I rarely write reviews, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish.
First, the wait was extremely long, and once we were finally seated, there was no English spoken, which made even basic communication a struggle. I was still waiting for chopsticks and a plate while dishes were already being brought to the table. The miso soup tasted like it came straight from a microwave, not freshly prepared.
They also charged my 1-year-old for a full meal, which is ridiculous. What made it worse is that they lied to us, saying they weren't going to charge for the meal. But when we were walking out, they stopped us and insisted we had to pay because "we ate it," even though they previously said it was free. Completely unprofessional.
"Steve" who I though was a manger eventually came to ask if everything was okay, but by then it was too late to fix anything. Their excuse was that they "only work there," so they weren't responsible.
They even said they would call the cops simply because we weren't happy with the service or the food and forced us to pay which is what we were intending to do but we were lie at the table so that we ate the food and then call the cops.
We wasted two hours driving to this place because Google showed a 4.6 rating, but Yelp's 3-star rating was the accurate one. Honestly, this restaurant deserves 1 star at best.
Terrible service, dishonest behavior, and zero accountability. I will never return and definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.
