"This restaurant is accessed via the internal courtyard of a typical period building, where meals are served alfresco in summer. The menu features a delicious array of Piedmontese specialities, including Bra’s famous sausage, “40-yolk” tajarin pasta, Carmagnola rabbit and “bonet” (a soft, creamy dessert). The simple, informal dining rooms tend to fill up quickly, so booking ahead is recommended, even at lunchtime. This is where the Slow Food movement began!" - Michelin Inspector

Very nice and fairly priced - loved the patio outside. Accommodating and friendly staff. Convenient location.

This restaurant is absolutely incredible. I’ve travelled to Italy many times and visited a lot of quaint towns and restaurants and this has stood out by far. The pumpkin and hazelnut cappelletti was flavoursome and perfectly cooked, as well as my friends pasta. The meal was brought together with a beautiful 2011 Barolo and a Panacotta dessert. The waiter Daniele was particularly nice and helped us make choices from the menu. Even engaged in a bit of banter which I love! If I ever come to this region again, I will definitely be coming back.

Superb experience at the epicenter of the slow food movement. The food is authentic, healthy and super tasty. The team in the kitchen and the staff serving the guests do a fantastic job. It's a relaxed atmosphere in this restaurant, where it feels as if you would eat in someone's dining room at home. And it's not so easy to make a choice from the menu, as everything served here seems to be delicious.

This has been our fourth visit to Osteria del Boccondivino and it never fails to impress us. Great food, friendly service and a nice view of the courtyard with the many wisterias in full bloom. We will certainly come back again.

High quality food for a fair price. Great wine selection, kind and welcoming staff. It states that it is Michelin on TripAdvisor and others. Maybe in the winter periods, but the set up is not Michelin, but the food comes close, very high quality fresh ingredients.

The "house" osteria of Slow Food lives up to the lofty standards of that movement: superb dishes of regional specialities in comfortable surroundings. The service is amiable and efficient, and the wine list a treasure trove of the marvelous wines from the region (with excellent prices). But it is the opportunity to sample a big selection of famous traditional dishes, based on the best ingredients and cooked to perfection. While there are inexpensive menus offered, the `a la carte choices prove irresistible: rabbit cooked in Arneis wine, the holy trinity of Langhe meats - lardo, salsiccia di Bra and carne crudo, fried sweetbreads (amazing), timbale of eggplant, and so on. A great restaurant experience.

6 stars, if I could! We had a great meal in a delightful courtyard, nicely shaded by a wall and trees on a hot day. The set menus are fantastic value - €32 for four courses, €40 for five courses. Starters are mainly €10 and €11, pasta, as well, mains mostly €14 with tagliata €16, and desserts €6.50. Everything very well presented, obviously prepared with quality ingredients and served with style and care. I recommend Boccondivino highly for offering local cuisine with a slight twist, high quality and a bit more are than we have seen in most other restaurants in the area. A suggestion to the team: re-organize / review the payment process. The wait was unnecessarily long and it was obvious that some guests were more than a bit annoyed....

This Osteria is a great place since it offers very typical Piemontese plates at absolute high quality. The wine list is vast and one can choose from particular red wines from Langhe but also from various other Italian wine regions. The Osteria offers a very pleasant outside area as well as a cosy atmosphere inside. The prices are adequate to the excellent quality and service is very courteous. Strongly recommended.
