Extremely Disappointing Experience
This restaurant was dishonest with customers. The menu clearly stated 16 pieces for $32, but we were only served 12. When we asked, we were simply told that the menu was incorrect — with no apology or attempt to make things right.
Worse, the sashimi was not fresh at all. The raw fish had a sour, spoiled smell and was clearly not safe to eat. When we raised our concerns, the manager didn’t offer a single word of apology or show any willingness to address the issue.
We were deeply disappointed — not only by the food quality but also by the poor service. Despite the many positive reviews this place has, our experience was absolutely terrible. We will not be returning.
We still paid for the food we didn't finish but they took back to check the quality.
