Chef John has taken care of me for a long time and it's no shock that Guy Fieri visited this restaurant. Try the Ultimate Osaka. Portions are amazing, and the fish quality is excellent (they even have live fish delivered). This is my go to spot.

This place is absolutely stunning. Firstly the staff immediately greeted us with a very professional and caring manner. It was our first time and they explained everything very well. They have multiple seating arrangements and was confusing to me at first, until the hostess explained it all. It was awesome. They have booth seating, a bar, a table that I can't explain but it authentic to the restaurant, and hibachi seating. We choose the hibachi as we were celebrating my wife's birthday. They explained the menu to us and the food was delicious. Everything tasted fresh, and prepared to our liking. Our chef was very friendly and amazing on the grill. Our son was a little scared of the fire at first so the chef made sure to always keep him informed of what was coming next and made the experience much better. Our server was amazing as well, he was very professional and fast. Our drinks never went empty and he was always there to help. They offered the kids ice cream, and they loved it. This is definitely a spot for celebrations and the staff makes it unforgettable.

Late night dining and open until 12 midnight on Saturday. I've been to the Sahara location and am glad my friends reminded me that this location was close to us. Service was good, and she was attentive. Now, the bus boy was meh. His customer service skills need brushing up. Food: Tiger Roll And I can't remember my others' rolls. See photos. They were all good. Chicken Skin Skewer My friends had the Kalbi, Tiger Roll, Japanesw Lasagna, and a few rolls. I will definitely return.

One of the worst hibachi experiences we’ve had. The restaurant thermostat was stuck on 55 degrees. The chef stated it’s a known issue in the back of the restaurant, so we didn’t appreciate being sat there. The chef didn’t do any of the typical hibachi entertainment and didn’t engage us once during dinner. Then they tried to sneak in 3 separate credit card charges for the entire table. Definitely ask for a different chef than the one below and check your bill.

Deliciously seasoned food and friendly staff. My only critique is the shrimp and noodles yakisoba dish had very small pieces of tiger shrimp cut up. Leave the 3 or 6 shrimp whole while cooking so the protein is not tough. Also please add more shrimp, charge more and give us the protein please. There was an entertainer playing the piano and singing tonight. It was wonderful!

I really wanted to like this place, but it was just really disappointing. Came in around 3:30pm on Saturday there was barely anyone here. Waited a bit and finally sat. Our server didn't come in until 5-10 minutes and since it was my first time here, they have such a big menu we couldn't decide. Our server never came back until 20 minutes after. And then after that, he never came back! (I think his name is Noah and just straight up left us hanging). None of the other servers came in to check in on our food or if we needed anything. We even overheard a family that was sitting next to us said "i think they forgot about us" and saw them looking for the server every 5 minutes. We had to wait for the food that felt like forever. We waited almost more than 30 minutes for someone to actually ask how we're doing and get a check. Food is WAY overpriced, service is poor even during a non busy hour. I wouldn't recommend coming :/

Authentic Japanese restaurant (Americanized, but close). Actual Japanese working there. Been here forever. Huge selection of tasteful and well prepared Japanese food. One of our favorites for Japanese. They serve lunch with smaller portions and less price till 4PM 7 days a week which is unusual for a Japanese restaurant.

