I had an amazing time during my self guided tour at Osprey. Whitney was all around helpful and friendly; she was the only one in office and did a phenomenal job. I enjoyed all the amenities, the terrace was gorgeous, and I had the opportunity to ask current residents if they enjoy living there and they do! If you’re looking to view or move into this community I strongly recommend coming to see for yourself instead of going based of reviews. Take this as your sign :)

This has been by far my worst experience living an apartment complex EVER. Despite the fact that the garage is always broken and even if it isn’t, your car will still be broken into. Not just yours but 10+ others just like you. Jumped that hurdle? Watch out for the pee and poop leading from the garage to the entrance of the building! Beat that too? Well just wait, the elevators are broken too. Then to top it off, when you come upstairs to your place, you might find evidence that there was an unauthorized visitor in your apartment, that you didn’t request nor give permission. So if you were standing butt naked in your apartment or had valuables who cares ? Not Osprey. This is fully against fair housing, and I will be making a complaint. Especially as a leasing agent myself (at a better property). And even after emailing several times about the matter, they ignore you like they didn’t go against all privacy rules and regulations. In conclusion, don’t move here. They don’t care about your safety or concerns. Nor will they do anything about it. They care more about a door mat, rather than a stranger in your apartment or a trash can even though there’s valet, rather than pee and poop. Beware. And don’t move here. I’ve tried to deal with this privately but with no response, I guess I’ll let everyone know what’s up.

I had an amazing experience at Osprey Apartments! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. A special shoutout to Whitney, the leasing agent she truly made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her positive energy and attention to detail really made the experience special. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to live with top-tier customer service, I highly recommend checking out Osprey Apartments and asking for Whitney!

I’ve lived here for six months, and things have only gone downhill. While the unit itself is lovely, the amenities are in awful condition and elevators always out of service, not worth the crazy high monthly fees. Worse, the parking deck is a complete security disaster. We’ve had multiple break-ins, this week over ten cars were vandalized while the so called 24/7 security did nothing. Management hasn’t taken responsibility. Even guest parking is overpriced and unsafe. I will not be renewing my lease, avoid this place even for parking.

Just left my self-guided tour, beautiful apartment but the service i experienced was actually so poor. The woman at the leasing who was supposed to be helping us would not give us her name (possibly Whitney) so to describe her the african-American woman, shoulder length black bob hair, kinda slim wasn’t welcoming at all, was very unorganized, and made us not even care anymore to view the apartments.

When I first moved here 3 years ago, it was great. However, now I’ve had to deal with roaches, people breaking in vehicles, and the smell of dog pee everywhere. Additionally, someone hit my car in the parking garage before and I was told there was too much motion that day and the cameras are motion detected so they couldn’t see who did it. If you want to sleep well at night and not worry about a busted window while you are trying to make it to work, DONT MOVE HERE. Not to mention guest have to PAY for parking. My mom paid for parking just to get her window busted out too. Every time it’s the same solution, a security guard who doesn’t GUARD. No compensation or better security.

I had a chance to stop by for the open house event and everything was lovely! The lobby gave a cozy fall vibe and the snacks were a nice touch. I toured a few units they were great. The bedrooms was a bit small but still workable. The views from some apartments were amazing. Big shoutout to Whitney the leasing consultant. She was very friendly, professional and made the whole experience great!

Whitney was so helpful with my tour and was very accommodating. Anything I asked for or about I was helped with. (Edit:) Moving in was a little tricky trying to get everything off my checklist within a short window, Whitney helped me a lot get everything in order and made my move in very smooth and enjoyable. DJ has been very helpful and efficient as he quickly fixed any work orders that we placed and was kind as well. Great experience so far.

I lived at Osprey since 2022. I never had major issues but if anything came up everyone that's worked here has always been helpful. If you spend time in the lobby like I do when getting coffee you'll witness that they are always busy helping people that come in or over the phone. I realize it's taking some time for the city to get a hold of the homeless population in midtown altogether but it comes with living in an urban environment. If you are a city person you will enjoy it here, there are tons of nice restaurants to walk to, entertainment, and mercedes benz is close by, you can get to the high way easily, if you prefer quiet and 0 crime your better off in a house in the suburbs.

The communication here is awful. I came 30 mins away to tour this place and couldn't get anyone in the actual office on the phone.. I was confused on how to get to the leasing office from the garage according to their instructions .. & no one was able to help out!

They have an Amazing maintenance team. Rico is always super kind, responsive, and helpful.

Homeless people sleeping in the stairs and management does not care about it or care to enforce that as trespassing. Pay 2k in rent for the homeless to sleep & trash the stairs. Elevator never works, so I fear walking down the steps because of the homeless issue. I told leasing off and they laughed as it was an issue. Music blasting all hours of the night. They claim there's security, I've ever seen them!

Don't live here. It's a great place to live when nothing is broken and you don't need management's help for anything. It all goes downhill the second that you need any sort of assistance. I did not have wifi for a month, and instead of helping me with the provider, they just insisted I was calling the wrong number. I was calling the correct number, but they refused to even help me figure out the true issue AND would not refund me for the wifi portion of my bill. I did not have internet from 8/29 to 9/26 and they did nothing to assist me or make it right. The reason my wifi went down is because there is a massive leak in my bathroom, but the maintenance man told me that the leak was most likely due to my upstairs neighbors mopping their carpeted floors above me. You can visibly see the ceiling beginning to cave in above the shower in my bathroom. Do not live here if you can't fix things yourself because they WILL NOT HELP YOU.

Keri is wonderful!! She has gone out of her way to make me feel at home even before I was a resident! She has always been there when I had a question or issue.

I came into the office and spoke with Carrie who was very rude. I will never live here and be treated the way that I was treated dealing with Carrie. I wasn't greeted upon entry and once I called back, she hung up in my face horrible experience and parking is a disaster. Avoid this place if you want to be treated with respect.

I haven't even moved in yet and I am not enjoying the quality of service from these apartments. I been trying to call nonstop for a week to get my acct number for my internet to them and every number available online they do not answer. I am supposed to move in a week and I'm worried they won't even answer the phone for me give me my keys? I would like for someone to contact me directly so I can get someone on the phone.
