I had an amazing time during my self guided tour at Osprey. Whitney was all around helpful and friendly; she was the only one in office and did a phenomenal job. I enjoyed all the amenities, the terrace was gorgeous, and I had the opportunity to ask current residents if they enjoy living there and they do! If you’re looking to view or move into this community I strongly recommend coming to see for yourself instead of going based of reviews. Take this as your sign :)

I had an amazing experience at Osprey Apartments! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. A special shoutout to Whitney, the leasing agent she truly made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her positive energy and attention to detail really made the experience special. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to live with top-tier customer service, I highly recommend checking out Osprey Apartments and asking for Whitney!

I had a chance to stop by for the open house event and everything was lovely! The lobby gave a cozy fall vibe and the snacks were a nice touch. I toured a few units they were great. The bedrooms was a bit small but still workable. The views from some apartments were amazing. Big shoutout to Whitney the leasing consultant. She was very friendly, professional and made the whole experience great!

Whitney was so helpful with my tour and was very accommodating. Anything I asked for or about I was helped with. (Edit:) Moving in was a little tricky trying to get everything off my checklist within a short window, Whitney helped me a lot get everything in order and made my move in very smooth and enjoyable. DJ has been very helpful and efficient as he quickly fixed any work orders that we placed and was kind as well. Great experience so far.

I had the pleasure of working with Whitney during my apartment search, and let me just say — she really did the damn thing! Her personality instantly clicked with mine, and I loved how she took the time to ask questions to genuinely learn more about me. She even gave me some words of encouragement, which meant a lot during such a stressful process. I originally came in with only one floor plan in mind, but Whitney went above and beyond to show me several options within my budget. She explained the details of each floor plan with honesty and transparency, which I truly respected and needed. For me, one of the biggest things I look at before moving in is how the leasing office treats you, and after speaking with Whitney and touring the community, I knew this could be my new home. Thank you, Whitney, for being part of this new beginning. You made the experience not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. If you’re looking for a new home, definitely ask for Whitney — she’ll take care of you!

This was my 2nd tour and I have to say I’m extremely impressed. Whitney, very professional, explained things in detail. Customer service definitely five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. Will make it my future home coming soon. Have everything you’re looking for, beautiful apartment, scenery, etc.

I have to be honest, Osprey Office ladies have made an incredible turnaround at the apt complex, within the last 6months, they are not given the credit that they all deserves. Issues do occur at any Apt but they are consistently on the move to make sure each problem is taken care of immediately. I, as a resident become upset when any issue happened here but I’m grateful that we have a staff that gets it done and are concerned. Even the maintenance crew are seen as fellows who put in the work to ensure the problems are resolved. So I’m glad to give 5stars AND a standing ovation to there hard work, consistent concerns and positive attitudes 😊

I had a small maintenance issue, and it was resolved quickly and with great care. The team(DJ) was professional, responsive, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Really appreciate the prompt service!