My family and I were celebrating my little sisters 17th birthday. We had a reservation at 5pm, for a medium sized group. We walk in right at 5, we had 2 people who were pulling into the parking lot, I understand the whole group should be there upon seating, so we waited. While waiting for less than 2 minutes, the hostess comes up to us asking my name for the reservation and the number of people. I confirm the time and number of people when the man asked “where are the rest of them?”. I told him that the 2 others are parking their car right at the moment and should be inside within a minute, the time was 5:03. The male hostess then shows me his reservation sheet, and asks me what time the reservation says, I looked confused, but answered to him “…5pm?”. He then responds to me rudely “yes, and what time is it now?”, I answered back “5:05”. I asked if it was possible to seat us as our friends park their car just get drinks and appetizers offered, he then asks “how do you know what they want? You’re going to order their food??” I realized this guy wanted to argue with me and I was just very uncomfortable and so was my family and we were speechless. He and I have been going back and forth for a few minutes when I realized he was trying to belittle me in front of people, maybe a power trip idk. I then asked him “is this a big issue? Is our reservation canceled, do we need to leave?”. And he tells me next time I come to a reservation, I should be on time. My friends come in at this time and the hostess is still asking me belittling questions about being “late”, even though any restaurant I’ve been to has a 10-15 minute grace period, and we were technically “5 minutes late”. I’ve never been treated this way by any restaurant staff ever in my life…it was super weird. It set me into a panic attack as I don’t do well with confrontation. Won’t be returning.

Yelp
We had a good first time dining experience at this restaurant. We had a reservation for the "tatami" seating. In this area you take your shoes off and sit on cushions at a low table. There is an opening below the table to dangle your feet, so it's actually pretty comfortable. They have regular seating as well. Our server was initially fairly attentive but disappeared for a while and then reappeared toward the end of the meal. I had a lemon drop martini to start which was tasty. We tried some gyoza to start as well. These were tasty but seemed like frozen gyoza versus those made by hand in the restaurant. Overall not too bad. For an entree I had the pork teriyaki which comes with miso soup and assorted tempura (shrimp and vegetable). The pork was tasty and tender with a sauce that was flavorful without being too sweet or heavy. The soup was fairly good as well. The tempura was good but was a bit more oily than I like. They have an assortment of desserts as well. We tried the green tea fried ice cream. It had a lovely crispy coating, and the ice cream had a nice green free flavor. Overall this was a tasty dining experience!

Yelp
We were looking for a place to dine late at night in Henderson and this place came recommended on our online search. They have good selection of food items and they also have a late night menu for those who comes 10pm onwards. When we were seated, the staff was friendly and explained the food items available. She checked on us constantly and was attentive to our needs. We ordered several food items and I like their ramen. The noodles were good quality and the broth was amazing however, I just wish the meat and egg were better. We tried some sushi and tempuras and they were all to our liking. We will definitely come back again to try their teppan. We were informed it's only from 4pm to 9pm. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great late night dining experience.

Yelp
Quirky and a bit retro are the first things that come to mind. If you want a Japanese restaurant that suits every taste then Osaka is for you. The menu offers a wide variety of choices and everyone seems to love the sushi boats. We got to eat at the Tatami mats and they have a very strict "no shoe" policy for this area of the restaurant but rather than sitting at low tables we got to have an elevated booth but still had a nice tatami feel. Our server was energetic but a bit scattered. Started out very attentive but then we couldn't find him toward the end of the meal. But it was a fun experience and looking forward to trying some other options.

Jada M.

Yelp
Love Osaka's so much! Best hibachi in the city! Definitely would recommend for dinner dates or even family gatherings.

Yelp
Yet another amazing Japanese spot here in Henderson! I've heard about Osaka several times in the past but have never been inside until now. Some former colleagues of mine also went here a few months ago and raved about how amazing their sushi was, so I was excited about what to expect from here. One thing I found unusual about this place was that they had an automatic sliding door at the entrance that you see at grocery stores and stuff, then another door inside separated between a hallway. And apparently, this place was featured on an episode of Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives starring Guy Fieri, which is one of my favorite shows out there. It wasn't too busy for a Friday night, surprisingly. We walked in and we were greeted by the host with live music performing in the background. As we were seated next to the sushi bar area, we were given a huge menu with so many food and drink items to choose from. Last time I had sushi, I ended up ordering two different sushi dishes and had to take one home with me. Lesson learned, I chose one sushi dish this time. We started off with an appetizer of Gyoza (10 pieces) for us to share. I ordered the Spicy Tuna Roll and my boyfriend ordered the Salmon Sake Nigiri and the Treasure Island Roll. The Gyoza was amazing and it paired well with the soy sauce. My boyfriend's Salmon Sake Nigiri came with a little extra something on the side - a wasabi snowman. I thought that was adorable and creative. The Nigiri and both the sushi rolls were delicious, although mine was super spicy, but pairing it with the soy sauce made it less spicier. The service was fantastic and the ambiance was inviting. I'd like to come back again in the future!

