It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jasmehr Singh. He spent time to walk me though each step and easily answered any and all questions. The part that I appreciated the most is he got my direct number and has been messaging me updates and responding to my questions incredibly fast. He even walked me through filling out all my forms to make sure it was done correctly. He is diligent, responds lightning fast, is patient and is highly experienced. However, We would like to highlight that there is still room for improvement, particularly with regards to the chat bot's response time, which has been noticeably slow. Unfortunately, my experience with Osome has been very frustrating. There is no clear or direct point of contact, and communication is only possible via chat, usually with constantly changing, seemingly virtual names. Most of the time, responses appear to come from AI rather than a real person. Chats are poorly organized and difficult to find again, which makes ongoing issues hard to track. To reach a human, you have to apply constant pressure, and this repeatedly blocks or delays important business processes. For a service handling critical business matters, this level of communication and accessibility is not acceptable.
