They surprised my palette more than once during our visit. We’ve tried multiple different dishes, however I must say the beef carpaccio with mustard ice cream stole the show!
Sensation of taste and surprise of temperatures.
I tried the iberico pork / cinta senese for the first time and it was melt - in - the - mouth wonder. With a side of carrot, ginger and orange pure. Chefs kiss!
Another beautiful dish was gnocchi alla romana - safe but always a great choice. And of course pasta with baggos farmeggo. Simple. Tasty. Wonderful!
Tiramisu was perfectly sweet for my liking, however too big of a portion at the end of a heavy meal. I would have it now, gladly haha