Yelp
Our server super super nice , polite , and she always smile omg she is so sweet . She came check if we need something . The food is good and came quick .

Yelp
Service : 5/5 The head chef John is super nice. Very friendly. Everyone was very attentive. The seared o toro was really really soft. It melts in your mouth. 100% recommend. The quality of fish is really good. My partner loves the butter salmon I would order the tiger roll again. My partner also really loves the No name. Parking always no issue. I would prefer this location over some locations out in my area. So in my opinion this is definitely sushi stop to visit when I'm Las Vegas.

Tami N.

Yelp
Fabulous! Great, friendly service. Meal came quickly and hot! So much food. I have 1/2 roll of the Pocket Aces. So good! Then ordered the Beef teriyaki and tempura combo. Perfectly cooked. I will be back!

Yelp
This is the restaurant we visited years ago before the pandemic. Our friends introduced it because it was run by Japanese who are known to take care the quality of the raw fish professionally. But the visit I had with a party of 4 was nothing but disappointment. After we were told by the waiter the $120 plate of sashimi would have sea urgent in it, by the time it came there was no sea urgent so we added an extra orders of sushi of sea urgent. The sashimi in the plate were nothing but unappetizing, they were not fresh looking, some odd taste could be detected. My wife developed a diarrhea the next day. My friends also noted the unfreshness of the fish and decided not to eat it. The ambiance and the waiter service were decent that kept me to give a 2 star rating.

Monica T.

Yelp
I'm not sure if this was just a bad day for Osaka or if there were any other issues for the bad food... but the food was just not up to par with the other Japanese/Sushi spots in Las Vegas. I would rate this spot 2 stars. The sushi rolls were not well made (i.e, the flavors just didn't really go together, specifically the lasagna roll). I think the Katsu Don was probably the "better" meal here, but even then it didn't blow me away. The Japanese curry was also meh, I thought the curry itself was okay but the rice portion was overbearing and then the katsu you get is tiny compared to everything else on the dish. The katsu was also a little dry. Overall, just overpriced food that looks good. The restaurant looks beautiful and seems to be better set for nighttime lounge vibes though, compared to a walk-in for food. I hope that's true and that their evening service is better...

Yelp
I have been craving Vegetable Tempura. My friend, who eats here often, suggested Osaka for our monthly Double Date. He assured me that I could order Vegetable Tempura as an entree. ("Combination dinner") He was right. And boy oh boy! Did it hit the spot! AND, the serving was so generous, I had all of the edamame, two pieces of California Roll and several (four or five) pieces of Vegetable Tempura for lunch the next day. That's the good news. Not so good? On a Monday evening, we waited easily 20 minutes before finally getting our drinks. By "drinks," I mean beer for the men and wine for the women. No less than 20 minutes!!!! Yes, we got water promptly but then we sat. And sat. And sat. No drinks. No order-taking. Nothing. Just a few wait people running around like crazy, waiting on others and ignoring us. I don't mind waiting my turn to order IF I have alcohol to keep me company. But withhold alcohol and I become cranky. The Spring Rolls were very good. The soup was good. The California Rolls were good. Then the food (more food) starting coming fast and furious. It was difficult to find room on the table for all of the different items times four (people). My husband ordered the Combo Dinner with Beef Teriyaki. It was not a good cut of beef. There was a lot of fat running through it; not marbling, but veins of visible fat. Plus, the kitchen did not cut the beef slices all the way through, so it was one big piece partially sliced. How can you possibly cut the beef into slices with chopsticks?? You can't! He doesn't use chopsticks well, so he asked for flatware. He was given, of course, a fork and a spoon; no knife. Can't cut chewy beef with a fork or a spoon, either. So he paid for an order of Beef Teriyaki but didn't get to eat the beef. That's just wrong. I needed that itch for Vegetable Tempura scratched and Osaka did that. My husband and I haven't been here in years, literally. Now I remember why. So let me say this: There are two things that most Americans don't want to wait for: Coffee and booze. Get drinks on the table ASAP!! Another issue: It just wasn't relaxing. We waited and waited and waited just to place our order; then for our drinks to be delivered. (At one point, I asked our waitress, "How's that wine coming?") That got me agitated, then BOOM! We were deluged with food, coming rapidly, with little room on the table for all of it. Another issue: Between the low lighting, the small print and the sheet protectors, I couldn't read the definitions of the wines. I ended up ordering the wine that was offered on the Paper Tent that was on the table only because the print was big enough (and not covered by plastic), that I could read it. Final issue: If you are not going to give your guests knives, then the kitchen needs to make sure they slice all the way through when they slice meat.

