It is a perfect conclusion of my trip to Vietnam, the cuisine is creative yet still stays true to their roots, and the service is warm. Their staff introduce every plate thoroughly and patiently answer my question regarding what’s behind.
The menu this season is under the theme of “Vietnam”, so I go through a full food journey from north to south part of Vietnam. For the food I have eaten before, I can tell the link between and its taste. For the food I haven’t tried, I believe they also keep the authentic flavor of the original ones.
My favorite part is we could season most of the plates, from adding peanuts in to stir it a little bit for our own flavor, which makes me think of the way we eat in some local Vietnamese restaurant/street food vendors, as we also need to like puzzle different elements together or add those herbs and lime etc. From my point of view, it brings the dining experience more local and some fun into the full journey.
they are changing the menu soon, but I do believe, with their philosophy of keeping the nature of each dish, they could still do an amazing job in other themes!
