giovane, amichevole forse un po' affettato. Occhio di riguardo ai bimbi anche se non è propriamente un posto per loro almeno che non si stia fuori con la bella stagione. Tornerò sicuramente.

Food and wine quite always very good, and the atmosphere too.. So sorry about Joe's decision of mixing up the the two parts of the restaurant: the more expensive and posh one focused on fancy plates, and the cheaper one serving more burgers and fries. But I think it's still very enjoyable.