Yelp
Food was very good! The service #1 the customer service was exceptional. The Ambiance was nice too!

Lee P.

Yelp
We bought take out here for the first time & experience was not so good. The spring rolls were stale very difficult to bite into. The rolls were OK however, there wasn't any wasabi or ginger included in the meal. Not a good experience & won't be going back.

Jaimarie C.

Yelp
We visited and had Osaka's Teppanyaki grill. You are welcomed with a wonderful piano player by the bar. Our chef was great and very entertaining. The ambiance is very traditional with a tatami room (low tables and seating on the mats) and a many teppanyaki tables. All of the food we had was wonderful and hearty portions. Make sure to make reservations!

Grisel W.

Yelp
Not impressed anymore with the tapan. The food was average. They use to put on a show, now they just bang their cooking utensils around and make annoying noise.

Anjanette S.

Yelp
Looking for sushi since I'm in town by myself and my SO doesn't appreciate it. First I have to say it's hard to order from a place you e not been too and the items I ordered where ones I've never seen in a menu before. Which is probably my mistake. I ordered O.G. special which I thought would be less fried. It was 3/4 hard sided and hard to eat. Tasted more like a candied outer shell. Next I ordered 1/2 order is fresh white. It was mostly rice & not so much fish. If I was eating with a group, probably would of ordered completely differently. The waiter was very friendly at pick up counter & it was prepared quickly. Mush sooner than the 30 min they quoted. There was live music, a sushi bar & lots of seating. Plenty of parking and looked like people were enjoying their meals. I

Colby P.

Yelp
This place is top notch! Great service and the sushi is as good as it was 10 years ago. The late night specials are my favorite! Great quality and the flavors are perfectly paired across the menu. I love the white tiger, the 911, and the 777.

Emerson R.

Yelp
First time eating at Osaka Japanese Bistro, just after they had opened. We were the only party there at the time and ready to dine. Exceptional service by our sever as he sat us at a regular table. I'm giving this review 4 stars based on the presentation of the sushi rolls. I ordered from the lunch special and got the Yum Yum roll. I dont like to focus on what takes away from the positive, but the roll wasn't that well put together. I'll admit, it was satisfying in taste, but it looked like something that was rushed. With that said, the main star of the show , in my opinion, is the Okonomiyaki. Perhaps it's my favorite thing to eat, but they delivered on this. The flavor, texture. Consistency was spot on. I'm no okonomiyaki connoisseur, but this made my day. Filled with cabage, shrimp, scallops, and other ingredients that go together perfectly. Give it a try if you have never done so. I will be back.

Tim S.

Yelp
It's been years since we've eaten Teppanyaki at Osaka. This visit we had today just reminds me why it's been years. Food was okay, lacked flavor. The Hibachi Chef was boring and even forgot the birthday girl's Sea Bass. I guess we will continue frequenting Samaria's Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi.

Tina S.

