I have been intermittently going for years for massage. Good therapists left. When I requested recommendations “other” than a specific person, they never bothered asking why or even asking if I have additional feedback I would like to share. Inattentive staff handling their messaging platform, you ask for 90 minutes, they book you 60 minutes. You refer to the “90 minute request”, they say oh we didn’t see that message or we can’t track older messages. There’s always a reason other than apology. Greatest of all, zero customer service - you end a conversation with a thank you, they don’t bother responding.
A customer who visits them only once or twice a month was lost (to them), but I genuinely think it’s more than that and time will show. It’s not about the service or the therapy, it’s about the pain you guys give your clients to just even understand what your staff say and how UN empathetic they are. Suggestion: use calendly or similar platforms and stop creating redundant needs for staff who can’t properly respond to messages or book correctly.
