Fantastic experience at this salon! The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. They offered me a delicious coffee while I waited, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Charlotte assisted me, and she was amazing! Such a polite, professional, and incredibly talented girl. She was meticulous with her work and gave me one of the best hair colors I’ve ever seen. The staff checked in with me several times to see if I needed water or anything else. The salon itself is beautiful, elegant, and very clean. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I had one of the best haircuts and blow-dry at your salon last week. Gav cut my hair so well, layering it perfectly. I am so happy with it. He also dried and styled my hair beautifully. I will definitely be returning to your salon, with Gav as my new hairdresser.

Freya is an AMAZING stylist! I’ve been going to her for years, and she’s amazing at cutting, coloring, and styling. While it’s a bit pricy, it’s definitely worth it! Great service and great atmosphere :)

Dion was fantastic and styled my hair perfectly and showed me how easy I could do it at home with some tricks. Also recommended the correct products for my hair so my hair isn’t flat by the end of the day. I am supper happy with Dion’s service and will be back. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent experience at your salon. After two long days, I did not achieve the natural blended warm honey blonde I was hoping for. I traveled a considerable distance to have this done, and had I known the outcome, I would have reconsidered my decision to proceed. I am quite particular about who handles my hair, and after extensive research, I chose your salon and invested extra money for a premier stylist, believing my desired result was attainable. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a misunderstanding regarding my goals the first time round. While I appreciated the offer to rectify the situation by having me return the next day, the discussion that followed revealed frustration from the stylist regarding time constraints. However we spent another full day in the salon without achieving the desired results. While the stylist was pleasant and attempted to address my concerns, I am disappointed that, despite the premium price paid, I did not receive the expected outcome. Although I appreciate the effort to resolve the issue, I remain unsatisfied with the results and the overall experience. Regrettably, I will not be returning in the future.

The staff were really lovely and the hair wash felt amazing but I was extremely disappointed by the blow dry I was quoted $145 before hand which was fine I don’t mind paying for a amazing blow dry and that’s what I was expecting I requested big and bouncy and I know this is achieve-able because I get weekly blow dry and I even do it myself and I have layers near my face and I asked that to be really lifted at the root and to fall onto my face with the hair being tucked in and it was completely flat and straight no root lift at all then I was told my hair was too heavy so they will flick out the ends with a straighter which I was fine about because that’s how I do it sometimes but there was completely no flick at all and it was just quickly done without even sectioning my hair I’m just disappointed after that price I guess I got the wrong stylist maybe because the lady next to me was rolling the ladies hair up in the brushes which I wanted and it looked amazing. I just had higher expectations but I pay cheaper for a better one elsewhere.

I came to Queensland on holidays and took a chance !I booked in with Freya. My experience was beyond words. From the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I left I was treated with the highest of service . The best was yet to come ! Freya went far and beyond with her knowledge and expertise ! I will be definitely flying back from Canberra to have my hair done.