Yelp
Every time we come it's an amazing experience! Great staff, clean restaurant, and reasonable pricing! Food taste great, chefs are funny and personable and make the hibachi experience so much fun! Great place for family dinners, celebrations, or just wanting some good food in a nice restaurant!

Summer Nikki 8.

Yelp
Decided to try on this rainy cold day.... Food- Shoyu ramen and fried rice Ramen was piping hot and presented well, however, the taste was bland and not very good. Fried rice was not good either... just as bland and very little ingredients I really wanted to like this place, but it's a bust for me. $17 for soup and rice is too pricey for the poor taste.

Sherrie P.

Yelp
Food, service, and atmosphere all a ten star! The shrimp tempura bang and pocket aces are incredible. Ambient setting for dinner and a perfect sushi bar for lunch!

Jason D.

Yelp
A hidden gem if you don't live in Henderson. If you are a sushi lover definitely visit. On par at least and even better than some of the big name Japanese restaurants on the strip. The service is impeccable, you can tell they care about your experience from beginning to end.

Henrietta K.

Yelp
Chef Megan is the BEST! Takes special interests in your preferences and really cares about making your experience a great one (it was my first time!) You can definitely tell that she cares for her craft! She's super personable and one heck of a chef!!

Wendy C.

Yelp
1 star for upper management. 5 stars to their employees. First of I would like to give a shout out to Chef Megan and our good friend Robert who greeted us with plenty of laughs and kind hospitality. We came to celebrate our champion friend who just won a good fight and they added to this joyful day here at Osaka. It was a victory that needed celebration. Later in the evening our friend disappeared. It sadden us to hear that upper management would get upset that their employees can't socialize and be kind to customers. Maybe if management loosen up a bit they would have more traffic and people like us speaking highly about the service we received. We will not be back. Wishing all the employees the best of luck there's definitely a better work environment out there for them.

Andrew T.

Yelp
Henderson location is intimate I suggest to make a reservation if it's a big group. A great place if you want to get hibachi off the strip. We've been to a few hibachi places and it seems like nothing has changed same tricks, same show but great if it's your first time, even better to impress your friends. I would definitely recommend that if that's the case. The staff here is great.

Tamara H.

Yelp
This place was better than I expected. At the time I went, the quality of the sashimi and nigiri was great! However, I feel like because there is such a large menu, the quality of all the cooked items are just okay. I appreciate the wide variety of foods to choose from, but it's unfortunate it takes away from some of the quality. Service was a bit slow, but the restaurant is big and it's hard to see all the tables. Ambiance is casual, but I do like the separation of tables for more privacy.

Amanda S.

Yelp
My favorite place for sushi! The screaming O salad is amazing, they offer half rolls and great happy hour lunch and late night menus. They'll even make me sushi rolls with no rice! Highly recommend! Been coming here for years!

Lynn C.

Yelp
Great place for a nice quiet lunch! Not as busy, or as loud as the dinner crowd. But either time is fun and delicious! EXCELLENT, professional, and fast service from Kyle, my server! Great personality too! Food was fresh and prepared exactly to my expectation - and I expect the best! You get what you pay for and the price is right too! Lots of options to choose from for anyone's pocket. Can't say enough wonderful things about Osaka except put it on your list and I'll be back!!

Monique N.

Yelp
We stopped here by chance and were happy that we did. It's actually larger than it looks and has piano bar room in addition to their regular sushi bar, booth seating, tatami table seating, and grill area (didn't see if it was habachi or teppanyaki). When we were taken to our seats the two available tables had been bussed but not cleaned or set, so we were asked to to go back I til that was taken care of. I also. Proces later as O walked to the restrooms and in the restroom that it didn't feel or look as clean as a restaurant should. It wasn't that busy so I'm not sure why that was the case. Once seated, the service was very good and friendly, with a very speedy turnaround for orders. We split the Osaka Nigori trial shots. I liked the Mango as a desert drink, the Macha was to "hard"(sort of like drinking concentrated, highly caffeinated green tea with alcohol), the third was not too memorable. My dinner companion seemed to enjoy them to some degree but both of us decided that their Premium Nigori (in a bottle) was better suited to pair with our meal. The Scallops were seared properly and tender with a good meaty flavor. The Hamachi Kama beautifully prepared. We balanced the meal with steamed rice, seaweed salad and miso soup and were not disappointed. We finished the meal with some multi-flavored Mochi ice cream balls.

