Disappointing experience despite high expectations
As regular guests familiar with Bib Gourmand and Michelin standards, we had high hopes for this restaurant but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to them.
The service was adequate, but lacked any personal touch. From the moment we arrived, it felt more transactional than welcoming. The staff were polite, but distant, and there was little effort to make the experience feel special or tailored.
The food itself was underwhelming. The main course, which should have been the highlight, was served almost cold. When we shared our honest feedback with the waiter, we were met with a surprisingly dismissive response. Rather than acknowledging the issue or showing concern, she simply stated that the portion size was smaller due to the six-course tasting menu. That explanation completely missed the point—we weren’t commenting on the size, but on the temperature and quality.
For a place that positions itself within the Bib Gourmand category, this felt far below the mark. We left disappointed, and sadly, we will not return. Plenty of nice places in town with way lower prices.
