"Once an old inn, this family-run restaurant now occupies two floors with the wine bar on the ground floor and the dining rooms above. Inspired by traditional cuisine the dishes here are reinterpreted in modern style with plenty of character. The excellent wine list makes this a good choice for wine aficionados." - Michelin Inspector
If you’re tired of the same old dishes typical of the area, this restaurant is must visit. Osteria del Benedet is a refreshing change and the kitchen was more than happy to improvise vegan options for me (which turned out great!). Quality to price ratio right on point. Definitely worth a stop.

I was looking for good local food and found this restaurant. Good food, gracious and helpful staff. Kids welcome which is a huge plus for parents on holidays.

Amazing! A must go restaurant if you are around the area. The food was delicious, the service was of top quality, and the staff was very polite.
Among others we ordered the cheese degustation and the meat with the black truffle sauce. Both are highly recommended.
A note for the restaurant: would be nice if the entrance on the ground level was a bit more welcoming. When we arrived there we thought that the restaurant was closed.
Other than that we will definitely come back again if we are around the area.

Hyper local traditional food is the star here: pizzoccheri (buckwheat pasta, cabbage, potato, Valtellina, butter), braesola (dried beef), vegetarian strudel. Many other regional and Italian choices abound including prawns and pasta, fish stew, roasted rabbit, etc. Friendly multilingual service. A must stop when in town!