Paul C.

Yelp
What a joke. Had a 6pm reservation and arrived and was told it would be a hour before we could eat. Not the first time. Same people that would not seat me till everyone in my party was present. What a double standard?!?! Used to be the best restraint in town, now losing at the highest level. Never again, I said that last time this time it's a rule.

Loren A.

Yelp
Never disappoints. Five pieces of shrimp tempura served in the teishoku order, and a large piece of teriyaki chicken or beef teriyaki with the combo. Fresh good quality Uni, and Mirugai nigiri. Prices aren't too bad either, makes dining here a great value.

Kenji W.

Yelp
I really love this restaurant. They have great Lunch Specials, which is why I'm doing another review. I ordered the Chicken Katsu Lunch Special Type B. The chicken breast katsu i ordered is thick, lightly fried, delicious, and authentic. The special comes with rice, california roll, gyoza, vegetable tempura, salad, and sauces. This is the best, most authentic chicken katsu in the area!

John K.

Yelp
Best Japanese restaurant in town. best food. Japanese speaking servers. Great foods, good service., occasional live entertainment in the lounge.

Samantha C.

Yelp
We went for a kiddos birthday. He had only been to hibachi once and this was close to home. We had a nice chef but she wasn't very experienced. She didn't really do a show and the food was just ok. Steak had a good flavor .. rice was alittle crunchy here and there. We've been to hibachi quite a bit and this was definitely sub par. My husband and I both got the steak and chicken and my little baby had fried rice. We paid $110 for our food and one drink as my husband got water. For the amount we paid we expected alittle more. The servers were great.

Ibis L.

Yelp
We had dinner there tonight celebrating my daughters Bday and Our Server Jay made the entire night special for her. Thanks again Jay you are the man!

Lissa V.

Yelp
First time coming here for hibachi and so glad I did NOT listen to any negative reviews!! This place was amazing! Excellent food... very fresh , tasty and well seasoned , great chefs and table service! I will definitely be coming back I got the hibachi option with filet mignon and tiger shrimp and my boyfriend got the chicken and sushi rolls. I don't have any complaints!

Z R.

Yelp
This is a great restaurant for celebrations or entertaining friends and family. It's casual and family owned. The food, service, staff, ambiance and music is excellent. A special thanks to our chef Megan for doing such an amazing job. She is the first female Hibachi Chef there and the food was amazing. She was the sweetest and made us feel very welcome. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

Steven M.

Yelp
Best sushi and entertainment in town. The sushi is excellent and the piano man delivers every Thursday thru Sunday a combo you can't beat. It's also a great hibachi restaurant so you can't lose. Few real sushi restaurants in L.A. or N.Y. have this quality sushi, trust me

Cristian M.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing, charming and funny staff plus good Japanese food with open fire grills, this is place for family, dates, and special occasions I definitely recommend.

Sandra W.

Yelp
We've been going to this location ever since they opened. It's a different vibe in here now though. Something feels "off". Maybe it's the person at the front? Not exactly the first person you want to be "greeted" by when you first walk in. Not at all friendly. That was a little unnerving. Maybe they'll "fix" that. ‍ The waiters that took our order and served us were both friendly and efficient. The food was brought to our table hot and fresh. Overall an ok experience. I like that it's super close to our house.

Lauren W.

Yelp
Megan was our hibachi chef and she was absolutely fantastic!! Everything she made has so much flavor. She was by far the best hibachi chef we have ever had!! If you go to Osaka's in Henderson, please ask for Megan! You will not be disappointed!

Nancy D.

