I have no words to truly capture how incredible my experience was at this place — it was beyond description. From the moment I stepped in, I felt a deep sense of peace and renewal. The atmosphere is pure magic — calming, healing, and full of intention. The yoga sessions were not just classes; they were soulful journeys that nourished both my body and spirit. The staff are warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to holistic well-being. This place is more than a studio — it’s a sanctuary. I left feeling lighter, stronger, and deeply grounded. I’m endlessly grateful and already looking forward to many more sessions during my stay in the country!

Lovely peaceful place with lots to offer the food was good and the vibe was right. I'd only say that the cats should be fed as well as spayed and neutered for their well-being and better harmony between them as well.... it is our responsibility. No kittens, no fights, no diseases. Just a sidenote But we will be back again 💛

I've seen multiple "if you're Arab you will be treated horribly" huh? This place as a whole functions from a higher self paradigm, and first hand I've seen everyone being treated equally. I always come here when I need to escape reality and journal, work, or just enjoy stillness. Oh- also the sweeto potato fries are to die for. Wish they got back to me about my Ai propsal :p but other than that 10/10

This is one of my favorite spots in all of Cairo. I feel so free to be myself in this relaxed environment. The atmosphere is a breath of fresh air in this busy, noisy city. I already feel more at peace as soon as I see their pink doors. The people who work there and hang out are so inviting. The activities are fun and the food is healthy and delicious. I always leave Osana feeling better than when I came in.

Chill place, spiritually and healthily. They have an amazing boutique selling unique items.

Overall it’s nice to have a place like Osana: the space feels good and the food is good (don’t know about the other classes/services). Though the overall atmosphere has a pretentious feeling (all too common around “spiritual” communities) and amongst the staff a “I’m not really here to be of service to you” kind of vibe. Don’t know the whole story, and have only been there twice, but upon first impressions it really could use some work on the energy and quality of service with a smile amongst the staff. Thanks anyway. 🙏

I have been intermittently going for years for massage. Good therapists left. When I requested recommendations “other” than a specific person, they never bothered asking why or even asking if I have additional feedback I would like to share. Inattentive staff handling their messaging platform, you ask for 90 minutes, they book you 60 minutes. You refer to the “90 minute request”, they say oh we didn’t see that message or we can’t track older messages. There’s always a reason other than apology. Greatest of all, zero customer service - you end a conversation with a thank you, they don’t bother responding. A customer who visits them only once or twice a month was lost (to them), but I genuinely think it’s more than that and time will show. It’s not about the service or the therapy, it’s about the pain you guys give your clients to just even understand what your staff say and how UN empathetic they are. Suggestion: use calendly or similar platforms and stop creating redundant needs for staff who can’t properly respond to messages or book correctly.