Yelp
Osaka is conveniently located down Eastern from Seven Hills. It's our go to when no one feels like cooking and we want to relax and have some laughs with John at the sushi bar. We like to share tall bottles of Japanese beer, starting off with the NZ Mussels, a rainbow roll, a kamikaze roll, tonkatsu as an appetizer, spicy tuna hand rolls , and various things between eventually ending with a Rock & Roll for a refreshing finish. Enjoy their live music on a Saturday night and easy going laid back vibe. Never ate in the Teppanyaki room but it always sound like fun. What I appreciate is that anytime we have asked for anything off the menu, they have always accommodated and charged accordingly. I love the way they garnish with oranges, so kawaii! Posted the video years ago, not sure if it can be attached to this review. Ask about their reward program if you become a frequent flyer here.

Venus L.

Yelp
Came here yesterday with a friend. It was only early and relatively quiet, since it was a Thursday night. Their menu is HUGE, and includes photos of a good portion of the food, which is helpful. The sea urchin was super fresh and buttery. The sushi boat is only $65 even if you selected what you wanted from the available items. I was surprised at how tender the chicken teriyaki was. The salmon sashimi was really great, and the 777 roll was delicious. The ribeye with asparagus was lovely. Honestly, all of the food was yummy. But what made this place exceptional was our waiter, Jay, and we found out later that he's actually the manager there. He was attentive, friendly yet still professional. He knew the menu really well and gave lovely recommendations. As we were wrapping up dinner, looking at desserts and coffee, this is the phenomenal part. They have a huge menu of desserts, but I was already told they don't have the coconut bread pudding or the flan, both of which I would've really liked, but then I wanted the green tea tiramisu - it just sounded interesting. I asked Jay for a recommendation for a drink, preferably alcoholic, but he felt there honestly wasn't anything to go with it except for green tea, so he didn't try to sell me more just to get the bill higher. Then he found out they didn't have that dessert, or the banana Foster cheesecake either. He suggested the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake then, and even said he would cover it for me since so many of their desserts I wanted was out, (and I said no need but he ended up doing so anyway) and I told him I'll trust him to pair an alcoholic drink with it. He got me a chocolate raspberry martini. Unfortunately it tasted a little medicinal, and I told him that but I didn't expect him to then bring out a different thing on the house - a very lovely plum wine. My friend asked for a coffee, which he doctored but with cream but she likes her coffee candied, so he brought another one out (apparently they can't bring out the cream for the customers for some odd reason) with a lot more cream. Honestly, the food tasted really great. Most of it didn't have me roll my eyes to the back of my head (ok the sea urchin did lol) but the food was fresh and hot/warm/cold where they should be and had really good flavors. The desserts were pretty decent as well. But like I said, the 5 stars is Jay's incredible customer service. He checked in on us enough that we were tended to, but not overly crowding us, gave us space, took his time thinking through recommendations, and just really went above and beyond, in my opinion. I tend to tip 15-18%, and up to 20% when the experience is really pretty good, but this time both my friend and I decided to do 25%+. Yes, because he was just that good. Whatever he's getting paid at the restaurant, I hope he gets a raise! Come here for the great food and if you want exceptional service that will make your night, ask for Jay!

Yelp
My favorite sushi spot in Las Vegas. Delicious rolls, apps, desserts, and awesome tepinyaki room. Def try the the yellowtail w yuzu, garlic tuna, spicy tuna, and ALL of their amazing rolls. Enjoy!

Yelp
Love Osaka! I love that they offer half roll options instead of the whole roll. Their spicy garlic edamame is sooo yummy! They also have live music on certain days, you can choose to sit in the bar area, the traditional Japanese style seating, or in a booth, oh and also where they cook in front of you. Great choices, lots of options!

Yelp
Mediocre food and pricey. I love sushi or hiroba are much better options. The hostess was nice though, but that's not a reason to return

Yelp
One of the better sushi spots in Henderson. The sashimi has been fresh and good quality every time I've been here.
